Do not go here for your tinting!Supervisor mentioned the job would be completed in 3 hours but we waited for nearly 8 hours and the job was so poorly done with so many imperfections on the tint! At least we were provided a full refund but unfortunately had wasted nearly half of our day waiting. The reception wanted us to rate the garage before the job was completed which was strange.Would strongly advise not to go here for this service.

My car AC evaporator was changed in a professional way. They are transparent in spare part replacements, shown pictures of old spares and gave proof for replacement of new genuine spare. Experienced good customer service.

3M window tinting took 8 hours to be done and still not able to fix it right! Very unprofessional staff...no competency on what they do. Definitely not worthed ...waste of time!

I saw the offer in cobone. They are offering 2 types of engine oil..Fanfaro and Mobil 1.Accepting their suggestion, I opted for former and waiting how that oil gives performance.Disappointed little bit as they said they will do 14 point check but to me I didnt Understand what they did as they didnt provide any info on same.

Not very well equiped wheel alignment service... They dont give report after doing computerized wheel Alignment. I am not sure if the computer is working correctly too. Mostly alignment is done hete manually on the road by stopping the car again and again.. and doing the manual adjustments while sitting alongside the driver. First time, I experienced this type of wheel allignment.

Has two of my car tyres changed ,filled in gas in the a/c ,changed oil for next 10k with Mobil 1000 10w_-30 ,vehicle is a 2007 Camry vehicle seem to be responding well to the oil change when compared to adnoc oil change .I am noticing a sudden boost of performance and response.they did put a sachet of engine flush before changing oil .well altogether the car seem to be responding well to their treatment .

Serviced my cars AC on 26th August at 4PM, after initial check-up my cars AC were 0% so they figured leak and did the pressure test to find out where the AC refrigerant is leaking, after waiting for 2 hours the pressure went down a little bit. Not so long Ive been told that the mechanic couldnt find the leak and I was forced to buy their AC dye to add on top of the gas so the next time the AC lose its cooling they will be able to find where the leak is. I ended up paying 150% more than the original bill that I came for.I have been back and forth to the car to see whats going on since the maintenance was getting longer, I didnt see the mechanic check for leaks once. He just did the pressure test and then sold me the dye (which should be free as part of their diagnostic) because he said he couldnt find the leak.I went to this garage although they are in Sharjah and I live in Dubai Land, thinking that the service would be what I expected. Reviews are good but I dont experience the same.Cobones included in the package:- AC service- AC fault test- AC pressure test- Cleaning of filter- Checking for leakages- AC gas re-fill (for ACs with less gas)

Since I have used their change oil service, I have no looked for any other places to get my oil changed. Although, there is a lot of customers, so there is a tendency to have a long que.

Customer service is very poor and they mislead customers. I purchased their discount coupon book and before purchasing coupon book I confirmed that I can avail discounted services on weekends. But afterwards when I went with my car on weekend, they refuse to provide me service and asked to come on weekday after taking appointment.
