I had a very bad experience👎. I sent courier from Dubai to India. It wasnt reached as per the time line and trackers wasnt help and showing improper informations, due to insufficient communication between origin and final destination branches. Finally i have called every branches and track my shipment finally. They kept the shipment themselves for a period till i contact them. However final destination branch has told told me that they will not shipment in my door step. hence i sent someone to collect the shipment. It was really frustrated after i have paid expensive charges for couriers.

Service was awful, I was trying to send the documents to India with AED 65 , the driver collected without checking anything, next day someone from office called me and saying i need to pay AEd150 additional to pay on order to send the document, i want to cancel the shipment i asked them to return the documents (urgent),the manager name sajjad AED 25 deduction for cancelation but will not able to return after two more daysI told the manager about the urgent shipment still not able to helpfinally i need to send my driver to pick up from their head officeif you want to send anything please prepare for other service dont chose the DTDC at all.

Wrong location and had to ask around. The courier service is near the bridge of Emirates building. Its behind the Aramex showroom on the main road.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I ordered and paid a service online. Company called me a couple of times regarding the parcel but 7 days were not enough for them to make a pick up. Customers are clearly ignored after payment.
