I had done AC compressor change from the workshop last year in Aug for my Honda CRV; The AC compressor was newly replaced, firstly the A/C gas was half filled up. I had filled up the gas straight after taking the vehicle out from workshop, then the A/C itself was not chilling. They told me as its a new compressor after 2-3 months it will be ok. Its almost a year now the A/C compressor stalled & had a bursted in a year. The engine, radiator, belt everything got impacted due to the burst & my car has broken down. I had called them regarding it and their response was one year was gone & they are not responsible towards what has happened. I checked with the authorized Honda service they told me that due to faulty method of A/C compressor installation this has happened. I would never ever recommend this workshop.

I found these guys on Google on a Friday morning. My car wouldnt start and the technician came within 30mins and replaced the battery for aed550. So far very happy with the service and Ill be trying them out for a service. Will edit this once thats done.

Just last week, I was driving my car and the muffler piece just feel off the car alongside the bumper....I was surprised because the welding job they did was so poor, the muffler fell out just after a few months and also the bumper (the bumper was fixed poorly, with missing support), in addition to the muffler, the support was missing. This ended up me in me paying additional AED1,000 because of this garages poor work!!! Not recommended if youre looking for reliable job. Thank you.

Range Rover Sport V8. Have used the services of all these fancy garages. I mean you type keywords like best service fir Range Rover on google and all these places pop up on google which are add boosted with huge budgets. However my experience with these workshops have always been disappointing and the bills just keep getting high, don’t need to name them though. This time when my AC cranked totally I did the same thing like every time but only this time I was on a short budget due to COVID pay situation. Took the car to usual places and each one gave me quotes which are half the value of the car.Then after a lot of research as I was adamant to find someone trustworthy and honest, I came across AK Khalid auto. So this place is not your usual auto centre with all services but a small place in Al Quoz. Met Bilal and his team who immediately found the problem. The first ever honest mechanics I have met who gave me two to three options and assures some with company warranty and the lower prices (half the quote of others) was assured with his guarantee. I took the risk and let kid you not, these guys did not let me down.Amazing job done by them. Very happy with their work. They maybe small but know their job very well. I would recommend everyone to go check these guys out when you need assistance with your car repairs.I will only take mine to them only.

I spent 40 minutes in their garage to rectify Ignition coil problem, I paid the labour charge and faced the same problem in less than a day. I wasted my time and money ,forced to go to other garage and did the job in professional way!

My Lexus RX350 brakes got hard and back lights were not lighting up resulting into failure to ignite through push button. I requested them to come to check why car didn’t turn on and they came and Gear was in R so this my mistake and they saw right the way they changed to P and car started but the problem is here they didn’t do any maintenance even they didn’t switched off their car and they charged me full amount and this garge is only 10 min from where my car broke down

The garage mechanics were the only ones able to fix the broken gear box cable in my car. My insurance company and Kia were unable to help.The mechanics worked on the problem straightaway and managed to fix it under difficult circumstances (in the underground park at my work place and on top of an automated car platform so they were unable to get under the car because of the mechanical equipment).The cost was very reasonable as well.Thank you, I will definitely recommend you to my friends and colleagues.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They do not know what they are doing, and they will charge you a premium to try different potential solutions, without knowing what the actual answer to the problem is. They took my car in, which ultimately needed a software update, but they said it was the fuel pump. Once that had been replaced and was not the answer, they said that the steering column sensor needed to be replaced. This was still not the answer, and they broke 3 other parts in the process by trying to rip open the drivers side airbag compartment to get at the steering column, and then to break open the steering column with a hammer which destroyed steering column parts in the process. The end result was another garage making the simple software update, and needing to fix all of the damages caused by Alkhalid Garage (which cost much more than the correct fix to the original problem).

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! I cannot stress enough how much of a mistake it would be to use this garage. They clearly lack the knowledge and expertise to be working on vehicles. They will continue to replace parts until the problem goes away, and will charge you for each part replaced, whether it works or not. Worst yet, they will create more damage in the process or removing and/or accessing parts of the vehicle.

Have been using them for 2 years now. Very impressed with the quality of service I am receiving.
