Hi All, The pictures are damaged stuff which was shipped by me from Dubai to Mumbai by ABC Cargo. When I complained it was rejected for the following reasons: 1) The damaged stuff should have been mentioned by me on the Point of delivery acknowledgement paper which was not possible as we had shipped 18 cartons each weighing 39 kgs / complaint to be done within48 hours. It took us 2 days to open all the cartons post which we figured out the damages and immediately complained via what’s app to our sales contact within 48 hours. 2) ABC cargo does not guarantee fragile items but we were sadly not informed of the same. We were told by the team that fragile cartons would be repacked at their warehouse and we should have ni threading to worry. Anyways posting this review so that others who use ABC Cargo are made aware how this unprofessional company takes customers for a ride. We paid approx. AED 5000/- and used their air cargo option. Sent the courier 8 months and still not received. This is my sincere advise to not choose ABC Cargo. Not only they deliver stuffs super late but the response from them when I call to check the status is very bad. I used their services on last December 2020 to send some stuffs to my home in India and its been not delivered yet. It would have been better for me to take a plane and go with the stuffs. Delivering few days late is accepted but saying the excuse that for the past 8 months the courier is stuck in Mumbai doesnt make any sense and they cant do anything about it and just says some funny reasons when I call them.This is my experience and I sincerely advise anyone who is looking for a fast and reliable courier service to skip these guys without a second thought.Surag

Very poor service , when I heard it in gold FM I thought its a nice cargo because everytime in the radio they say no1 in GCC but I am very disappointed with the radio team also because they are advertising a wrong thing . Very disappointing....they promised the parcel to get delivered within 20-25 days but it took 45 days to deliver. Apart from that the delivery guys asked delivery charge when it was getting delivered..and the timing of delivery is very bad, they called after 9pm to say they are coming for delivery and made my family wait till 12am ...when they called the delivery guy told they will deliver I the night but they delivered in the morning...it was such a sleepless night waiting for these delivery guys .such a bad experience from abc cargo ..I will never ever send parcel from abc cargo ..fake advertisement....guys plz think before you send parcel from abc cargo ...its my experience..and they say u can track the parcel , still in my tracker its showing yet to deliver, they are not updating the tracker properly ...just fake promise in all the things ...very very disappointedPictures attached for the damages. Very worst service. My cargo struck with them. I have sent on 20 december 2020 from dubai. not yet received. Its been 8 months. Guys please guide if there is anything i can do to file a complaint or to sue against this fraudulent company.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! well past the expected date of delivery. when i initially sent, they charged over 200 dh extra saying it is speed delivery through air and will receive in 21 days. it is around 40 days now, and the tracking still keeps showing it is in customs.WHEN I CALLED, the representative lady has no clue why the delay or when i can expect. and when she gave it to the man who is ?manager, HE HUNG UP ON ME.this is how they treat customers. I still have no idea when or if I will get my cargo! dont trust these people, it s like paying and handing over your valued, hard-earned goods and you may or may not ever see them again.

I had a very bad experience with them..package send on Friday 16th July and they never inform me the status and reference number on time,i had to follow up to get the reference.i discovered that the package was not seen until 21st July.I have been calling them no pick up.very rude staff they have i will never send packages through them ever.

Did someone receive cargo from December 2020 batch,Every month same story next month next month next month now already 8 months and no update and ABC DONT WANT TO RETURN MY MONEY OR CARGO BACK.Our hard work money ABC cargo taken, I will pray Allah to shut down the company soon so no one will be the victim next time.Last 6months we are suffering to get my shipment delivered every time same this month end will receive but not receiving any thing, and one of the waste management no proper response and General manager don’t know how to speak with customer as well, ONE OF THE WASTE CARGO SEVICE IS ABC:- We requested to send one urgent cargo by air as per ABC team it will reach 15 days, we paid air fair as well but till now shipment not reach to destination it’s almost 2 months now, after several follow up no proper response, today they are informing us that cargo send by ship not by air then why did they take air charges no answer, I have to discuss with manager and manager don’t want to pickup the call.Please please please don’t send any cargo from ABC one of the waste and cheater company.

I have decided to sent parcel to india from this cargo but i saw reviews and my friend suggestionand i canceled and sent with another cargo my friend sent his parcel by air on December and till now he didnt get his parcel and they dont response properly worst service in dubai government should banned on this cargo. I have sent my parcel by air to mumbai on December 27-2020 now its april 8-2021Till they didnt delivered my goods to india and this is my last parcel from this cargo they are just saying it will receive in 10-15days but it almost 4 months thhey are lier and dont believe them.

ABC Cargo is a Very very bad service I sent cargo via ABC on December 25 (SAQW24851 ), it has not arrived, there is no reply from their side, if i call they said you will receive it by the middle of next month (February..15). I have now completed 172 days (now the date is June 14 th) Please no one should ever choose this ABC cargo.

