Hi All, The pictures are damaged stuff which was shipped by me from Dubai to Mumbai by ABC Cargo.When I complained it was rejected for the following reasons:1) The damaged stuff should have been mentioned by me on the Point of delivery acknowledgement paper which was not possible as we had shipped 18 cartons each weighing 39 kgs / complaint to be done within48 hours. It took us 2 days to open all the cartons post which we figured out the damages and immediately complained via what’s app to our sales contact within 48 hours.2) ABC cargo does not guarantee fragile items but we were sadly not informed of the same. We were told by the team that fragile cartons would be repacked at their warehouse and we should have ni threading to worry.Anyways posting this review so that others who use ABC Cargo are made aware how this unprofessional company takes customers for a ride. We paid approx. AED 5000/- and used their air cargo option.Thanks, G

I have like to rate your services zeero as there is no option for itIt has been 10 months as i have left dubai before that i took your services as promised 30 days to max 45 days due to covid since Nov 2020 i have not recieved my cargo. TRACKING no SBDX14391..I have 3 boxes weighing 121 kgWith your worst and pathetic customer service as well via call or emails,chats there is no solution at all for doing complaints as well. After a while you just stop picking up calls leaving customer angry and clueless.So what do you want we should book tickets come down to your office and ask personally about it then only you will deliver?Now you will drop a template dwn ask us to contact of complaint cell no...Please read the complaint here and it is your reaponsibilty to sort the issue not Coz we paid you in advance for this

I would not recommend ABC Cargo to anyone as they don’t pack the fragile items properly . No support is added. I had sent cargo to India through them in March and July 2021 , some of my steel and aluminum vessels had dent. Some of wine glasses , beer mugs, whiskey glasses , some glass covers , glass frames , glass showpieces , wooden trays came all broken as they had not packed the things properly nor did they give any buffer support to them inside the carton . Sometimes they pack two glass items in one packaging and the smaller glass item breaks inside the package as there is no support inside so they move against each other and break . But Delivery was on time .

02.12.2020 i have sent 60kg of my cargo through ABC Cargo Alqouz. i have not yet received my cargo and it is over eight months. if we ask about cargo they are telling sweet story. Ive ever experienced before. Please do not send cargo through ABC Cargo who are planing to send a cargo. it is worst cargo service..............

Sent the courier 8 months and still not received. This is my sincere advise to not choose ABC Cargo. Not only they deliver stuffs super late but the response from them when I call to check the status is very bad. I used their services on last December 2020 to send some stuffs to my home in India and its been not delivered yet. It would have been better for me to take a plane and go with the stuffs. Delivering few days late is accepted but saying the excuse that for the past 8 months the courier is stuck in Mumbai doesnt make any sense and they cant do anything about it and just says some funny reasons when I call them.This is my experience and I sincerely advise anyone who is looking for a fast and reliable courier service to skip these guys without a second thought.Surag

Its a great idea to send parcels through shipping as the extra luggage would cost you triple on flights. My package was sent, one month prior to my flight to India and I received it within 39 - 40 days door to door sent via sea. Nothing was missing luckily. But the entire package was opened quite a few times and repacked with all my belongings scattered. So just be prepared as they shall also open the items packed in bubble wraps and not repack them after checking the delicate items.

Great service as always. I have been relying on them for all courier needs for over a year and they never let me down. Very Prompt and efficient. The prices are reasonable and moreover no tension delivery.

Since a month back, one of my family member sent a cargo through this company. They charge huge money and they promised to reach destination within 15 days. But its been 220 days not yet reached. Should say, I feel very comfortable and confident with this cargo services just because of their valid services and responsibilities. Talking about their customer interaction and service too good, approaching each and every view of the customer and suitably finding a solution for the one. The highlight part of ABC cargo service is that their packing AND protective cover on every Cargo that we intend to deliver. Also specially talking about their delivery ,exactly on the estimated and calculated time schedule given by them(hardly just a week). Totally I am well pleased with their service and would damn sure recommend to all. Thinking of more bigger Cargo services with them.🔥💯

Worst Cargo Service ever!!!I send a cargo to India on 23 dec 2020, now its almost 100 days and still not delivered. From past 2 month when I enquire about my cargo, getting the same response saying delivery delayed due to custom clearance.Also each time they says 2 more weeks to get delivered and my last call with them today also got same respose saying will be delivered after 2 weeks. So I dont know how much more time still I need to wait. As a customer, feeling cheated by trusting them.Unacceptable and pathetic Service!!!! If i was able to click a zero star option on this review i would be happy to do that.

