Worst delivery service. We are always appreciative of all delivery person because we know how hard their job is, but my experience from this delivery service is worst! Rude delivery guy, unorganized customer service.Banging on our doorbell like crazy. No respect to their customer’s time!

Out of all courier in UAE please avoid this Nex courier. I havent received my package but they keep on saying that the package was received. how I received the package i didnt received any calls from them saying we are here and heres your package.They are scam, I keep on making follow up on where is my package but they cant give me proper answer.Please avoid this courier service they are scammers.... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst and most incompetent delivery service I have come across..I had complained about my order 4 times till now as I received the message that it was delivered but I did not receive anything.. Their representative said they will look into it but I have not received a call nor any update or my package either.. I don’t know if it was delivered to the wrong address, their driver hasn’t contacted me either. Kindly avoid them at all costs as I don’t know who must be using my package because of their mistake.The most annoying part is when they ignore your WhatsApp messages and when you call them, they say they will call you back only for you to wait like a fool because they don’t call back! Will look into reporting them as how can they not follow up on “delivering” your package to someone else then not even rectifying it if the actual receiver keeps complaining. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Sir Omar(the driver) was very good, he is very responsive, professional and easy to communicate..kudos to you sir Omar.

Got referred by a customer. Had very high hopes. Communication with them was the hardest as even though it was via Watsapp it felt like I was begging them to get information. Sometimes explaining to a client what is possible and what is not is very important. I simply asked if they can collect a package and I had to follow up with texts, ‘are you able to do this?’ And being ignored. When I raised my disappointment and said I’ll look for another company as no one was responding to me, the only reply I got from them was, ‘okay, we cannot pick one package.’ Quite disappointed. Customer service is a 0 for me.

This is the first time I have dealt with this courier.Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience!!! Although they are considered as the 3rd party and not directly related to the store which I placed my order, still we, customers, deserve the right to be updated about our shipment. The woman who answered my phone call didnt let me finish and hung up the phone. Thats very unprofessional and rude!!!!

One of the best companies in UAE providing next day delivery for a cheap rate. Their service is outstanding along with quick response and management. Booking online and all are a lot easier and faster. I would prefer this company along with the likes of FedEx and DHL.

The shipper promised me next day delivery which very much acceptable in UAE, while I am waiting for 2 days to receive a shipment from Abu Dhabi to Dubai which is horrible and unacceptable.No response on the contact number provided on website. Tracking system says shipment is in transit to Dubai for last 24 hours. It seems some one is walking the shipment.

I can’t even give one star on this company.Very rude guy who was supposed to pick my parcel. Shujad or shujaz indian guy, he was very rude. Politely asking him but he’s responding with an bad attitude. He wants to pick up my parcel without giving me pouch and airway bill, how is that possible?It’s a wrong idea that I didn’t trust the reviews here. Don’t trust this guy.

Its fast, easy and reasonably priced and never had any issues at all so would definitely recommend.

The worst courier service. You replied to my review telling to contact you in email. I have done that al ready many times. I have talked with your owner. I have talked with managers. I have talked with receipcient . But you people are not going to return my COD cash which your drivers never delivered to me.

Unprofessional and very late delivery. Expecting the item a day before they deliver. I keep following since morning and even ask the driver number but they said its not allowed. Where all of other courier are giving their drivers number.... very bad service I don’t suggest this company to anyone.😡😡