ABC Cargo - Worst service and worst customer care.They posted an ad in the most prominent malayalam newspaper saying they deliver cargo within 25 days. It has been 38 days since I have sent a cargo to India and it still hasnt reached. When I called the customer service, they not only are not apologising but theyre saying this is normal and it is not delayed. I am sure there are a lot like me who have fallen for their misleading, fake and false promising service they announce through these ads.Im going to file a complaint in consumer rights, as I do not have any other choices left.

Hi My reference number AAQY24787.Bur Dubai office.I have placed cargo shipment to India from ABC cargo on 24th Dec-2020.till date 06-Feb-2021, not delivered my shipment.This is one of worst shipment media i have faced in my life.In FM all false statement given by RJ saying ABC cargo will give you peace of mid.No proper response from call center agent last 20 days back when i called it is under custom Clarence in Mumbai. After 5 days when i called it is under custom clearance in Delhi port, that means no evident for ABC personal it self where the cargo laying.Even today it is said by them under custom clearance.i urge ABC top management to look into the status of cargo, and i need compensation for not delivering cargo with in 25 working days even after taking just 15 KG AED 660/-

Considering all the reviews before me i was worried about sending my items via ABC cargo but all that cleared up when i recieved my items they were all perfectly fine and no damages took place but, there was a slight delay which can be understandably overlooked due to the current pandemic. Im still waiting for one of my packages but i have absolute confidence that it will arrive without damages, overall it was an absolutely pleasant exeperiencewith ABC cargo and if needed i look forward in using their services in the future.edit. My other cargo which was a 55 inch Sony TV arrived a bit late but overall was pleasant because the packaging was great with plywood and lots of thermocol, the tv box was not damaged and my screen is perfect with no damages. can confirm ABC cargo is one of the best cargo companies in UAE, looking forward in using ur services in the future.

Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest service providers. My cargo was taken on 23rd Sept 2020, with a promise to be delivered within 20 days, there is no response from the providers on when the cargo will reach, each time they have the same standard excuse - delay in customs. I have no idea when my cargo will reach, or if it will reach at all!

ABC cargo provided us with the worst service possible. They are irresponsible and big liars!We sent our packages through this « company » from Dubai as we were leaving the country. So we confirmed the destination several times, explained what has to be sent, the size and weight of boxes.. after we packed everything properly (that took us a long time), they came to pick up our boxes and only then informed that maximum weight of one box should be 30 kg.. so we had to rush and repack everything in front of them! Boxes were promised to arrive to destination within 2 weeks... and then the fun started!So they took our boxes and left. After several weeks we texted cargo in-charge Linto, (thé tracking system was never updated) asked him where is our package and what is the status, but he just rudely ignored our messages all the time. When I asked him to stop ignoring and give the answer, he told us that they can not deliver our package to the destination we payed for, and he told us to change delivery country, which we refused of course, because we needed our boxes to arrive here, in the country where we are. When we told him that we are not going to change the delivery country, he kept on ignoring us, not giving any information, giving fake promises « I will check », « I will update you », which never happened. When we were trying to call customer service of this « company », people were hanging up on us after we were asking questions about our package.So I was already very upset and nervous, as I gave my belongings to these people, payed them money, and they didn’t even bother to tell where’s our stuff.After 40+ days we texted Linto few more times, he Finally told us that our packages arrived to our destination, somebody called us 2 times, we did not answer the phone so they send the packages back to UK. And as per him, all of this happened in 2 days!! But this was not true, as we did not miss any calls!! So Linto lies to us that we « missed »our delivery and now we have to pay 560 GBP(2700dhs!!) to get it delivered again! I told him to give me the number or name of the person that « called » us, he didn’t give it, he told someone would contact me from UK. That of course never happened, instead someone called from Dubai, some Indian gentleman who didn’t even speak English well, and he told the same - that we have to pay extra money for delivery. So I understood that he clearly lied to me and that package never came here to the destination.I was so frustrated and nervous that I was ready to ask our lawyer from Dubai to call this company and talk to them. But then I decided to let it go, I told Linto to deliver our staff to another country, as I was tired of fighting with this liar! So after making me nervous for about 50 days, after ignoring me all the time, giving false promises or just answering my messages with 2 unclear words, they finally delivered my stuff not to the country I payed them for!!Company like ABC cargo should not exist at all. None of them speak proper English. Customer support team is absolutely useless, they just ask the invoice number and after that hang up on you. International cargo in-charge Linto doesn’t speak English properly neither. He is lying. He is ignoring. He is answering every inquiry with 1-2 unclear words.So if you want to be peaceful mentally, to be sure that your package will arrive to your destination, never ever use ABC cargo!!! Better to pay a bit more to any other company but to be sure that you will not be asked to pay extra money later, you will not be ignored, you will not have to be always nervous wondering if you will ever receive your package.Shame on you, ABC cargo! I hope you will have to shut down your « business » soon, so you will not have customers who are desperate and frustrated after using your « service »!

This is absolutely not professional and irresponsible just only waste of money. I lost my valuable product in the cargo no any response for last 3 months I am contacting the people. And my cargo i recieved after one month of their delivery date.