I have lost the invoice when I call them to ask if they can help with tracking of the cargo they say we have no cargo registered in your name!!!i give them the phone no. of the sender n receiver that also they say its not registered. If I dont hold the invoice cant you guys help me with any alternate means?? such a pathetic customer service u provide...your staffs are so rude spoken... one guy had come to collect the cargo from home now the staff say why did u take pick up service, am I not supposed to take wen service is provided?? !!!! was it wrong of us to take the service!! I hav not encountered such a problem with any of the other cargo company in dubai. if this is the service you provide you are going to loose trustworthy customers!! I have recently used Abc cargo to sent my personal beongings to canada and I honestly have not many complains. Their pick up service was very prompt and on time. And the delivery was on my doorstep in canada within a week !!! The only thing that I have objection about is the packaging. One of my carton is damaged because of rough handling. When they took the parcel away they had it would go into another waterproof packaging which is not true. So, dear management, please look into the packaging more. Thumps up for the rest 👍👍👍👍

One of the irresponsible company in UAEI approached ABC cargo for an air cargo service and they assured the delivery will be done within 20 days and may be 4 to 5 days extra Now it is more than 25 days still no hope for delivery. Every time I call them, customer care support team says deliver in 2-3 days and when you ask more questions they saying customs clearance issues, At the time of booking they just told me me charges 8.5 per kg , but when they came they charge per box 20 aed extra and service fee 20 so they making us fool only . i sent 116 kg. last time i sent with DTDC i was a nice experience but now what to do when just check their reviews i come to know that its their usual tactics and not delivering on time and some people received after 2 months.These people are best in marketing only and the worst service i had ever experienced in my life , i will share my experience about your service to all my friends and family , its such a very bad service and i never recommend to anyone.

Hi all, I sent one cargo on December month from Burdubai branch and a lady named saranya was very rude with me. She dont know proper English and how to talk with the customers. She always say that whatever you want to do, just do that. we will see. Is this the attitude she want to show to the customers like us who is suffering in getting the cargo from past 7 months? Very poor response. Will not use for my next requirement. Also Indians in UAE do not trust in their commitment of door to door delivery. They hand over consignment after reaching to third party logistics and they demand money on delivery to apartment stating that consignment is booked for ground delivery and not on the higher floor. Very cheap and third grade service.

WORST CARGO SERVICE- ABC CARGO you guys claim we are fastest cargo services in UAE and Number 1 Cargo in all over UAE.Sorry to say but you guys have WORST SERVICES.I myself came here in India and your guys are still asking me to wait till next month.How many excuses you guys will make. They assured to deliver air cargo with in 14 days from Dubai to India. But it’s been 28 days now, my things are still in the air. Poor service.

We had some goods to be couriered and contacted ABC. The staff on the call and the person who came to pack were highly efficient and knowledgeable. The goods were received in very good condition. Overall a very good experience👍.

Worst Service by Burdubai Branch. The Branch Manager, Sarat, has been after me until he got the shipment. This is Aircargo. Should have reached in 20 days. Now, its already 40 days. Sarat, the Bur Dubai Manager, is totally hopeless. He does not have the basic courtesy to respond to my innumerable mails/messages

I had send my cargo through these people to kerala not only is my expensive head set missing most of items mentioned in the images attached shows that chocolate covers broken and half eaten, cashewnuts are missing and the milk tin completely damaged. please never send cargo trough these people. they will just grobble your money afterwards they dont care for your cargo or the days they mentioned for your cargo to reach

My brother sent almost 225 kg package and most of them are missing right now. People got some other packages instead of theirs. My brother, who took initiative to send all those packages from India, is now held responsible for their irresponsibility. Any one who is trying to send anything through this company, just back off and find someone else before its too late. Such an unprofessional and dirty attitude from a reputed company like this. They are not even ready to correct their mistake and give the compensation. Please dont fall for their trap. There are many other good companies out there who can do so much better than this.

The worst cargo company in Dubai. We sent a courier which was meant to reach Australia in 5 days. We called the company to follow up on the 6th day and we get to know that the shipment is still in Dubai because they charged us LESS money. The worst part being no one even called us to inform us of their error and we got to know only once we called them.The staff are totally unprofessional and rude.Extremely pathetic customer service.Trust me there are much better cargo companies in Dubai. Save yourself dont deal with these guys.Further to my previous review, as mentioned in the reply I sent a email to their team to explain the issue, and I was assigned a person who was to contact me to understand the same. Till date no one even bothered calling back. They treat their clients exactly the same way a scammer would treat their victims.I would urge people to be smart and not fall prey to their scam!!!

