Great service as always. I manage an auto workshop in Dubai and we have a lot of high end clients who drive Bentleys. Whether its service or parts, Bentley Al Habtoor has always helped me out with solving customer issues. The service staff are always helpful and Miss. Donna and Mr. Azhar which i deal with are extremely professional in their field. They might be a bit pricey but what do you expect from a luxurious brand like Bentley.

I VE BEEN CALLING FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR ALMOST TWO HOURS AS I WANT TO BOOK FOR SERVICE BUT NOBODY ANSWERS MY CALL. THE RECORDING KEEP TELLING THAT ALL ARE BUSY. THIS IS JUST IMPOSSIBLE FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS STRAIGHT?!? I JUST DOUBT THAT MY CALL CANT GET THROUGH AND THAT MUCH BUSY THAT THEY CANNOT PICK UP OTHER CALL.

They quoted me 110,000 AED for repairs when I took my Bentley for servicing. Very convenient since the warranty expired a month before this. 60,000 AED was for labour, unless the sheikh himself was doing the work which I doubt, the price is outrageous. I took it to a third party garage which I trust, they repaired everything for a 1/3 of the cost. These guys dont try to repair anything, only replace things that are slightly worn down.
