This company has lost entirely its ability to perform correctly.I was a frequent and faithful customer of assist but since a few months they have been messing up with all the visa procedures I have initiated.Since their main manager had to leave, the entire company is crumbling down, telling that everything is fine but they dont follow-up, executing their job incompletely.On top of that, I have been losing precious months to make a Shengen visa, which is taking several months due to their incompetency. They even forget requested document, send low-level staff who dont know anything about the procedure and their requirements.I REALLY ADVISE ANYONE WHO WANTS TO WORK WITH THEM NOT TO TRUST THEIR LOUSY SERVICES. YOU WILL ONLY LOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Objectively the company with the worst professionalism and customer experience I have dealt with in the past few years. The company lacks transparency with the services it provides, takes much longer time than initially promised, charges higher fees than in the quotation and does not provide alternative solutions to any issue that arises.The purpose for contacting the company was to legalize diplomas in order to obtain a UAE work visa. I ended up being the person calling the different parties working at Assist AE to coordinate the process, spending up to one hour every couple of days between people in France, Spain and the UAE. I had to come up with solutions and press the company to speed up the legalization and obtained my papers five weeks after the deadline.I highly distrust the company and suggest readers to go with another firm for such services.
