THE WORST EVER!! Had I seen these comments, I would never have registered and have gone to Shop & Ship instead even paying a bit more. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHIPPING COMPANY!!! Was told that shipping would take 5-8 days from departure from US and its been a month!! Why would anyone give you this timeline knowing that people have been complaining about the poor service? Been calling and emailing weekly and all they can say is its on their way or I will have someone contact you. You will receive only an email of apology, but no live person will call you back nor real explanation whats the timeline and status. I found out my boxes were travelling to other parts of Middle East before coming to Dubai. Its no wonder its taking forever! I am heading back to my home country beginning Sept and I am afraid my boxes will be delivered (if any) just when I am about to get on the plane. HONESTY, ACCOUNTABILITY AND RELIABILITY IS ALL WE ARE ASKING FOR.

Not reliable at all. Apart from the worst customer service, the delay on the shipment is unbelievable. They cannot even guarantee your package will be delivered on time. I do not even want to give them one star because its not worth it.

Worst service ever!! I would have given 0/5 rating if possible.I had a package to be delivered and delivery agent asked for location on the day which I gave right away. Waited for the whole day, and agent messaged me by 10PM saying that he won’t be able to make it and he would deliver it on the next day. I said Ok, I can wait for one day because I had to send it abroad on the next day only.And no information from next day onwards. I called over 20 times, doesn’t pick up the call and he messages me saying that he missed my call, but never calls back. And now he messaged me that it will be delivered day after tomorrow.I had planned to send the item abroad once I receive it from the courier, now it is all in vain.I am going to raise a complaint to the concerned.

Even the employee of the call center, whose name is Ibrahim, is unprofessional in responding, as his answer was we are busy, as he did not provide any kind of help, please. Terrible service! They dont call to confirm if youre at home for delivery. I emailed them to reschedule after finding a missed call from them as I wanted the item to be received by me for certain reasons and it ended up being received by someone else even after the security told the delivery person I wasnt home.

One of the worst experience I ever had with a courier company. The customer service is ZERO and they make sure to establish the fact that they are right and you are wrong. They overcharged me on the weight which was clearly mentioned on the package. Now I have received the package and which I have already paid and they have send me another invoice saying these are taxes which was never mentioned earlier. In my personal opinion they do not care about the customer who are paying and just want to run the business with no ethics.

I received an email from mybox service stating I have a package from the uk! I called the call center to verify what’s in the package and from whom. The reply was we don’t know it’s just for you! I waited few days until it was out for delivery, when the driver rang the bell I inspected the package and SURPRISE SURPRISE the guy who ordered the item with his address was clearly printed on the pack of the package. I explained to the driver that this package is for this guys name printed on the back and it’s not for me. He said ok.This morning call center called me and insisted that this package is for me.I would really like to know this guy who in charge with printing labels can’t you see the addresses properly? When the package was returned yesterday couldn’t you guys recognize why I have not accepted the package!!I stopped using your service for a long time because of not correcting your previous mistakes and your generic answers when we call you on your landline.. you will get this 1 star because of your irresponsible behavior.

I had 2 parcels from Shein unfortunately through this company and they didnt send anything email or WhatsApp just i got notification from SHEIN delivery failure, i contacted SHEIN to know which company they contacted and I called posta plus customer service the agent told me we just called and mob was off we didnt use EMAILS or WhatsApp.. so how i can get back to them or even know which company?? I wish I could give zero star to this extremely unprofessional logistics company. They delivered my parcel to the wrong address without providing me any record or a photo as a proof of delivery. They even do not keep a record of these crucial information which is also unbelievable (I asked many times).I know that they are going to write their standart response under my comment like were sorry, please get in touch with us to get further assistance... I wrote to the customer service many times providing my tracking ID and everything but there is no response as expected. They lost my parcel and they completely seem not to care about it. Never and ever going to use this companys services again for sure.

My Shipment is lost at Pplus wearhouse.The item was delivered to my account in Pplus in US on May 4 and after one month May 30 they have updated their system as received and later they have stopped it because they have wrongly converted the amount to AED without the sign so it showed high value. And today June 10 they say maybe its lost.Very disappointed. Call center cant help and mybox is not supporting too.God knows if am gonna get my Shipment or the full refund!I need an immediate solution for this

Pplus is delivery partner for amazon.. I was awaiting for my package and given my office address.. The delivery guys reached my office after office hours.. I had a delivery from Amazon with the tracking number PPLUS00426758 and the item is with the courier of PPLUS since last 2 days.I am not unable to understand what is taking them so much to deliver. When we call the customer care they have most careless attitude and just doesnt understand or even try to provide clear picture. Theyre saying that they couldnt deliver the package because I was not in my residence while I was waiting here whole day for the delivery. Ofcourse the seller is going to get 1 rating as well. They seem to be totally out of control during this pandemic where they are upsetting lot of customers. Major reason is they are not being honest about their delivery times. When you email them, they say 7-10 days after receiving but they are taking weeks to just link the package to your account. They should stop operations untill they can fix this issue and are able to add more carriers. They have been great in the past but now are loosing that reputation very quickly.

