Not crowded at all,ample parking space hence no wait time..few staff as less crowded and no token system..works till 3pm on only after that only the pobox section is open post office is closed.

Very large post office and post box center. There is a separate waiting place for female customers. No toilet for male. They dont sell stationary here.

Visited 2 or 3 Times service was good.

This post office is near to my office. its near to Union cooperative Abu hail. The staffs are helpful, but there is shortage in staff number. There are around 4 counters, but most of the time there might be two staffs available to serve you. There is enough parking in front of the post office but if you are travelling by bus, the intervals between the bus is a bit long.

Worst service. They only want money. I own the po box already paid 1000 Aad for it & now they ask me to bring sponsor to collect package. I cannot take package even if i have the keys & name on the license

Terrible experience. Ive sent a package from dubai to germany on 18th April andI didnt get it in germany and it shows on the Web page received by the customer! !! I didnt receive anything and I dont know where my package is ??? Id never recommend that to anyone and Ill never use emirates post again!

They are slow and complicate the process. The joke is that ;they claim that they looks after costumer happiness !!!

Went there few times to collect my Emirates ID and also for other post matters. They are a very polite, efficient and well spoken staff over there.Very world class and Efficient.

The staff at the reception and even the young man parking the items for postage are really good and welcoming.

I had an issue with my parcels they helped me to sort it out specially the manager..

Called them to get directions; first they picked up then hang up with out saying anything, then i called again right away they didnt answer at all.
