I got very bad experience. When I call to call center for enquiring about to send cargo to India. Person who answer the phone (Mahima) not giving time to clear doubts. Not hearing the questions replying just like a recorded radio. She hurry I feel dont have time to speak. I decided to use other cargo option. And feel she is arrogant very rude behaviour. Dont give chances like this persons to handling customer.

I have send Air cargo by seabreeze, they said it will take about 10 days, but it is safely delivered with in 5 days very fast service & very good packing 👍

A company located in Dubai in Al quoz industrial Area 4 , Company Name : Sea Breeze Cargo and couriers ! Cargo was delivered from my house on 13.12.2020 and it was supposed to reach after 15days (that was a AIR CARGO) and its been more than 6months my Cargo hasnt reached my house. It is so ridiculous firstly no proper customer service,a very Rude behavior with the customer , secondly not being informative when I approached to the office ,they said me software is not working ,no politeness and they completely say its not thier problem when I asked about my cargo . Never connect the lines to a manager even if would speak to them for the feedback,Always lied and gave fake promises and fake dates of arrival of cargo -A worstest company I have ever dealt with !! not worth a star as without that I could not post this experience on the review.

Initially one of my shipment reached on time,but after that very bad experience with December 2020 shipment,Still not yet reached to Gujarat destination, due to what so ever reason.They are just beating around the bush for last 9 months now.

I sent one wooden shelf through Seabreeze sea cargo.But while we are receiving Backside fully broken.. consignment is not fragile items. It is wooden cabinet. I’m sure that your team throw out from the container. Really this is very irresponsible handling and second time happening the same.Previous year I sent 1 Samsung Microwave, but it was also same with damage and even not working.even not ready to provide some compensation

Worst service provider in this industry.November 28th send around 150kg to kerala. But still not received. Not even single time communication from their end on this delay. While i did follow ups, every month saying, this month end you will receive.

Very very very worst service.... I sent my cargo box before 45days. Still I dont received in my home town in Tamilnadu. They are also not responding properly for my box. They said for sea cargo, we will receive within 35 days. Please dont use this cargo. They are cheaters. They give low price and the service also very very worst and cheap. I really 100 % disappointed

They said if I bring my stuff to thr office then the rate for shipping will be low.. So I packed my stuff in good big box and bring it to the office... But thr thy removed all to see and packed in thr box... For which thy took extra packaging charges. Also the weight I calculated at my place was 29kg and at office it went 32🙄 bcoz of extra packing... Now im hoping that my cargo will come safely

So pathetic service and customer care person. I got broken items in my parcel and upon inquiring, this customer care person is giving stereo type answers like he is reading on the paper. No manners at all.Express and normal parcel delivery time is same. There is no express thing at all.

I have been using Sea breeze services ever since I have been working in the UAE and never had a bad experience. Even though I have tried another provider once, I feel Sea Breeze has a lot more to give with their dedicated staff. I would like to thank Ebrahim and Ajith team who stand above the rest with their quality of work and commitment.

I will not give this service any stars. We were promised that our box will reached within 25days and it is more than a month and half and the box has still not reached destination. Calling the numbers available on the website are useless as no one picks up and if they do happen to answer they give you the run around. We have paid in full and received a sub-standard service from Sea Breeze.

Today visited ABC, DR CARGO, SEABREEZE in Al quoz,SEABREEZE is worst in their attitude towards customers.Even though they are bit cheapest among others, I wont consider there. Going with ABC / DR.CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WHILE LEAVING THE COUNTER IS VERY IMPORTANT.

Cheap cargo service to india

Well trained staff, very helpful and understanding.

It was recommended for me by my friend. very slow service. had to wait several days to pick up my cargo from Dubai. they told me that it will take 8 to 10 day maximum 15day to deliver in India. now even after 19 day no delivery . regret use this cargo service.

Gents, be careful, rather ultra careful before you use their services. Their prices or commitments mean nothing. Of course they would claim of high end connections at Indian Airports etc but hold your wallet tight !!! L

The worst cargo agents I have seen in 24 years of my life in Dubai. Booked with the 3 days before. No one turned up. Called them to find out what is happening and so called costumer care agent give a drivers number to call. He said earliest possible time is 6 hours later. Called the office and received no favoruble reply or even an apology for their shameless and irresponsible act. Never trust them.

Good price and timely delivery , i did a sea cargo to tamilnadu , we agreed for 30 days delivery time, the shippment came on 31st day.