Worst courier I ever saw.One time Amazon used these guys to send my order. It took 4 days to deliver from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Cant believe that the consignment was in Abu Dhabi two days before delivery!!Now again another vendor has used this company to send a packet to my wife. She is waiting for 3 days and still not delivered.A call to PPLus office and got reply that they deliver to Abu Dhabi in 24 to 48 hours. Now more than 72 hours passed and still no sign of the package.As some have written below their tracking system says Out for Delivery and then after a few hours Delivery Exception- Recipient UnavailableLocation: DUBAI whereas no one contacted or came to the building for delivery.And the delivery address is Abu Dhabi so wonder to whom PPLus were attempting to deliver in Dubai!!! That is the same for the present shipment that is not yet delivered. see below for details.Empost deliver in about 24 hours, Amazon mostly next day, Aramex in about 48 hrs, but these guys seem to walk to Abu Dhabi with the consignment and log wrong information in the tracking system that Recipient was not reachable.Update 21 March 2021Saw the reply below from owner. Unprofessional staff, very rude and impolite delivery driver. I ordered from amazon and unfortunately my order was shipped through them. Payment method was cash on delivery where the driver refused to pick up the payment envelop from finance office (10 meters away from reception desk) and took again the package and left. That all happened in less than 3 minutes, the company tried calling him several times but did not pickup. Second day they called me 7:30 in the morning to inform me that they will deliver again. Of course same driver showed up but this time with more aggressive and challenging attitude and same thing happened. Telling the receptionist let amazon deliver your package and leaving. Now we are waiting for their third visit and expecting the same to happen, but actually we dont mind and its becoming entertaining.

I placed an order on amazon and unfortunately my shipment was shipped through them. The next day I received an SMS from Amazon that the shipment has been dispatched. Since, then until this time when I write this review, my shipment is neither delivered nor I have been contacted by them. However, I called them yesterday 3 times to follow up for the shipment but everytime I was told that they will pass the information to the operations team, still no updates.In all, a very unprofessional, pathetic, not at all customer friendly, not puntual service.-10 star for this.

Worst service ever, they made me pay 480 dhs for shipping and I received the box with a huge hole in it and some items were missing from the box. When I complained they refused to compensate and said it was my fault the box is damaged even though their employees were obviously throwing the box around very carelessly and cause this huge tear in it. Amazon delivery time is exceeded 5 days and Pplus did not delivered the item. They were always busy and not picking the calls, even sometime they picked - they will say the delivery is in next few days. The funny thing is that, in the system shows recipient was not available during the delivery hence the delivery is not happen on xyz date. Adding to that, there are no calls made my the delivery agent and my phone is completely available during the time. Its like simply I was not available to collect the parcel when the delivery came. This is not at all a right thing to do.

Over a month to ship a package that was supposed to arrive within 2 days. After it was finally shipped, the tracking is marked as tentative delivery over two days, although Ive been home all the time no one tried to deliver or contact me whatsoever. They just update their information in order to justify a mess up that is over 50 days long, with no clarity from their side, while not responding any communication that has been sent over this time. An absolute nightmare to get a package delivered, do not use them if you can avoid.

We have business account with postal plus, they have pathetic, worst then anything customer service and account management team. they have provided customer service email but that is useless, you will not get any reply of your emails from their customer service, and when you try to contact the account management team that is nightmares for you. if you request for something they will take more then a month to give you any update on that request after contentious followup 100s of emails and calls and messages.actually dont deserve even 1 star rating , i wish i could give 0 star rating to Posta.

False info has been updated as the delivery guy (QAHZI REHMAN-100061963042 ) mentioned recipient unavailable in the postaplus system. I didnt get any phone calls or any contacts, and my parcel now is undelivered. With the Live tracking system, I can see the driver moving around, unfortunately this Driver not coming near to my place, not even a call. Really disappointed.

Im dealing with PostaPlus for the second time, usually I ship with them overseas when I order online. I like the quality of service & the great price of the shipping. The customer service over the phone is phenomenal Im still using them as my first choice of shipping! Would I recommend them? DEFINITELY Yes. I have been waiting for my parcel to arrive since November 26 and until now I haven’t receive it yet!! I phoned them today and was told the parcel was on hold and I ask the reason why, the customer service agent told me “I don’t know, maybe you request for it to be on hold” Say what?!? Then she said she will check with her team and call me back but didn’t receive a call back. I phoned them again and was told that “this shipment has been requested to be sent back to the origin” Say what again?!?!? They said they try to deliver the shipments in 3 attempts but none of it was communicated to me that they are not successful in delivering the item. they said nobody is answering the calls but they should be responsible enough to know if its office and the office hours.

Very slow delivery.very slow response for customer service.very complicated procedures for deliver your parcel.my parcel number is 100022139736. It was in custom for 6 days .all other parcels were delivered except the one which is handeled by postaplus.it is not the first time.I send to Amazon and I parcel never use this company.you deserve below zero star.my advice never deal with this company.
