Aramex is not even worth 1 star.. one of the worst courier companies in the world.From last four days my parcel is going out for delivery and by the end of the every day system is updated by saying unable to reach..On top of this, all their customer service agents are trained to say and make false Promise of 100% delivery will be done by today...but its seems normal to them...and they are never able to connect to the delivery driver.. till now I havent received the package.
Very poor service, unprofessional employeesThey hold the shipments for weeks in their warehouse for no reason.Last month they lost my banks debit card.So careful while using their services, your sensitive information may land in the wrong hand.
PEOPLE WITH NO RESPECT! shoutout to the supervisor name is who don’t know what customer service and ethic means!! 2 days ago package arrived in Um Ramool which I came to collect but they said wait 3 hours they will fine then after that asked me to come back tomorrow. When I come back they said it is in Al Qouz come 9am! Now they said they cannot accept people from 9am and come back 12nn!
It seems my order stuck or lost since 25.06.2021 as per Aramex application and today is 13.07.2021 !I dropped an email before one week to Aramex and got reply today only that my request sent to concerned department.I thought the Reply email contains an action but unfortunately no action (only reference number) and for future I can submit new request prior assisting me !Please Aramex, First assist me & deliver my purchased item then ask me about a new request.It is better to place new order again instead of waiting and select another shipping courier.
This company need to clean up their act. They dont care about their business and it is evident in the way they approach their business. Just because service providers use them does not mean they have a good business, having a good business means that you are loyal and trustworthy to that which you do, delivering goods, on time and in the manner that you undertook to do it. There is no way around it, it is just hard to deal with an unresponsive and cold company.
First you send me 7 morning massage and i was sleeping if you will bring something inform us 1 day before i was waiting this shipment since 8/8/2021 now the driver waaas tooo rude to mee he dont have change 500 the total js 328 he was angry why you didnt see the massage the Im in my way and i was just wakeup to receive his call why he so rude to me i ask him to go to the grocery near to my house 1 minutes away with a car he refused and his altitude was rude to me.
Absolutely shocking service! I have been waiting for over 10 days for my shipments that are in al quoz. I’ve called every single day to be told they would be delivered the next day and nothing! No one seems to take ownership of the issues and actually help the customer. I still don’t have my parcels I’ve even offered to collect them but they also can’t accommodate that either. Truly appalling.
Ppl are good and rude plus sometimes the token machine is down but 80% of staff are good and polite, management should look into staff issues to help them improve their issues so they can be nice and productive which will lead to a better customer service experience.
Terrible service. Unnecessary delays of package deliveries, customer service staff are unable to help and promise a call back only to never call back which leaves you with no choice but to call their tolled number and be on hold practically begging them for an update.
Very bad and poor service I have ever had . Aramex continue to go down with its service and no improvement at all since long time . Even the customer service is very bad and not polite. I have a shipment since june and did not receive it till today despite multiple calls and follow ups from my side.
Would never trust to ever use Aramex again considering what I’ve seen inside their warehouse and how unorganized and unprofitable this place is.I’ve seen it waste collection area that looked more organized.
