Very bad service. One of the worst cargo service ever i seen. I have my package in pending to deliver from december. Till now they are saying its under custom clearance and no one is picking calls on kerala number. Very very very bad service. They are very irresponsible peoples in cargo service. 10 months for a delivery... Ridiculous 😡😡😡

Very bad class service, my courier was dispatched from Dubai to India, still not received, its been 10 months we havent received yet, staff dont entertain, very bad service, Ill not use this courier even for free.You tell us you have two decades experience, still this kind of service, Impressive, and you need more experience customers service staff.

Sent 2 boxes on December 4th through sea cargo services. Not delivered yet. From March I hear about the clearing being started and the promise of delivery at the earliest. Other than me calling them every 2 weeks, have still not received a call from their team on any updates. Not once. Regret the day I chose them for sending cargo. Invoice No 297156. I know friends and relatives who sent their cargo through other companies in that month and receiving it by February. Terrible service and customer care initiative. Will never recommend them to anyone. I don’t think I’ll ever receive the shipment.

Received Air Cargo on 12 th day with damaged delivery including goods and package. during phone conversion they told one price and when they came for pick up changed the price and advised if you dont you can send with other courier. not advisable for sending goods and service level. after all we received damaged goods paying so much of amount.

My sister send 2 packs of household items in 14 th December 2020 from Dubai to Kerala...She paid 10000 rupees to the cargo agency.....Now 9 months gone away..We dont receive that 2 packages ,that items are missing.. Her 3 months salary lost.... what can we do..?..how irresponsible you guyzzzz...???? Details of the shipper is Al- Karama .Dubai..UAE.... Please do something...we want that items..!!!!.. Never ever choose to sent cargo by seeing advertisement , small scale local cargo companies are much much better than this . i have sent my sea cargo on 26th Dec 2020 and till now no update. every month they says that it will be delivered at the earliest time. i am 100 % guaranteed that i wont be able to use any single item from it and also i dont know if they have any intention to deliver it . I know my friends who send the cargo from different companies during that month and got delivered on time. I will never recommend to anyone due to this worst experience.Update on below response from owner - Multiple reminder email has already sent and did multiple phone call followups , you people are keep on says will be delivered at the earliest which was not happened last 8 months. i dont think that with this kind of unprofessional service no one will choose your services.

My friend saravanan send some sea cargo in Dr courier service , on november 26 th invoice no 293844 , 9 th month after august 17 th we received the cargo , before the delivery man told 40 days you receive your cargo .but long days after I received my cargo ( master number - 11078810019515)and that having lot of food items and I got everything is expired , and I told this to my friend , he told me that he have complaint number and he is going to make complaint , and he did complaint also , but till now no response from Dr courier service , so my friends do not use this service, if you need use another service , this is the worst service I think so , before they told many expired food means we will refund for you , but now no response from the service

I had sent around 175 kg to Kerala through express ship cargo ,i was bit scared as this was my first experience with DR courier and moreover most of the items were fragile and i had packed them with the wooden box by paying some extra amount. If I could give a negative rating I would. Most horrible experince for me with DR courier. From last Dec 2020 I sent 2 big boxes to Goa from Abu Dhabi, that I am still waiting to be delivered. Loss of over 2000AED. No response after follow up & no one answers the dubai office. Very disappointed!

July 2nd i sent my express sea cargo to Kerala invoice no-349633. As per them the express courier will take 25 days or maximum 30 days. But my courier delivered after 48 days. One of my colleague sent along with me as norml ( 2 months)through the prime cargo the courier delivered with in 30 days.July 2nd Friday i met Mr Saif karama branch to enquire about the shipment and delivery. He told me tat today Friday nobody will come and take the items. Later i communicated through online and he told me tat sir as per your convince at any time will come and collect. So i have decided to go head Wit Dr couriers.Whenever i was checking online the status was showing the same. I was dealing 1st time wit this courier company so decided to check in their karama office. Again i met Mr Saif 17 th july he told me tat your courier already reached in India 4th july tats why its show as receivers country and waiting 4 the clearence. I was really shocked and happy because with in 2 days ship reached in india and asked about tat he told its trade secret we wont relieve those information. Again after 25 days i went to the office the online status was the same receivers country which already updated on 4th July. And asked Saif about the online status nd told him am not able to understand anything through the online tracking because he already told me 2 weeks back its reached in india. Then he told me its your problem if u cant understand bz this not a new company we are here more than 17 years nd using the same software.

Horrible courier service. I would rate it in minus if there was an option. My cargo still hasnt reached my place its been 5 months. We have sent cargo to kerala on November 25th..it is not yet received... Its been 7 months now. Worst customer service ever. Whatever the reason is.. If they couldnt resolve it in 7 months, Then whats the point in running a unethical company like this?.atleast show the responsibility to refund our money. Every time I hear their add on the radio these days I feel sorry for the poor souls who sent their things though this company.I send my belongings back in December 2020... Still waiting for it to be delivered. Non of the staff from the company bothered to even call me and inform me about the situation. I had to call them and ask about it and every time I call them they say in the next few weeks it will be delivered.I guess by the time I receive the cargo it will be 2022.

I recently sent my personal stuff through Air Cargo box from DXB to BLR. It got delivered within the timeframe, moreover during the lockdown. My stuff is all in good condition. Thank you DR Courier Karama for your fast n responsive service. Highly recommended for Air cargo!

I wish to notify everyone about the poor service and ignorant customer service by this courier sevice providers.I have courierd abt 350kg household through them on jan 30th. I was informed that the max days for sea cargo is 30 to 40 days by the representative. Since im moving to a new house and house warming was planned on march 12th. I thought it will reach the destination before march 10th. Today is 9th of march and im trying to figure out the reason why im not getting the parcels here. I tried to track it from their website and its showing 01.02.2021 custms process going on. Not mentioned where and which customes it is. And i tried to contact them over phone and thru watsapp. No response. When i say abt my problm they are completly ignoring it. They says that there is an unusuall delay hpnd. And it was infomed to every customers. But i didnt recieved any intimation from them. I can show them all the proof. Now i have sent few msgs in their watsapp and wat they say is like. There is delay. It may reach or may not reach. They cant tell anything. This is how they r responding now. So to all of them who is reading this pls pls pls dont spend ur time and money here. There are many good courier people around uae. Anyone who wants to see see the proof i can show u all that.

The dr courier agent said that will be delivered in 25 to 45 days but the cargo is not get in my house i will contact that person but he is not attend the message and not reply the message.6 months over. Its been more than 50days I send my cargo 38kg and until now it is not arrived. Whenever I call their office to track always says that in 3days will get it. This three days excuse going on since last one week now.. cargo has reached kerala and best part is that someone called my people and said they forget to take it. When we called them back they are telling dont call us someone else will deliver. Dont understand whats happening. I send this on 21st Nov.

One of the worst cargo company I experienced, i send cargo to my home country 35 kgs and out of that 27 kgs items are broken and damaged, i lost my things worth aed 700 and more.I spoke with cargo company person one Noufal and he is telling silly reasons for the damage that the items are packed from my side for that thry are not responsible meanwhile they charged me additional aed 35 for packing and documentation.PLS GUYS DO NOT SEND CARGO FROM DR CARGO KARAMA JUST LOOKING INTO LOW CARGO FARE, U WILL HAVE BIG LOOSE OF MONEY OTHER SIDE.
