Received important documents including Stamp paper that I wanted to get signed from the consular urgently and send back to India with oil and water stains. When asked, delivery boy says, its because they had several sweets delivered too during the same time. How irresponsible can a courier agency be. Handling important documents and perishable items together. Very disappointed.

WORST COURIER EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! Firstly, after I had paid for the courier service, they charged me extra saying the quote they gave me on their website was outdated. Then after I paid again, they held my parcel for 2 weeks before processing it. AND IT WAS A TIME-SENSITIVE PARCEL. They then charged me another additional fee for exporting the item out of Dubai. They repeatedly ignored my emails for an update and REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY RECEIPTS. Its as though they want to hide the excessive and possibly illegal bills they charged me. I am taking this matter to the police

They are not even deserve for single star. Very poor service. Wont get correct answer to our queries and simply commiting service with out enquiring the requirements. During conversation the reply was an agent will call back and not being ask my requirements. Later wont answer the phone calls and nobody called till the given time. Promising service and not providing as that my document was very urgent to sent the same day that was dropped due to their false commitment.

Very unprofessional. There was 7 days delay in receipt of courier from India. Above that, nobody answers the call on registered landline number and there is no information given on the where about of the courier except online updation that it is in transit from last a week.However, I finally received my courier.

Very poor staff a local courier collection from Dubai itself takes 3 to 4 days . Dont understand how the team works and the attitude the staff has is like they are doing a favour customers. The company really needs to look into their operations. Please dont use them incase of urgency or you will have a hard time waiting for your courier.

Worst service .. shipment was abused and i was attended to in a rude unapologetic way .. i was miss guided by there callcenter that they can deliver and when I requested a refund they laughed and hung up the line.

It was a bad experience with DTDC customer service. They should be taught how to talk with customers who is calling to enquire about the order which has been stuck with no details to follow. Instead of helping out, he rudely told I can go ahead with other service providers and not DTDC.Please understand all are going through frustrating times.

I dont think DTDC is doing legal business in UAE. Service is worst and after paying the money . they will not issue proper invoice bill after many follow up also. I think DTDC is not paying tax to government or not doing legal business.

Worst Courier Service ever, DTDC personnel picked up my courier with right address some how during transit, Address changes and my courier arrives Mumbai, Instead of Delhi. So far DTDC doesn’t know how this happened. Pathetic ways of managing courier, Will never use them again.

Very bad call center! Its like wasting your time! We are expecting a delivery from them. We informed them about our timings, called them a lot of times to ensure everything were understood clearly. But sadly and madly, nothing happened! Very late. Poor customer service, especially for those answering their calls. Are they even aware of their duties? I called them to file a complain, they asked So what do you want me to do? Oh my, i might as well gave them a bonus for properly talking to me like that. Then after that, they put me on hold and the line was disconnected. What a service!

The shipment is in transit from yesterday 1.30 Am in Mumbai and yet till now it shows the same status a it was showing yesterday. The CS says its not his responsibility and ask me to call Indian counter to confirm about my courier. CS doesnt have a sense to hear the words of client instead he speaks continuously not allowing client to respond. Very bad service.

I dont know why there is so much negative review. Maybe DTDC corrected their mistake to make it perfect nowadays it seems. When I am supposed to send a courier to India, I searched in the net and I found DTDC. However there is so much of negative review I dont want to go with them and I inquired in DHL, Aramex etc.. But the price is more than 4 times comparing to DTDC. Ok, I took a decision. Let me take the risk and lets see what happens. The staff are very efficient, they collected immediately after I call and it is delivered as promised. And even the full progress and update about the courier I received in the mail from the collection to delivery. I strongly recommend DTDC to send couriers. Economic and Efficient.

I have used dtdc a few times. Pickup and delivery has always been on time. Prices are reasonable too. No complaints. I am surprised that it has only a 2 star rating.

One of the worst and worst experience I have ever had,I paid 4K rupees just for 1document and it takes 17 days to receive and the most horrible things is I received empty envelope, when I send mail to no response, I contact India Where my family send the envelope they easily said your document has been removed in Gauhati.My question is HOW & WHY ?Who gave them the authority to open someone stuff ? I will never recommend this so call courier to anyone.

We looked in to utilization or MRP in the business unit and found it was not being utilized to fullest. We looked into difficulties faced by the users and gave solution to these issue.I send some documents to India and I was told it will take 3 days for goods to be delivered but when they did not reach in time and I called them they told me it takes 5 days (this answered came from tracking department)I called sales again and told them i want to ship a document to Delhi how much time does it take she told me 3 working days , then i told her that i had already send the documents and they did not arrive , she quickly transferred me to tracking department.There website is out of serves most of the time , even if it works for days it shows good are in transit.Never use their services

But what surprising is that a few people has given 5 star ratings.From my experience, I would like to request you all to prefer the renowned courier companies like DHL, ARAMEX, FEDEX, because of following reasons experienced by me from dtdc.* Wrong commitment.* Delayed delivery if you want it to actually get delivered, you may have to stress yourself by frequently calling them and pushing them each day.Never give up keep on doing as I did so.* Their support team have no idea about the shipment. Initially they will console you by saying shipment will reach tomorrow. After then they will give you information that the shipment has been misrouted. Keep chasing the customer service till your goal is achieved.Only the best thing with dtdc is the cheaper price, but people prefer courier service for fast delivery which is utterly a failure result from dtdc.Best wishes to dtdc customers for their continuous support and better ratings.

Please dont go on with these people even-though they are cheaper when compared to others like DHL, Aramex ,UPS etc.Once you send some thing through them, it will be your duty to keep call them until they delivery. Most of their Indian as well as UAE numbers are not working.

The courier service is not reliable. They will call you the first time asking for your location, then on the following days they are not calling or updating where your parcel is..Then when you call the customer service they will promise that the parcel will be delivered on that day and then you will call again the next day you will receive the same answer from them, i followed up every day for 5 days then i only receive the same answer that it will be delivered etc. The worst part is, they will told you that they come in your location and tried to call your number but no one is answering? the truth is there is no missed calls there is no attempt in contacting me. I think they hired all the lazy and liar drivers in the world.

Worst service ever! They called me on a Sunday saying my parcel will be delivered within 2 working days. Its now a Wednesday 1500 and still no sign of my parcel. I skipped work just to wait for it because they said they cant send it to my work address. Called many times either phone lines busy, unattended or being answered by lame agents saying the same thing! So disappointing. Should not be used. Completely unreliable

Worst courier ever. They delivered the wrong item. Then they hold my parcel for 3 weeks and keep on saying it is delivered. After calling them many times they said it was already delivered. Weeks after I managed to get in touch with them and they said your parcel is returned get another courier. I was very badly treated by someone called Ayaz Khan.

Possibly the worst company Ive ever dealt with in Dubai.No one answers the phone - I can hear them picking it up and then hanging up the phone.When I did speak to them they lie and tell you things will be delivered when they wont be.They can give no idea about delivery dates other than in the next few daysI cant believe a reputable company like MAF/Najm uses such a disgraceful company to deliver their credit cards!