This is the way how they deliver products..Very very unprofessional and unsatisfactory shipping. And now they are not even taking any responsibility.Will recommend not to take their services at all.. my order was placed on 12th of December and was promised to get the delivery within 25 days anyway I received it by 19th of January and after receiving the same I signed the given documents. I have sent a courier to India more than 45 days. The staff in Bur Dubai was very active while I sent the cargo and collecting the money. But when I asked for the update till end of March, they always respond “ waiting for clearance “. Now no one is responding in WhatsApp but they read the message. Their manager is not at all reachable!! While I send the cargo, they have told me that air cargo is very fast and will get it done within a month. Though it’s a air cargo, neither received the cargo nor receiving any response. A ridiculous experience I got from this company “ABC Cargo”.Another thing which notes here is, some one from their team respond to the comments in review immediately as if like the message is “from ABC Cargo owners” by mentioning an automatic message for escalating the matter. This is another style of cheating the people where no further response or solution will happen from this company.

Don’t book from this store, go with some other Cargo service. They will charge you for Air and deliver you in 2 months. They will promise you for 25 days delivery and send the parcel in 2 months and that too after you following up every day with them, else it may take even 3 months. So pls don’t choose this cargo. And I am not writing this after my first experience. I’m writing this after I suffered twice. First time I thought it was just some genuine issue, but then this is their standard way of service. So pls don’t use this cargo. Especially if you are not going to Deliver to Kerala. All parts of India except Kerala you should never send your parcel using ABC Cargo or Air or Ship.

Please be careful before sending parcel to the uk, Kindly avoid sending via parcelforce (local shipment agent in the UK ). They never contact you for delivery and waste of time. Im yet to receive my parcel .

I had shipped my cargo on 27the Feb 2021 and it’s more than 1 & half months and my shipment hasn’t reached the destination. It’s been under clearance for almost 1 month and when I call the customer service they say it will clear in 1-2 days, what they promised is that if express cargo it will deliver in 7-10 days and normal cargo it will be delivered in 15 days and my cargo is more than 1.5 months .They been saying the same for last 1 month and seems no body has any answer.Pls next time go for some reliable cargo services and don’t fall for all false advertising that they give through radio and their websites.Customer Service is the worst and unprofessional Staff

I’ve received my parcel yesterday it seems to be some items are damaged.My opinion, dont send any glass or plastic items sure it will damaged. also dont send any house hold items.this cargo services only suitable for cloth and food items only.I learnt one thing better buy our own home country. dont believe cargo service they dont care about our parcel. money wasted. Worst service ever!!!! While they came to me to collect my things, they said delivery will be definitely within 25 days. I send my things on 13th of feb & this is march end. Still now no address of my cargo as well as if we call customer service center there response will be always the same.. it will take 1 more week for the clearance and with in one week we will deliver it for sure. And i call them 3 weeks continuously and every week their response is the same and lady who picks up call says things as casual and not responding to customers concern in a proper manner. Never gonna send anything through your cargo service. If i was able to click a zero star option on this review i would be happy to do that.

I have sent my cargo last month and still haven’t received in India and just tired of hearing 5-6 days, customs clearance issues and soo many other stories whenever I call them for an update.I can never recommend this cargo to anyone.This will be one of my great regret of life.

The most disgusting services and unprofessional staff i have come across, some items from my courier were stolen and when i addressed the complaint to their escalation team, since then they are beating around the bush. They are not able to justify themselves, from almost one month i am trying to contact them and the answer from them is constant throughout the day Mr. Abhilash is on break he will call you back. And there is no call back at all.The weight of my courier was 67.5 and what i received was 66 kgs. Refer to the attached pictures.I need my complaint to be addressed asap and either return the value of missing items or return the items.

Worst experience of#ABCCargoI have sent my shipment from Dubai to India on 16th Jan 2021, Since last two months.. I am waiting for my shipment delivery.Last 25 days , I am getting the reason from ABC Cargo is the shipment is hold for reverification at #delhicustoms ...Does it mean that there is no protocol for Custom dept???Now cargo Company is giving false information to customers..A) on mail - the consignment has been cleared from customs and waiting for outpassB) Customer service center - Consignment is hold for reverification.Even if you want to contact ABC Cargo India office for updates..they never provide any information, you will not get any contact information for India office...In short now, you have already paid the charges to cargo Company...and now you are helpless...

