Very bad service, all they care about is money..They wanted to let me change the whole gear for 20000 dhs and paid extra 350 dhs for the check up with zero result.. I tested the car outside, it was fixed immediately and they took 0 dhs.So they are liars and because am a girl and don’t understand in cara, they wanted to trick and let me pay 20000 for nothing..Even their check which took 350 dhs was useless, when I checked outside for freee it was fixed and the problem was in the programming how come this wasnot shown when mazda did the test!!!!Liars highly unprofessional, the car stayed for 2 days for nothing dont ever go theree

Got 40,000km service done for my Mazda 3 2018 about a week ago. It was easy to book appointment online and got call within a few hours to confirm the appointment. Received a reminder call a day earlier as well. Service was done on time and the car is running great. Prices for service are just a bit higher as compared to other manufacturers but I saved a bit by buying a service package which had a promotion running in this month. It will be appreciated if the service advisor can give his direct number for follow up discussions.

The second Warranty Servicing of our buggy was performed expeditiously, while I sat there. Took about 3 hours.This is important as we dont have to leave the buggy there and return later in the day to receive.

I bought my Mazda in 2008, since that time I always do maintenance at galadari due to thier reasonable price (plus the car is durable and rarely need mechanic)... This week galadari had a non resistance offer ( free oil change, free checkup & 50% discount on spare parts and mechanic) so went there and they done a comprehensive checkup and came with a long checklist that need to be done, cost was about 2700AED...so I done it all, paid 1650 AED, done free oil change and went back home very happy and satisfied.

Had my car replace airbags and the service was prompt and efficient. Muhammed was very helpful and gave me advice on the overall condition of the car. Car was delivered in 1 day which was great. Highly recommended.

Their service is fast but not great. I brought in my car for 70 K service and after picking it up I noticed my steering wheel is shaking. I called twice, I couldnt reach the agent who received my car for servicing. I came in personally, i am still sitting in the waiting area for more than half an hour for someone o check the car. Why should my time be wasted while it was their incompetence that has caused the problem, taking in mind that the price they charge is at least 30-40% higher than the best qualified garage out there!

So far simply the best customer service in Dubai!Very attentive, always ready to help!Highly recommended!

There ate two places offering service one hamd does not know what the other hand is doing. They also try to sell you all sort of unnecessary overpriced products so go with someone who knows about cars if you dont. The service is mediocre but OK for Dubai standards

Usually drop my vehicle off in the morning and get it back in the evening. Wait times are short, service is good, staff are polite and informative. Great experience overall.

I am rating this particular centre 5 star compared to other mazda service outlets. This one is very clean. Service advisors are friendly and the technical team there is capable of identifying all sorts of issues. I felt the service charge is a bit on higher side. They may push for additional service items which adds extra cost. Its up to you to decide. Overall satisied. I will continue in this centre. Its not walkable distance to metro if u drop your car. But metro bus shuttle service available from here. Timings printed inside reception area.

( As with any other official service centers).Not easy to commute out of (see THE GOOD regarding shuttle service)THE WORST:Service advisor ALWAYS disappears when I have to pick up my car despite they inform you to come on a specific time. Always have to wait for 2 hours more until one of the staff will try to sort it out. Really annoyed me so much that I decided to move to Deira (Airport) branch.
