My passport is already with your delivery person. This is the third day after his call and still its not delivered to me. If I did not receive it by tomorrow I am going to approach police and complaint about this. Someone cannot keep another person passport without a valid reason.My reference number is ending with 695592. I renewed the passport for an urgent reason even though my passport was not expired and since there was no enough pages. Please deliver tomorrow itself.

Waiting for my passport. It has been 2 days and no response from them. Tried calling their office no one is answering. Have to travel to attain legal matters in India. I wish Indian government and ministry of external affairs would seriously look into this. I advice all to go to this location and take your courier by your own, as I did. If its not urgent for you then wait for it when they find some time to deliver in 5 to 7 days later.

I made cash on delivery transaction last year june and until now 1 year already still they dont pay me they didnt give me my collection cash, its been 1 year im begging for them to pay me until now they dont give me clear answer or idea when they will pay me and its been 1 month seens they reply to my message, please its been 1 year give me my money this is so embarassing that company like you cannot pay 2000aed for the cash that you already collected very unproffesional

My Daughters passport has been delivered since 1 Week from BLS since then I have been trying to reach them on 04-2567401 but no response.They are not even bothered to call and deliver the same.I will be logging a police complaint as they are holding an important document of my Daughter which should have been delivered long back.

I got a message from BLS that my sons passport is couriered with Blitz.. however to schedule the delivery i tried calling the landline number provided but no response and nobody is picking the call... Also, nobody contacted me from their side to schedule the delivery. I am waiting for 2 days since BLS despatch message. Documents like passports should be handled professionally and responsibly. The only contact number provided is not accepting any calls. Also, I couldnt find any website or tracking system of Blitz. What you mean by Express?? The worst company I have ever seen. You guys have my passport for almost 3 days and have no courtesy to attend a call when someone is calling you. Everytime we call the phone is never picked up and when ever picked up all lame excuses that you will receive it by day end or tomorrw first thing.How do you guys work professionally and how do you still exist.

Absolutely horrendous and pathetic service. Its such a pity that BLS have hired such a disastrous company to deliver our precious documents. I was told that I will receive my new born babys passport today. Have been calling them since morning but no one is answering the phone. Next time I will pay extra if need be to get BLS to deliver my documents through other companies. If there was an award for the most miserable service, these guys would be the winners every time, without any doubt.

Having a nightmare dealing with Blitz , waiting for my sons passport for the second days, the courier guy is roaming with my sons passport. calls to tell me i have not given the right address, when i ask him to read out the address it turns out to be right address, then he says the package is given to him wrongly from his office. Until now its gonna be the third day no news. No one picks the call up from Blitz. BLS no better. just says they will write to complain but i guess its a everyday practice between these two organization so all is well between them.

We were called two times from the office(not sure whether we can call them as one).One with a wrong appl.number of someone elses passport.Finally they called but with no one reaching us to deliver the same.We waited for three days and finally had to personally collect it from their so called office at Garhoud.If we are to collect from them why are they taking the money?.Better wind up and do some work which you are good at.You people are messing with someone elses utmost personal documents.Have some respect.One star for keeping the passport at the office in a sealed cover for us to collect.

Should have been delivered by Blitz hence called express courier. Message given that passport has been sent through courier service and even after two days there is no contact with courier agent. Since there was a contact number with SMS and I tried to call them. They will never pick up your call or put the phone in busy mode

I had applied for passport through BLS and it was supposed to be delivered by blitz so called Express courier. The message was delivered that the passport has been dispatched through courier service and even after two days there is no contact from the courier agent. As there was a contact number with the sms and I tried to call them. They would never pick up your calls or keep the phone in engaged mode - thanks for reminding service like home!! Very poor customer service. Amazed that BLS is contracting with a mediocre service courier company.Not worth even a single star.

This company has only one phone number listed on their website and same number was mentioned in the BLS message. This number is invalid and nobody responds on email, so how does one contact these guys to know the status of passport delivery? Even if we applied for emergency passport, the passport process will complete in 1-2 days and we get message that, the passport is dispatched through Blitz courier. After that we need to wait for 48 hrs to get the document. not professional and poor service

Until now no one has called me or approach me. Receptionist gives just false date and lies. Now No one answering the call at all. Dubai duty free is using this company for shipping the online orders , but I’m sorry to say this company is ridiculous . My items is with them since 12-Nov morning . Very poor customer service.The delivery of my passport is delayed for 2 days. When i called the customer service to know the status of the delivery i have informed that parcel was out for delivery and i was not available when the courier guy contacted me and i didnt received a call. When i followed up i came to know that he called the wrong person and apologize for the delay. I am still wondering how could a courier company manages the urgent deliveries with such an irresponsible staff.My advice is that do not rely on such courier for urgent deliveries.

BLS should reconsider this courier service. 2 passports they send with 2 courier companies. 1 was Blitz, Other courier team delivered passport next day of BLS message. But Blitz, when I called on 2nd day, they dont know when delivery will happen.Hearing this,I went immediately to their office and collected Passport, fearing I may lose it. And AED. 30 charged by BLS for courier got lapsed.Reported to BLS.

As a Spanish citizen I’m really surprised how my embassy end up using such a bad courier company. I was supposed to receive my wife’s passport two days ago and we still waiting for it. My passport delivery was done by Blitz, Initially after receiving the message in evening around 7:30pm I tried to call them but no one picked, Next morning I called back again and the person received the cal and I came to know they are working 9 to 5. They gave the no of delivery person, and I called him he delivered the package withing 1 hr. Thankyou Mr. Kajal the delivery man.After reading the other reviews I was surprised.

The company charges more than aramex and fedex but service very poor. Delivery person was rude and did not know prominent locations in Dubai. I had to go and get the passport myself instead of delivery person coming to me. I appeal to BLS and Indian consulate in Dubai to tie up with a better company.

Worst customer service!!Where is my passport!!!I have receding SMS from embassy 3 days ago and your delivery man has not yet delivered the passport to me.I have called you call centre several times and your call centre staff are most unhelpful and incapable of following up and updating me. Your delivery guy organised the delivery 2 days ago and never contacted me to deliver. I called him several times yesterday and he said he will come when he wants to and I can complain about him if I want.There is no manager available to talk to at your call centre or the staff are scared to transfer the call to any manager and saying things like there is no manager or he is out.I have paid extra money to receive my passport after 2 working days and now it’s been 4 working days!!I need my passport!
