The most unprofessional company i have ever worked with. No tracking, you need to call them to understand where is the shipment. When you call them you will be lucky if they answer. They tell you it will take 2 days for shipment to arrive and then they have all the possible excuses why it’s late for a week. I have been trying to speak with a manager for 10 days, and they are “not allowed” to share his number, and he is not calling back as per his team request. Even if you are attracted by their cheap prices, they service is even cheaper.I’m a company that does many shipments, and the employees feel very comfortable to lose a customer like me.Hope a “manager” will see this message and honor me with a call.
SMSA didnt deliver my shipment and its literally impossible to get any information where is the delivery and when I can expect to recieve it. Worse customer service ever. Send them several mail and always got auto-reply with zero actions.
I’m used to customer service of companies generally being really bad in Dubai and the UAE as a whole but this is one of the worst companies I have dealt with in a while and the courier employee they sent to delivery my package this time (Alexander) is very rude, arrogant, careless and uncooperative. He kept trying to play the clueless victim and kept saying “as you know, I am only the courier”…as though I was not aware of this and as though this makes it okay for him to be careless and clueless about his job 😄. He kept asking for location details I already gave SMSA via the sms link they sent me (literally pinpointed my location on google maps) but he still sent me a message asking me what my location is. He couldn’t be bothered to call SMSA and ask for it. He said there are not enough details on the package and showed me a picture of the package (and my entire address is on it, every detail down to a T - with the wrong weight details. It’s entered as 43.47 KG when it’s actually a small parcel.) On top of that, SMSA charged me an extra 10 dirhams on top of the 5 percent import vat for “cash on delivery” payment because I didn’t pay for it online. They never sent me a link to pay for it online. In the end, I had to accept the excess charges because Alexander was being so unhelpful and difficult and I was unable to reach SMSA customer service on the phone. The worst part is I never chose them as my courier for this particular parcel, the company I made the order from uses them. Yet, I was forced to deal with their incompetence.
I have been ordered to one shop and this is the courier. NO CALLS, NO UPDATE, NOTHING AT ALL! it really took long time and no care at all about their scheduled shipments! 👎👎👎👎TO ALL THE SHOPS, dont use their service or else, you will lose your customers trust! NOT RECOMMENDABLE AT ALL!

Agent on site helped me with the shipment, informed me of missing Invoice and errors, provided a nice package for my shipment. Would recommend.
Your delivery is a disaster. Why is it delivery if I have to run after your delivery guy that doesnt have an emirates ID to be able to enter the building?

The worst courier service, not only in the country but in history!I counted on them for my business, they ruined me ! Take an honest advise and don’t try to deal, I ended up digging up their owner from LinkedIn just so I get my things back which were not delivered for 10 days!The owner demanded the 19 dirhams! Extremely bad service delivery took way longer than expected. Customer service has very bad response, each person told me a different thing and it took almost two weeks just to update my delivery address and deliver my shipment. .

I’d rate this company with 0 stars if it was the option. If you order anything from iHerb, please never chose SMSA express for delivery. First time I have my order delay and it’s first time when I use this company. Will not use it ever again. So poor costumer service as well in Dubai. When I called no one was helpful and didn’t want to listen to the problem.If you want your order to be delivered on time use DHL or aramex. They deliver within less than a week.

The worst delivery company and I would never recommend to deal with them, delayed shipments, not answering the phone in hours and days, shipments were damaged due to poor storage and delayed delivery, and in the case of speaking with them if you were answered after several weeks, they treated very badly and asked you to come to their headquarters, unlike DHL The highest respect and professionalism in dealing and within three days the order reached you without fatigue or calls and without tracking to the door of your home, thank you DHL for your good dealings, my use of SMSA was the biggest mistake, and therefore I will warn all people and my friends from dealing with them constantly in all social media and Twitter , So that no one is involved in dealing with them.