Never ever go to these fraudsters as they will always give sweet promises, charge more than other services and finally you will loose your money and valuables. They will never deliver the consignments as promised and always blames customs clearance or other stupid reasons. They are most cheating company in the cargo industry.

Pick up was very professional, that was 4th March 2021 & today is 17th April still my package has not reached to my destination which is in Mumbai. I booked Air fright & they promised within 25 days it shall reach my place. From last 16 days when ever I ask the call center agent he or she has only one answer two more days Sir it will be cleared.Very poor service

One of the worst service provider in Dubai, they collect my air cargo and promise me will deliver within 25-30 days, now it’s 90 days and still not deliver to my place!!! Pathetic service and irresponsible staff!! They are doing the same thing to every single costumers!!

Are you guys really responsible..!! First of all there was huge delay in delivering the items, secondly there are many items which are missing from my shipment, and finally most of the items which were delivered is Damaged,,!!we have chosen you thinking that you will deliver the item safely without any damage and missing. I want the damaged items to be replaced or compensated, missing items to be delivered at the earliest and there was one pair of shoe which doesn belongs to me to which needs to be taken away as well.Below are the list of items which is missing & damaged from my shipmentmissing items :1. 2.2KG ANCHOR MILK POWDER 2 PACKETS2. 1KG TANK 1 PACKET3. I recommend strongly NEVER USE THIS CARGO as they are unresponsive unreliable and un trusty. They are all irresponsible inclthe manager sitting in Al QUOZ. They only apologise for their poor and unethical behaviour . Full of excuses. REVIEWS PROVE THAT IN PADT 90 PCT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS HAFE LOST THE FAITH

Living in UAE for 9 years and sending regulars cargo to my home India. i choose ABC Cargo after listen their marketing ad on one of the FM Radio channel but regretting now Worst company with worst cargo services i ever came across. at the time of booking they told me 35 to 40 days after handover my cargo it becomes 50 days now after all this time passed my cargo lying with ABC cargo office in India in my district and it is around 70km one way from my home and their India office calling my father for last 10days and saying if you want your cargo then come and collect they can not deliver to my home. i am also calling their office here in Rak and getting today and tomorrow promises but now as they know my number they hardily pick my call they only pick after average 30calls and now they come-up with new excuse that their head office in Mumbai is closed due to Covid-19 and cant do much. I am from UP my stuff is at their UP office in my district what the hell i have to do with their Mumbai office whether it closed of open. they directly or indirectly forcing me to pick my cargo from their Indian office which again cost me additional inr 5000 to 8000. really in pain. i had send toys and food stuff for my daughter and she daily called me and ask if she will received today and i have no answer. My invoice no.SRKT12540.Please do not waste your hard earn money with this company it is a must avoid.Also attaching my call screen shot just have a look how many time i have to call so that they pick my call.

After the experience Ive had with ABC cargo I wouldnt recommend it to any one, infact would want to warn anyone who plans to use it that dealing with them its going to be their greatest nightmare.First of all they are more expensive than other companies here & I paid the price thinking their service would be good, but to my disappointment its been more than a month and the parcel I had sent in air cargo hasnt still been delivered.The status of the tracking doesnt change for days but none of their staff tries to find out why. When I called them to find out the reason they told me they have too many parcels and I should wait for my number. If youll are so busy then youll should not take not take orders you cant deliver.The response from their side is very unsatisfactory. All they say is to wait. If after paying if 1 has to go through so much trauma and follow ups its better not to send parcels through this company and use the others who are far more efficient and economical too.

Very bad customer service....very slow...it has been over 1 month since I have sent my parcel and did not receive it yet...the customer service also does not reply and dont answer where my parcel is...I am not even able to track my parcel...I will never use this ABC Cargo and recommend no one to use it....It has very bad service

FAKE CARGO COMPANYKind request to people : please don’t choose this cargo to send any valuable items. They steal the expensive items from your package and ship the remaining items via sea cargo which will delivered only after 3 to 4 months. Dubai government must ban this fraud company as soon as possible as they continue to steal your valuables. Please Stay away from them. I lost 2 items worth 20000AED. These thief’s should be put behind the bars.
