This rating if for DHL in general. Amazing how they just come and deliver the shipment. When the delivery is scheduled for a certain date, your door bill will ring early morning.

I found it very expensive. I have never used a courier service before here in dubai so no idea about the charges. But, they took 250 aed to deliver a card and 4 papers to Pakistan - that is too expensive!!!

Excellent service, the parcel was delivered 4 days earlier than the promised time.

They dont even come to collect! 3 calls later then they arrive

The customer service is sadly pathetic, the call center team ends up interrogating you, and with naive belief that front desk will be more helpful, where you go the staff is barely visible behind the counter as theres no enough light, and he is not even ready to support so whatever, and eventually ignores you as if you dont exist.

These are the worst courier service. Item was sent 2 weeks ago from London to Dubai but still not delivered. Always putting the fault on someone else. Will never use this service again.
