Worst customer service. I was supposed to receive a document from my bank. I received a message from Aramex to arrange delivery. However, their whatsapp, chat bot & app was not able to track the shipping no. and arrange for delivery.After much delay, I somehow got in touch with their customer service. I gave office address. However they recorded a different office from my company which is just on the opposite side of the road.When finally the delivery came, the delivery person was not willing to cross the road and deliver the document as it comes under different street/area. Finally i had to come out of my office and cross the road and receive the parcel on the opposite road.

The worst courier service ever and ever how they are still in business I dont know. I even feel the drivers cannot communicate properly if they call and you not at home they say you refused shipment instead of reschedule. And why not allow customers to schedule shipment before you even send it out for delivery I mean this is UAE no one is ever home our jobs require us to be there always. Am really alarmed by their service when you call them they make promises they will deliver but they dont and they tell you your item is on hold cz you refused how do you refuse something you ordered how.

Delivery β€œunlimited” is a perfect description of Aramex service. Unlimited in their promises and not fulfilling them. The most useless courier that I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. The package has arrived in the country on the 22nd June. It’s now the 7th July and I am yet to hear from them. They have not even responded to my online complaint that I registered on the 31st June - so much for their agents β€œgetting back to me in 24 to 48 hours”. I still wonder what door to door service mean in Aramex terms?

Had shipment no 31008087364 courier from India on 6th July and till now 19th July not received , Aramx playing with my parcel. CUSTOMER care is also horrible they dont understand simple English and not familiar with the nearby places , I told them Al Amman Street in Dubai , Al Nahda 2 , but they selected Al Amman Street in Abu dhabi and sent parcel Dhabi,Dont recommend to share either urgent or normal parcel with Aramex

If you want lousy not on time service, order from Ikea and have it delivered via Aramex. Youll get tons of confirmations at which time your order would be delivered. You make time for this and then Aramex simply does not show. They dont even have the decency to sent you a message or an email about the delay.. WHY? Truly the worst customer service in the world. Literally every experience with them was problematic, and takes ages for them to respond or resolve anything after you follow up like crazy. I was even close to opening a court case against them. What a messed up company, I dont want to go into details.Try Emirates Delivers instead. If there was 0 I would definitely give a 0 star .Very poor internal communication and customer service .Got an email from customer support mentioned the delivery time will be 09:00-13:00 , I was waiting in my house the whole morning . They didn’t show up . I contacted customer by phone . The lady who answered the phone told me the schedule time is 14:00- 16:00 . So disappointed with this company they change the 1st DELIVERY date of my package then I changed it once to the next morning & I called them to tell them that I have changed the date because Im busy they told me we are aware of the change & reconfirmed the new delivery date then comes next day... & I dont hear from them at all & Im not gonna call tomorrow till 1pm because I was supposed to receive my package today from 10-12 so Ill wait 24hrs after they missed out on the 1st delivery date to see if they gonna extend it to 48hrs.. They were offering pretty decent service in the past. Recently, all of my shipments will arrive in the country and they forward a text message. Then, it takes many days for the delivery. In short, its kept for the delivery persons comfortable time. Even after requesting for a quick delivery they delayed it for more than a week!

Few times tracked through website to see thd update and found the status at 18.55 Attempted delivery - customer not available - delivery rescheduled WHICH IS NOT TRUE!!!! My shipment was weighted extra, I requested for re-weight and received an answer after 3 days that shipment weight is Correct! , I sent them the evidence from the supplier and Aramex finally agreed and amended the price and promised me to deliver the shipment the next day, I got it after 4 days!! And with the old fee!! False promises in every call that theyre arranging for delivery in 24hr but nothing, no one bother to call or apologize, I asked for full refund because of the 1 week delay they caused me, the disappeared and sent their driver to my work place without my notice and he left the fee difference without even calling me. Worst service ever, its the last time for me to deal with this company.

Twice in a row, awful customer service. They communicate with me through their WhatsApp chatbot to select a preferred time, date and address of a shipment. I provide this information, then the courier arrives at the wrong day, time and even random wrong address. Theyll give option to schedule the delivery in a time frame, yet it is never delivered on time, while tracking online you might even find status showing delivery attempted customer unavailable without actually being contacted by courier or the courier reaching your office. I really wish my bank can work with another courier company so I dont have to deal with their unprofessional service.

Representative called for details , very hard to make her understand about the address and location details and once you provide all details for delivery , thats it , wait for delivery and this wait is never ending . No body is going to deliver your package . Call customer service for follow up , you must be very lucky if some one picks the call and do not expect any help from them . In short , if you want your shipment , go to their outlet and pick directly from them .

I ordered a box from Turkey to Kuwait. The Aramex received my box 19 days ago after the custom. I called them every day and they was lying to me every time, I will receive my mail the next day but never happened. And now, after 19 days they say they lost my mail!!!They kept me between lies Continously.And now they say I have to contact the shipper for refund!!! Excuse me!!!????I already contacted the shipper who sent email to the Aramex but they didnt answer back to that company.I see from the comments iam not the o ly one who facing with this kind of problem. I hereby raise serious complaint!!!! To the delivery driver and the customer service.1. The driver delivered at the time which is not in the delivery time (1pm-5pm) your customer service promised me on Tuesday. And the driver rescheduled the delivery time without consulting me. 2. You customer service who called me on Feb 26 told me that the delivery time is 1pm-5pm on Feb 27,but when I checked the online system,it says 12pm-5pm. That is really bad to give wrong information to customer. 3. Your customer support who picked up my call at 12pm on Feb 27 has agreed that the driver will deliver from 1pm-5pm on Feb 27 as agreed. But when I checked the system,the driver has rescheduled the time already. That is very bad service. 4. Another customer service has helped me to raise a complaint on the sysyem at 1pm on Feb 27 and saying hopefully the complaint can be solved by 4pm Feb 27. Still,no one has followed up the complaint. Overall,I have to say I am very very disappeared at the service Aramex.

Very bad delivery service, I was expecting the delivery as per their message two days ago, then after the day finishes and did not receive the shipment nor a call from them I checked the tracker it was saying customer not reachable or available at home.. !!!! then I made a complain and rescheduled the next day and I asked to put a note delivery only during morning time, and today finishes and the same result in the tracker while no one called me.I contacted their customer service they apologize and informed me that their system is currently down and they cannot check the status of my shipment in order to assist me with my inquiry and they asked me to call them again after an hour .. !!!

Expected a parcel to be delivered yesterday, received updates from Aramex via sms throughout the day but no delivery of the parcel. I had to contact them this morning to see what happened to my delivery, as there was no update from them, only to find out that the courier stated that my number, which I had been using throughout the day, was not available. I checked with my building security and nobody had attempted a delivery, besides the fact that I was in my apartment the entire day.
