A good service when they have enough riders but for the last month no rider availability. Its a recurring issue in JLT. Very hard trying to have a conversation with anyone there too

Highly incompetent driver ! Having real issues to understand how international brands can use a shipping company as their final customer experience touch point - risking customer satisfaction. Rude, ignorant, hanging up - going so far that whats app messages are deleted to erase proof os nonsense.

Horrible service and the customer service is just appalling. They have no idea what they are doing.

My order has been with them since 7/11. No one can give me a delivery window. The only update I get is that the order is in their warehouse/available for dispatch today. But it never gets dispatched/delivered! The WhatsApp contact is terrible. Completely useless and unhelpful.

MY NOT SO GOOD courier experience in Dubai, so far.Dear Team, I have given you a chance to solve an issue of my missing package and nothing happened until now, 23 July 2021. I have been calling you guys since May 2021 and I hear the same words from your customer service that they will raise it and most of the time they are telling me as if it is my fault. And after that they will assure me of a call back. But did not receive a single call back. Please take responsibility of your action and your company. You have beed paid already and since you have been paid it seems like you have forgotten your responsibility.

Very bad experience.. i was supposed to receive item today morning.. untill now driver not reached .. maybe i paid for delivery charge so that they may sent it whenever they wish ..Live tracking message is all false promises made to customers..

Awful awful experience with a well.known makeup shop and you guys. Picked a same day delivery to then be told by them that it actually means next day delivery. Still havent received the package and then finally.got q call by the courier to then be told he is too busy and it wont be delivered till tomorrow. Waa supposed to be a gift for my husband from my 4 year old son for fathers day. I am.jusy being fobbed off by you and got told someone will call and noone has.

I’ve been waiting my order for 2 days now, i tried to follow up the driver but keep insisting to deliver at night. I have work at night thats why i want to receive it before i go to work. He said he’s nearby, then again he said he’s far from my location. What the? I am the customer but i will be the one to adjust. Bad customer service!! #5683 driver!!

Worst experience ever. Theres no way to track items except chasing their people on WhatsApp. No time windows of delivery so you can plan your day. They let the whole day pass and insist on delivering late night, like people have nothing else planned expect wait for the elusive package.

It is the worst company ever for delivery services that i have encountered till date. If i had the option of giving negative stars, i would have provided that. However, since it is partnered with Sephora and therefore all the orders of sephora are shipped through this company, there is no way i can avoid them. Unfortunately, Quiqup is defaming Sephora as well by providing terrible and pathetic delivery services. They don;t deliver on the requested time even if you call them 100 times and then they return your order to Sephora and lie to them that customer was not responding. Quiqup is just a bunch of liars and unprofessional people and i would request everyone to be cautious and never trust this company for any service.I was expecting the same reply from your side as u have given to other people who have posted a review.. Please mail to usI dnt want to waste any more time in explaining to your team and Its better you check with your call center staff rather than giving standardignorant responses and not taking any fruitful actions like always.

I wanted to rate their service to zero star, but no option to do that. WORST delivery service. I ordered from Bath and Body works a week ago. First, i received a text at night that the parcel was not delivered because I was not available, but nobody called me to inform me that they will deliver it on that day. Next, I called Quiqup to reschedule the delivery. On the day of the delivery I received a text from BBW that my order has been delivered, but no one came, no one called me, nobody. I called their Customer service and was told that it is with the driver and should be delivered soon. I waited, nobody came, nobody called. I followed up the next day, I was told that the item was returned to Al Shaya because I was not available during the delivery? What? Seriously???!!! When I called Al Shaya, I was told that my order has been delivered. Filed a complaint and good luck to me! Such a disgrace and shame!

Terrible company, disappointing service, extremely slow. Eventhough theyre based in the UAE, they receive a package and they sit on it for few days to be delivered. You can not track your package online and you have to call their customer service every time for follow ups. Extremely outdated delivery services, you have to keep calling them begging them to deliver you package. In today’s fast paced world with companies that are technologically advanced companies like this must be struggling and won’t last more than a few months. Service/speed is everything.

There are so many restaurants around our community like Sticky Rice in JVC or Yo Sushi in Motor City but they don’t deliver to Jumeirah Golf Estates. I even spoke to them asking why you don’t deliver. It’s just 10 mins drive to us. They said it’s Quiqup who refuses to add JGE to it’s list. I don’t understand who so? Any other delivery company they work with do deliver but Quiqup - NEVER!

Worst delivery in UAE!!! My parcel from Sephora was delivered somewhere else and company claiming it was delivered. How the hell it was delivered if your driver never even called me?! After 7 days I found out by myself that driver dropped the parcel to the wrong address, and luckily those nice people informed me. Very very bad service!!!!!! Teach your drivers to read the address properly and call the customer!

Bad service and totally not recommended they dont care about restaurants they are not recommended for Restaurants they dont pickup the order within the time and they cant deliver also on time you can to fallowup a lot of time am so disappointed from them bad service team they cant Handel busy time if you add delivery to there platform they dont assign rider you had to call them a lot..

An absolute disgrace. If this company is fronting the delivery for a supplier on future orders I will change supplier.Just another final mile delivery company performing a less than acceptable service to honest paying customers!!! If you are a business owner subcontracting this part of your business make sure you get this part right!

This is the most inefficient delivery service Ive had so far. I wonder why stores like Level shoes deal with your company. My order is missing. It says it was delivered but when the receiver checked the door or the receptionist, it isnt there. I already complained to Level shoes and they said theyre communicating with your company. This is too much inconvenience.

I was so happy with the service before very fast... Today I rate 1 star because of the driver did not call me when arrive 🤬. I did not receive any message or email from quiqup that my order out fo delivery but it’s not the problem. Normally drive give me a call before he come or when he arrive but the one delivery for me today didn’t call or message 😡😡😡😡

Useless pathetic service - delayed food delivery by 1.5hrs and dont even apologize

They have a reputation of arriving EXTREMELY LATE. Just expect them to arrive after 1hour to 1hour 30mins.

The worst courier company that I have ever dealt with.They have my order since a week and keep asking me the delivery location but never turn up. They make lame excuses.

You do deliveries for Donner & Gyro, Dubai mall - our food took over 2 hours to arrive and then the delivery guy didnt have a credit card machine (as requested when I placed the order). Shocking service. Absolutely ruining this restaurants reputation.
