Awful service. I paid for delivery to UAE with self pick up from here. They forced me to pay AED 40 for “delivery” service. Which delivery if I’m here to collect my goods??? 🤢 service

Disaster organisation . 22 of June Emirates I/D of my child was printed . Received SMS . Since 24.06.21 I/D is not moving from delivery center, Al Quoz .Daily calling : same answer , I/D in delivery center. We will arrange email . Important thing is there is no responsible person. They are not giving no any contact , no location . I dont know to whom i have to address.

Extremely poor services, they dont deliver on the dates even after confirmation. And delivery charges pretty high even for a smallest package. Customer care guy was on call with me for 12 minutes and all he can say is wait sir. Extremely poor service. Every time I use Aramex this time I did a mistake by selecting the EP.

Terrible customer service, overpriced and they do not disclose the information they should. They sent my package to the wrong state very unprofessional. They do not even reply to emails nor do they correct their own mistakes save your money and go to aramex it might be pricier but at least your package will be delivered and you wont have issues

The customer services very bed and they have promised me more than 3 times that they well deliver the goods and called me back they never does.really disappointed and i loose too much mony because of that shipment delay.

Emirates Is collection, PO Box Registration and renewal. Service is friendly, but little slow. Nice Arabic manager, funny and helpful

I wish I can give them a zero less than a star! They lost my governmental documents that I was sending to Canada and noone is taking responsibility for it! The worse post Ive ever delt with! They wont even let you speak to a director or manager...Irresponsible.....Waste of time and money

Disappointing service. Only one clerk is serving everyone. All the other desks are empty. Very long wait which doesnt seem to bother the administration...

Beware! This is not Al Ramool Post office. If you typed this in your search bar put Emirates Post Group instead.

An unhappy experience at all because employee S and his colleague made me feel welcome, as if I had visited them at home or private property.I entered around 6 pm and the office was empty of auditors and employees except for Q and his colleague, and they were laughing loudly but they kept quiet and looked at me with astonishment (what do you want)? !!! I went to the employee because it was near the door, but she said that I had to take a ticket from the device at the door so I went back and took the ticket and went to her, but Q asked that I come to him !!!Why is the office empty and the employee on the left is next?If there is less than one star, I will put it immediately to this transaction from employees in this center.But for the postal organization in general it is old-fashioned and has great services. Including that the person I called on 600 and I think his name Qusai was very helpful in his information that I inquired about him, who directed me to a service center, but unfortunately I wished to go to the farthest center and find a natural treatment better than the near center.
