Pathetic courier service ever in U.A.E. If you want to schedule a pick up, the customer service number is a long wait, then they will ask you your desired time of pick up, and when you select a pick up slot, the pick up guy will never come at that time. They will come as and when they please. Upon rigorous follow up with customer service, only answer you will get is courier boy is on his way, and he will come in 10 mins. That 10 mins will never come until the end of the day!If you really wish to send your couriers hassle free and professionally on time , I would strongly suggest NOT to send it from SKYCOM ever.

I did an inquiry about their rates but the customer service is really bad on communicating. He didnt even ask me on the details of my inquiry, he just shut me down that you guys arent sending Internationally. Ive been in contact with many courier companies here in Dubai but your service is the most terrible.

Absolute worst. They dont call you then document that they attempted to call you. Lie repeatedly. I am Emirati and they make inappropriate comments about my people. Never got my package they sent it back to the shipper because they didnt like me complaining about their service. VILE people

FOUL LANGUAGE BAD BEHAVIOR. Courier came to collect package, the courier wrote the address the item was to go to. The courier wrote the phone number and address wrong. Called them at 1pm to let them know the info was wrong on the document. They said they corrected it and the courier that has it was called and updated. Package never came. Called and a Indian guy screamed at me calling me a liar and a bitc*. Security camera shows the courier filling out the form. Skycom said they didnt care what the security camera showed. I can f* off and they never delivered my package to me

Terrible Customer Service and response time. If it was possible I would not give even a single star, they have tie-up with Madhur (Bur Dubai) for Rakhi delivery. Both the companies are unconcerned and unresponsive once you pay the money. My Rakhi reached after the occasion has passed and in terrible state! On top of everything they were non responsive when I contacted multiple times!!!!

Their customer service is atrocious and they swear at you (profanity) over the phone. Package was lost after only 1 hour of them having it
