No information on my package. Supposed to be delivered yesterday but no intimation of delay. Just an SMS saying out for delivery the next day. The whole day has come to an end. Still no response. Pathetic customer service and communication.Please upgraded your systems and people!!!

Why is Aramex having such a poor customer service? Actually there is no customer service. Delivery keeps being delayed and delayed and my shipment is moved from al quoz facility to umm ramool facility back and forth a few times now, instead of being delivered. Also the shipment was paid for “same day delivery”

Unable to contact customer service. Rude staff who will reschedule the package drop off to the next day Instead of finding a more prompt solution for the customer and just an overall terrible experience.

As you can see 30 mins and going, nobody receives the calls, despite scheduling the shipment 10 times on WhatsApp, still shows address required.I am also ready to come and collect the shipment if someone answered.

Great delays never able to contact them. If you need to send anything urgent DO NOT do it with Aramex . It is the second time to use Aramex and second time was worst than the previous. If i could give 0 stars i would

Horrible customer service. mishandling important documents. tracking is poor and extremely difficult to get hold of somebody to help out and address the gravity of the situation.I do not recommend dealing with Aramex for important documents.

This is totally crazy! first i schedule a delivery 6days ago and no one came to deliver, the next day a driver called saying he is on a different delivery address i asked to delivery in the right addres but he reported that he cannot reach me! next i called in your customer service to arrange and fix it she said it will be delivered on that same day i waited whole day at home to receive it but no one came again! then someone called the next day to schedule a delivery AGAIN and he said he will make sure that it will be delivered but again no one came!! today i wasn’t able to answer but i called back and i was transfered to customer service i asked nicely that i receive a call maybe it was the delivery guy but he said i have to reschedule the delivery, seriously?! should i just keep on rescheduling this shipment?! and seriously, your staffs reported that they cannot reach me?!! i was even calling them and they are calling me and they will report that they cannot contact me?!!! just because they cannot fulfill the delivery they will report like it was the customer’s fault?! what a nice customer service! A total messed delivery service and customer service! it was a total non sense to call in your customer service because non of them can fulfil their promises to your customers! they were even making a customer look like a liar just to save theirselves!

Very poor service, in the system shows that my shipment is in umm rumool, went there yesterday, they said no its in alquoz and will delivered today, eventhough I didnt schedule any delivery, and till now nothing, eventhough I requested à pickup from umm rumool branch, This is not the first time that Im facing this kind of issues. This will be the last time I deal with aramex.

Horrible experience with Aramex. Cannot get my parcel for a week now! Impossible to schedule delivery on time, they always reschedule it, blaming the customer for wrong address. My address is coreect and I called their customer support for 6 days in a row to confirm it. They say yes and next day again they dont deliver.Today I stayed at home on my off day just to recieve the parcel and again they couldnt send the delivery!!! They say tomorrow again. Its just worst experience ever!!! Worst company!!! I wish I can avoid working with them but they seem to be subcontractors of Fedex in UAE.ARAMEX is total scam! Worst delivery company in DUBAI! Worst customer service!!!!

I am a teacher and I do not receive calls during classes. They insisted on calling me and they were so rude to me they insisted on getting my pick up in the morning when I was not available and when I said I’m working I can’t he told me that he’s working as well and has no time for me and canceled my pick-up. Very poor service and poor attitude

Disorganised and a complete mess. my box has been sat in their al quoz warehouse which is a 2 minute walk from our office for a week. they called to schedule delivery and nobody turned up. They dont even let us pick up from their warehouse. How is this company still in business?

Poor service, item was delivered to the wrong address and not able to talk to any human being! Chat and call Centre all automated and all I could get was “ your package has been delivered”... just frustrating....

Worst experience ever, i have been waiting for my shipment for over 40 days and all these guys can do is raise a request internally to check where the shipment is!!! Every time I call they have no update and they only raise a request internally with no update whats so ever. Last time i spoke with the customer service Lujain M, she even couldnt connect me to her supervisor and said she can only raise another request to track! where the hell is my shipment! worst service ever.
