Their dont have a service mentality. They only offer you a service the economic gains they get from you is huge. They dont care about small works, not even advise where to go further.

The service is good but just an advice to those who are planning to buy mazda, dont buy the red color. The paint peels off easily and its not covered under warranty.Apologies not accepted MAZDA.

Special mention to Suhana Beary I got my first car in UAE from Galadari Motors, she was very professional and helpful. Mazda is indeed a quality car and all of their staff is well trained and approachable.

I am a frontline doctor working for covid pts ..hardly get time to write theses kind of things .I went there for car Ac problem .. told them it is heating issue which makes ac auto cut on driving few kilometers ..Instead of solving ac problem they focussed on other parts to waste my hard earned money and delivered the car with out rectifying the problem..Manager seems to be in another world with no clue .Despite following their recommendations and paying the bill ..Problems remain same..No one seems to be bothered except supun thr front office professional.Please do not spoil mazda name ..learn from your other branches..Finally Mr Thomas helped me out and management too took note..N problems were solves diligently..Thank you for service..keep up the same standard always .

HHHHHHHHHH I bough a pre-owned mazda 6 model 2009 from this showroom AED 6000 expensive than the market which is a huge difference regarding this model, just to keep a peace of mind, to discover after 5 months that the car crashed 4 times before and the chassis is damaged and the car is worthlessness.Thank you Galadari pre-owned Team.

I am very satisfied for the service of Mazda Galadari in Abu Hail. I am their customer for 5 yrs and keep renewing my service contract with them. They handle carefully my car, and the Service advisor Rizvi, provide detailed information of what to be done, or replaced and what needed to my car. Staff are accommodating, from Reception Shirley, that will greet you once u entered the receiving area, Service Team, all of them smiled back at you. And, they always hand over my car clean and smells good. Due to their excellent customer service, i keep coming back to them, and if am gonna change my car, it will be for sure Mazda again. Massive Thanks guys! Keep it up.

THE GOOD:Place is not hard to find.Staff are friendly and courteous.Service quality is good enough.THE BAD:Facility and reception looks dated.Whole day long for a minor job even you are at earliest appointment. ( As with any other official service centers).THE WORST:WiFi is free, but good luck with that very weak signal when youre in the waiting room. (Should have been a 4 star, but took 1 out because of this)

I had an AC problem, my car was under warranty and the issue was fixed and working perfect now , they needed one day to take approval from the warranty department which i find it not necessary to make me wait another day, however i was satisfied with the service , prices can be a reason for thinking twice before making the service in the agency But i still prefer the genuine and professional service

Serives are nice but public transport is not available also Galadari body shop doesnt have a facility of transport to near by metro or bus stations. You only have taxi, careem or uber to get to and from this location.

Not the best experience. I went for the 1000km. I had some complains about the seat. From the outset the manager was defensive saying there was nothing wrong with the seat. I had to repeat it to him several time that I wanted some advice at least on how to make it more comfortable. At the end i had to say, please at least pretend that you care about my complaint

Lack of maintenance and incompetent staffing was a led down for me when I headed to the branch to enquire about a new car. I was shown a display model that looked gorgeous but was test driven in a different model.

Waiting session is comfortable should one need to wait for car service. Good wifi connection

For the price we pay the most horrible of services. Dealer in Oman, Towell where i bought it from were so good. Galadari dont seem to want business. They do work which is half baked and charge a ransom.

Despite of the brand, this service center provide good support to the customers. Very courteous staff with technical know how and prompt response to any technical issues.