Extremely worst service..Very unprofessional people i send my cargo via air on 14th of october they promised that it will reach within 15 to 20 days its around 43 days i have been calling and with no proper answer from their side and now they stop responding me even. I dont have any idea when it will reach these people only playing. 5 days ago I sent cargo with this company, today I decided to send more so I called and asked for a price I was told 13aed per kilo. I called back to confirm and they changed the price from 13aed to 15aed. When explained the situation the man cut me off. Clearly their money hungry and trying to take advantage of people. Very rude and unprofessional stay away and pass this info on to others looking to send cargo.

I received the parcel in good condition and nothing got damaged even some items are fragile. Good people with good goods service. Hope it will continue always..

The worst ever cargo service I have encountered. Sent my cargo to Mumbai one month before still not able to trace where it is. When call to their office they give another office no. Nobody want to entertain enquiry, not clear with the answer. Not giving the tracking no. too or any clue so that we can find out the reason for the delay. Terrible service! It has taken more than 2 months still no update on the shipment we sent via ABC Cargo to USA, never ever use their service, I have launched a formal complaint to Economic department to cancel their trade license. Its been more than a year now, no response from the management on status of the shipment, we have request multiple times for an update on compensation, no response. Deal with them at your own risk.

Very unprofessional and unreliable cargo company. Please do not deal with them. I had send air cargo through them on June 2. Still havent received the items at my place. It is almost 2 months now. Everytime I call for follow-up they say it is under custom clearance. Does it take 1.5 month for customer clearance.

First they cheated with Airport Custom fee which was charged extra in lieu of custom clearance and upon asking on the receipt they denied , couple of items were broken and no body is responding at all... There is NO COMMUNICATION with their MANAGEMENT to highlight the concerns...Highly incompetent and unprofessional people..would suggest kindly do due diligence before using their services as they use too many vendors to deliver your items and no one will address your concern.They will commit 15 days delivery , but it will not happen before 20 days that even after follow ups...

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company. It was on 4th Nov 2017 that I booked a freight service with your company that promised to deliver my cargo at Mangalore. The details of my cargo shipment, receipt etc are as hereunder.INV - HWB No. VJM 2913 Dated 4th Nov 2017I had handed over 2 Cartons (35.300 kg and 16.1kg each) to the BurDubai Meena Building Branch for dispatch.When the cargo reached the destination on 1st Jan 2018, I was utterly shocked to observe that the goods sent from Dubai and the goods dispatched to my destination were completely different. What I received was 2 cartons: One of 16.1 kg and the other carton consisted of a wheelchair instead of the 35.3 Kg carton with my personal goods.I am definite that there has been some shoddy work at your end that has resulted in me receiving someone else’s goods instead of mine. To my good luck, I was at home when the delivery was done and I opened the carton sensing that something was out of place. When I saw that the other carton consisted of a wheelchair, I refused to accept the package on the spot. Your representative offered nothing by way of apology when I confronted him with the matter.I am most annoyed that I trusted a reputed firm like yours to deliver the right goods to the destination. My impression of ABC Courier Company has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how I will get back my precious cargo. To let you know, till date there has been no response from ABC cargo for my mails, calls and messages.I trust this is not the way That ABC cargo wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have sent several cartons of cargo earlier and have never encountered such a situation before.I am going to take up the matter with the higher ups and also expose you on social media if you do not take remedial measures at the earliest and see that the cargo that is rightfully mine is delivered at the earliest.I am going to launch a formal complaint to Economic Department to cancel your trade license.I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.

I have Sent 3 boxes through Air Cargo to India and they said it will reach with in 15 Days, now its been almost a month and cargo didnt reach to my home. I was tracing through Gati KWE and they keep mentioning that items will be delivered with in 2 days and now almost a week again.i have called ABC cargo person and they asked me to call 3rd party in India and asked them the reason for delay......i have sent my items through ABC and now they want me to contact 3rd party whom i never dealt with.such an poor and inappropriate customer service by#ABCCARGO

Kindly do not use this cargo service. I have used twice and once my 1000 dirams material was damaged and second time my 900 dirams consignment was shattered into pieces. They have no value of luggage and money.

They dont have cordination at all... i am not here to deface abc cargo... its been more than 56 hours and more than 8 commitments... but still no one showed up and trust me the employees doesnt know LKG manners as well... it was a RAMADAN cargo. My fate for choosing them... i would encourage other users to share their experience too.. So that common people like us can have a collective knowledge n dont jump into false marketing

One of the worst company in GCC. Staffs are very rude and dont have the knowledge of cargo service. They cant provide the manger contact number. They will promise they will delivery the parcel within 10-15 days but it will take more than 90+ days.i recommend everyone dont send anything by this company.And also They will provide the email id to complaint about it. Awful service! Took over 20 days to receive my shipment in India from Dubai. I had to constantly follow up with Gati, the company used by them for transport within India. All of my 5 boxes were out of shape when received with heavy damages to my stuff.
