Worst cargo service in Dubai.All please dont sent any cargo to anywhere using this courier service. I send one parcel 2 months back and still did not receive. I send another parcel with ABC cargo and it reached in 2 weeks.So its my humble request not to use this courier company

Its been over 60days since I cargo my goods from dubai to hyderabad. Worst service first they charge for air express service and I am not even getting my goods now. This is so annoying and frustrating. They dont respond back with proper replies. They are giving excuses. Worst team and worst customer service. Never use it.

World worst cargo service ever i seen in my life. guys pls do not send via this ics cargo, you will never get it with in few months. at least they have to tell the truth how many days will take to reach home. they said 15days but it took more than 35 days. even not now reached.

Worst cargo ever...I paid for air cargo and they send it in sea cargo and its almost two months and still the cargo is not delivered and their answer was really vague as if they are not all responsibe...

They told the Courier will be there at my place in 40 day now its been 71 days still didnt receive, I had a marriage in my home & thier was things for marriageI am so frustrated that I cant express my self the worst cargo service i have ever seen, still I waiting 😡😡

I am still waiting for my cargo which was sent on October 2020 not yet reached my home.I strongly recommend those who are affected by them should file a police complaint in Dubai.I am planning to do also.

Very Very bad Service. Never choose these people to send item to Kerala. Rxpress delivery promised 10 days, but took 17 days to reach trivandrum. More over its door to door delivery. but they ask to pick up from their office at Kazkuuttam. All items are broken and damaged as well. i send it from Burdubai ref. No 5010152

Worst courier service ever. Zero handling, they broke all my stuff and at the end they showed me the contract it signed which covers them. Pathetic service wouldnt recommend to anyone ever. THEY re cheats.
