The pick boy wrote in reciept 125aed but it should be 225aed total amount, then the customer pay almost 272aed she give to the driver.. the point here the driver should inform me how much should be the total amount for ther receipt if they really concern regarding the over payment of customer. But no they insist about the amount in the reciept.. and i call but the customer service they dont know how to talk in polite way.. maybe i need to call the proffessional person to solve this issue is money issue and trust issue

I stay in Sharjah but met them at Burjuman exit 1 to hand over some items to them to be sent to Abu Dhabi same day....I made made them aware i want the goods to be delivered same day since it contains food items and even paid the fees...I was assured of it being sent same day but as at 5pm, after 6 hours of the items being with the delivery man, the recipient was called and assured of the goods coming, recipient further stressed on the goods being delivered but its after midnight as I typed and the goods were not delivered...Its likely the foods items will be damaged by now ...Honestly this is very unprofessional and wont recommend to anyone 😠😠😠

The most unprofessional Ive ever seen. Especially their office staff, my company is still using them only because of one staff whos really good to us. Believe it or not. we dont call the office for booking. we ask for the guy whos always picking up for us. I really wonder why these guys were hired.. they are not professional and not suit for the company. I feel sorry for the company. But I still have to give credit to Sabir That I think the only guy suit for the company.

Its not even delivered to the concern person even after 4 days.and whenever we call the people about it,they dont even have an answer and suck irresponsible character. Delivery man Shameer keeps changing the delivery time since10am and made me not step out of the home till 7pm. had to call them every now and then for delivery. Finally the box reached in a bizzare condition. No professionalism and will never recommend this service.

We have phoned couple of other courier services and we got the best rate from here. Worst company i ever had experience with i called them today morning to ask how much is their charge to send an item to Jordan and from the first call i was waiting for the representative to give me the rates i heard him saying something in his language and hanging up on me then i called again the same guy put me on hold and then hanged up on me / i called the third time the same guy answered and i told him what is going on he said ok ok and thats it and then put me on wait again and hanged up on me / literally worsttttttt service ever if this how they deal their customer how would they deal with our stuff we send using their bad services, there is nothing professional about it maybe you should call yourselves worst service providers that would describe you better

Was stuck in Dubai for lock down and called to book the courier. They gave me an order number and I paid my house cleaner to go and pack a bag with medicines and clothes. Pick up was from building security. They confirmed the night before that they will pick up. They NEVER SHOWED UP! I kept trying to call their Dubai, Abu Dhabi and HQ late afternoon / evening and no one answered. Finally today I have had to pay a taxi driver to drive from Abu Dhabi to Dubai to bring my medicines. Unbelievably horrible experience despite repeated confirmation!!!!Avoid at all costs.

The staff in dubai branch is great but in Abu Dhabi branch the staff in very unprofessional and dont even answer calls.

Extremely poor service, the guy at reception who is picking up the phone has no idea what he is talking about, he forgot to book the delivery and already confirmed the pick up date and delivery date, but nothing happened between 2 - 3 days, very disappointing.

I was bit sceptical after seeing the negative reviews. But for me it worked like magic. Document to kerala was delivered in 4 days, even in this pandemic situation. Staffs at reception were friendly..

Theyre really bad even at delivering.Their courier kept asking me to urgently meet him halfway, because he is late and had to go to Dubai right away.After meeting, he forgot to take the Proof of Delivery, so after I reached home, he asked me to drive back to location so he could get paid for the delivery job.I courteously agreed, and went to the half way point again.I asked if he was heading to dxb, to offer a shortcut route to the newly built highway. He said he had more deliveries in RAK.These guys lie about deliveries, so they dont deliver to your door.Professional are the last thing these couriers are.Cheap and horrible service! should be their motto.

Hi. Just want to know if the company is legit ?They are asking me to pay 816 $ for the 12 kg parcel and make the payment through remittance/payment transfer ? They are not even disclosing the tracking number of the parcel since the sender didnt also lnow where the hell he put the tracking details. And what is my assurance that they will give the parcel afrer i transfer the payment ? Why they cannot settle through COD so atleast the customer will have the assurance.Please let me know if you had other experiencw with theis courier . Thanks.

Very poor service. Made a delivery from Gamerstreet and asked me to come pick up the shipment instead of delivering the package.Because I refused the courier was forced to deliver the product to the mentioned location.

Short Story: Do NOT deal with this company..Long Story:1 - They charge you extra money without any proper explanation why & based on what did you charge that amount! If you didnt notice or werent sharp enough, you might pay extra few money that nobody knows where it goes.2- They NEVER come on time! 20 minutes is like 1 hour and half.3 - I ordered an item that is very sensitive to heat! They were supposed to keep it cool. The item received very hot & damaged!! Their vehicles have no AC in the storage area. Based on the treatment Ive received, complaining would be such waste of effort & time.Short Advice: I HIGHLY recommend find another solution.

I will never recommend this company.. They didnt deal with our shipment in any way professional, they didnt deliver on time, they call at a very very odd hours and never say anything except where is location and never tell you who they are and what to expect or when to expect the delivery..They held a very expensive and sensitive shipment and the driver not willing to return to deliver the shipment.They refuse to help and said we will deliver in the evening for an office that closes at 4:30, unbelievable courier service.

The worst courier company ever! The driver is not willing to deliver the item to my home and instead asked me to go to a place at his convenience!!! Unbelievable. When I started giving direction on the street no. I am located, he interrupts and said that he doesn’t check the street numbers and Instructed me to get the item where he is located and He didn’t even bother apologizing at all!!

The worst ever courier. They collect the packages giving false promises on delivery timing and do not deliver at the promised time. When asked, they are very rude and tell us that it is DUBAI and therefore they cannot keep their promises. What an amazing answer from the delivery team. I tried to report the matter to the higher officials but it appears that it is a small company and there is no one to whom we can complain. It is highly advisable NOT to use this courier service. What a bad experience!!!

Unprofessional services, really pathetic.I called them 20.08.18 morning 9 am to book for the pick up of my from flat for 10.30 A.M.Till 10.30 no calls from them and Ive to call the given number again . When I Spoke with them they have to reconfirm the pick up and assured me that 13.00 my parcel will be picked up. They have given one driver number .I called the driver couple of times to share my location. That guy never attended my call.I waited till 13.00 hrs and again made my call to the given number and informed my concern.They called the driver and I was again given the next pick up time at 14.00 Hrs. So I cancelled my pick up.Really pathetic and unprofessional . Ive been waiting for past 3hours for this guy.Im going to raise this UAE consumer complaint affairs. I am dealing with these guys more than couple of years & really happy with the service, Weekly i send like 15 to 20 shipments & they didnt make any delays on my deliveries, The only delay happens while the customer is not answering and not available in the given location.Best Courier in my opinion.
