Had very bad experience a couple of month back. They don’t guide us properly prior to sending any items. I had to send a phone to India . But it’s not delivered yet and the team is really careless and not worried about the customers material. No follow up till the material reaches the person. I have lost my mobile and spent unnecessary for courier.

This company is using brand name like JBL to sell their counterfeit products i just bought to them online a speaker and they dEliver another product of the same likeness as the JBL CHARGER 3. They are using messenger to make sell their fake items online..If you have scammed with this company download Dubai Consumer App and file a complaint .
