This company provided me with by far THE WORST experience of dealing with delivery company. Ive been with them few months. When I was just signing the contract with them, nobody seemed to care already, I had to follow up myself every time to get my platform access and start doing deliveries for my company. That was already a bad sign.Donna was my only contact person there, and one day I found out that she left the company/got fired. They did not bother to introduce me to her replacement or whoever is gonna be taking care of my account.They promise to send out your COD balance every 2 weeks, which never happened. I had to follow up again and again myself and beg them to send me my money that I work for. After that I stopped offering COD to my clients at all.I was still with them despite all this unprofessionalism towards me, because in the beginning they were at least doing deliveries on time as I was always going for next day delivery option. However, after some time, I don know what happened. They stopped delivering my products on the agreed day, or they deliver them 11 pm at night, and when you call to follow up and understand the delay situation, they dont pick up your calls, nobody calls back, no responds on messages. Until you shout like crazy and demand some action from these guys, nothing will ever be done.I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THEM. Save your health and reputation, because these guys are gonna embarrass you in front of your clients big time.

The worst experience .... delay .... not answering the call or phone .. u can ask abdul naser trying to call him more than 1 and he didnt pick or reply the masg and ur timing for delivery is the worst i didnt answer his call cz i was in meetings but after that its getting worse

After using many delivery companies I must say, VIAME would rank on the top. Love their system and customer service live chat and fast support. They had some delays with COD payments in November but now we have been getting our COD payments in 2 days. Keep up the great work.

Be warned, especially small business owners. If we can give no stars, we would. Viame offered standard service but is very hard to chase for payments. Its been 3-4 months and we were paid only half. Their accountant even blocked our number and wasnt answering our follow-ups.Being a small business owner, we cannot afford not to get paid on time. Very bad!

BEWARE OF VIAME DELIVERY SERVICES DUBAI!The minute you start trusting them they will take an advantage of you and never pay you the Cash on delivery (COD). They use your money as if its their legal right.Leen (sales executive) was handling our company account. She was prompt in the beginning, but stopped answering our calls just when we had to be paid for the CODs. The next thing we figured out she has left the company. Then comes another gentleman who also leaves the company once you start calling him for payment. Then comes Arslan the accountant who is an expert in giving excuses like my boss is out of town so he cant initiate the transfer so wait for 15 days. After 15 days he starts to ignore your calls. Then after all this the company landline goes out of service. Finally, the only contact we had was the operations manager, who kept saying he will ask someone to follow up and now even he has blocked us because he doesnt have a solution. They can also reject your calls infinitely.They can royally ignore you and leave you helpless. The owner will never contact you and the employees always have a professional excuse to NOT give his/her contact info no matter what the emergency. If you are lucky you might get paid 50%(it is like they are doing a favour!) and the rest of the 50% is gone for good. This is a wrong business pratice and should NOT be tolerated.Do not believe the 5 star reviews. Zero trustworthy services. My company has been suffering to get the payments from this irresponsible delivery service since 3 months with no luck.

They look very professional until the time you request your COD payment . So just work with them if you have the ability to follow up your COD payments and send endless emails and calls to the account department with no replies . Im requesting my payment since more than one month and still can’t get the rest of my payment . Although the deal was to get my payments 7 days after delivering my orders . The two stars is for Abdulrahman the only good person in this company. I’ve been cheated with the good reviews here so please don’t.

The service of this company were great as long as Alam was in charge. Since the day he stopped working there, it has been disaster after disaster. Harassing me on the phone from different numbers at extremely late hours without even notifying they will come or that they are the ones calling, and worse, they would forget to deliver your package to your customer. They only had one job... I am so disappointed. Never risk your deliveries with them. Your reputation will be ruined.

Process for cash on delivery takes time. Its not next day delivery as they said. U have to keep on follow up on deliveries and payment. Even delivered wrong item to one of my customer. However, 2stars for customer service and delivery personnel. They are polite.

As Always they never disappointed us A class customer service and drivers and think you for delivering to western areas saved us tons of deals
