I sent parcel first time in dr courier it’s very worst experience for me ,Thai is happen last 8 month before, I sent 30 kgWhen I open This parcel in my home town , the important 5 kg missing , many time called dr branch but I no one give response about missing item , what I purpose of sent parcel that all important think I lost , I raised complaint but still date I am not get any answer .

Worst experience for me. I have sent my cargo on November 29th 2020. They have guaranteed me thrice that they will deliver the items with 30?to 45 days. This is 200 more days and still there is no clear information available about my cargo. DR Courier is not at all able to give me an exact date of delivery. Also their customer service is not even having knowledge about the things going around. They are not able to give immediate information.i sended so many mail but no reply.

I had sent air cargo, dry fruits packets and biscuits jar was damaged. I called them, first they said they will give refund for the items damaged. Asked me to send pics, afterwards they called and said they cannot refund as it got damaged inside the box. They dont take the responsibility and are very rude.Dont send anything through Dr cargo.

I have sent a sea cargo on 01/12/2020 and didn’t receive it yet. Very bad responses. Whenever I call them, they say it’s under clearance. After 4 months and 7 days I am getting the same reply.The funny thing is still they are advertising a lot.I have sent very good quality glasses and plates and I have paid for extra pallet also. When I called and asked them, what if my things are broken or lost due to this delay? They have told me that they don’t have any responsibility on that. What kind of service is this. I can’t understand.Please think several times before going for this cargo service 😡. Don’t waste your money and peace 🙏

Very bad service. Team is unprofessional. Even after sending message no one respond. Have Share the pics for the reference. Never send cargo with DR. Courier and cargo. The team dont care.

They took extra payment for packaging and most of my stuff reached were fully damaged. No refund... Horrible

Update me about the parcel invoice number 309246, you are collected the consignment on 14/1/2021 as Air Cargo, Several follow ups and chasing you people get to know the consignment is still in your warehouse till now almost 35 days now. if I didn’t chase you then???Immediately deliver the consignment as air cargo.Guys this is not my first experience ,

Irresponsible, no follow up on complaints. Promise to deliver my cargo in 25 days and I didnt received it in even 40 days.Staff is taking complaint on cal and no one coming back with update. Since more than 15days cargo reached to destination hyderabad and until now 20/9/2020 5:30 pm IST things are not delivered.There is function at my home tomorrow and many things my family require to use it in the function. Worst service ever I have seen on any cargo. 10/8/2020 I handover all stuff but it was send on 16/2020 whereas staff said it will be shipped on next day.No Customer care service , distributor in India useless, Staff is lying and nobody responding.Ill not use this service next time and I would recommend other people in my circle to not use as well.

Pathetic. They lost my 42” TV and not responding to my calls and messages. It’s 4 months now. Other items gets delayed delivery maybe in 75days. Expensive items BE CAREFUL (it will be lost) and never expect them to answer your calls, messages or emails. Very poor service, have initiated legal action.YOU ONLY RESPOND TO GOOGLE REVIEW. Nice service. I send many items by cargo when my wife went to india after cancelling her visa. After that still i am using their service like sending certificate and it’s reaching safely.

NOT RECOMMENDED..most unprofessional courier company..it’s been more than 2 months and still the shipment has not been delivered..part shipment was delivered withe damaged goods and there is no responsibility taken..no body knows what is happening in that company..highly disappointed ..they should compensate for the loss and delay

Very pathetic service!! I mean it. I would never recommend anyone to this service. Just fake promises. I had been told that air cargo would take 15-20 days to reach and now it’s almost 40 days. I am trying to reach them and ask the updates but they don’t have a proper detail. Very very bad service. Earlier I had sent a cargo(xxx courier) through ship and I got i within 37 days. I advice u all not to send any cargo through DR courier and Cargo.

I m not sure about other people who hv given negative review.. let me share my experience.. i booked the cargo early march.. cant remember the date.. the guy who came .. sealed the cargo with tape in front of me.. had given his whatsapp number and invoice on whatsapp.. i was promosed 20 working days.. after 20th march Lockdown happened due to corona.. i followed up with them on whatsapp.. the guy always responded.. after the lockdown opened 17th may.. i followedup again.. the guy said i will get it in 1st week of june.. and today is 1st Thursday of june.. got in time as committed.. no extra charges .. it was delivered till my apartment.. so I am happy with the service. Nothing was broken or deformed or missing..

I had booked courier on 30/06/2020 by air cargo Shariah to India (Bangalore), they promised me 15 to 20 days to receive in my home country, today 12/08/2020 and now its completed 43 days but still not received. the guy who took parcel he had given me whats app number for follow up but there is no response getting as expected.i called in head office also keep on promising me it will go by next week from last 3 weeks.

Worst service, worst packing, nobody is professional. All my clothes were totally spoiled.

Sales executive Mr. Basheer P.V is a big fraud. He kept my cargo in their dubai warehouse for 8 days and all the time he says it is at delhi airport, when it was still in dubai. kindly check his weighing scale before and at the time of weighing.
