Great service, pick up and delivery are punctual.But some pickup agents are rude to customers, especially one who engaged in Al Sabha industrial area.Abudhabi team is really good.We can schedule pickup and will get update delivery in one simple call.Price are really cheap.

Very very worst service, these people will not respond properly , sometimes they exchange parcels also, i order a document to pick, they called me and said they have car tyres parcel on my name, i replied and told i have not order any car tyre but document, again they cross checked and told sorry its a document, they will say they will deliver at 8.00am, but never pick up our calls, keep us on waiting for whole day,. Never use this irresponsible service.

Yes the courier charge is very cheap. So maybe thats why the delivery/return service will take too much long and if you will follow up, different person will answer and they will give different answer. They didnt actually know that you call them many times. NO SYSTEM!

Some irresponsible staff destroying its value especially handling Mussafah area. We have arranged an urgent courier on Thursday 06-05-2021 (and they have collected the item and reached Mussafah at 8.00pm. Till now ( 09-05-2021 4.00pm) we didnt receive the item and we could not complete a FAT inspection with our client. The materials came from Germany on Airfreight by our supplier for meeting the FAT and because of This Courier people all efforts became waste.

I had mixed experiences with their services, At least no surprises like Aramex.

I don’t like to give 1 star but their continuous behavior forced me to give 1 star. I’ve dealt with them around 5 times and usually the person on the phone isn’t very welcoming and this time the guy straight up hanged up on me just for asking “ is it possible for you to pick up today “

I’ve been calling all the 4 numbers i know of the company and none of them answered the calls, I dont know the status of my shipment?! Where it’s? When i shall receive it ? The day almost done and I don’t know what’s happening????? I suppose to receive it today, FIRST & LAST time I deal with this company, I guess I learned something new today.

They are the best courier service people for all the deliveries within UAE. You need to call them in advance and they will come to collect your courier material. They have specific times for specific areas pick up or else you can visit their office and handover the package to them. They will make it deliver to the location specified at the earliest possible.

If there is less than one star or ZERO star i would give this company.I used this company service on 06-08-2020 for a urgent shipment from Ajman to Abu Dhabi and we agreed that they will deliver the same on the same day.A delivery guy called me same day at 4:00 telling me that he have my shipment and he want to deliver it now asking for the location, i gave the location and i kept waiting and waiting, i called literally more than 50 times and he was not answering, and when he answer he said that he dont have my shipment and closed the line in my face, i kept calling and calling without any response, then when he answered he gave me another guy number to check, and the other guy said that he have no idea about my shipment, again i called the first guy and he said i dont know and he closed in my face again but this time he switched off the phone, after minimum 4 hours of waiting, i started to call the office and the toll free call center number more than 20 times now and no answer, i have sent a WhatsApp message to the listed watsapp number on their website and i saw the user online without any response.Till now i have no idea where is my shipment as they do not have a tracking system and no one ever pickup the phone.

The operator guy today tells me he doesnt care! I can talk to driver or my client who has to receive package yesterday, But Until now my client hasnt received. The driver is lying that he called client when he didnt. Soooooo unprofessional call centre people and drivers! The lie too much

Service not good and staff attitude is terrible, the pickup timing is totally at their convenience and not the clients. The staff is rude to speak to and have the audacity to hang up calls on their clients. I will not recommend them at all.
