Used to carry out a pre check on a car before buying and they went above and beyond. I knew the items they pointed out was not a show stopper in buying the car and the final advice was spot on the car is good engine is good just need to replace items they pointed out like service due etc. Would highly recommend.

I had visited for my porsche cayenne s repair I found them reasonable in terms of fees. And I had very good experience with Mr rizwan he is truly having knowledge of cars. Extremely Irresponsible, I went there to repair my Lexus RX 300 2000 model having brakes issue in which brakes was not working even if I press harder.First thing he said after listening to me is that he is going to charge AED 100 or 150 for verifying the issue if I go to other place for repair and if agree with him for repair then he will adjust this amount in the final bill.This charge was little unusual to me because I never heard such charges before but I said OK because I had good feedback about him from others and I already planned for repair in his Garage. So for me this charge is not going to make any difference.I left my vehicle in his Garage and he asked me to come next day. Now when I went to pick my vehicle, his staff told me Sir there is no problem and we checked everything very thoroughly and you dont worry. Then I requested him to give some discount but he said I have already ask you very less and he didnt agree and charge me the same amount what he told me and I took my car thinking that no matter if he didnt give any discount but at least my car is perfect now.But sooner I realized that I was completely wrong...while going back to my home I met with an accident because of the same issue for which I went to him. Then I called him from there and he started giving me thousand reasons and trying to convince me that he checked everything and couldnt find any issue with the brakes.Then I decided to write a strong feedback explaining everything so that others will not be trapped and I was more upset because I already told him that I often travel with my kids and thats why I want this to be done on priority.Lastly I will end my feedback by writing that either they are not mechanics because they couldnt find any issue because of which I met with quite big accident while going back from the garage or they are taking benefit of the situation.

A family-run workshop, small but honest-to-God and really friendly. Have been repairing my Porsche Cayenne with these guys for the last 10 years. Before that they serviced my other cars - an Audi, and a Ford. The people at the workshop are like family now. I think this workshop is one of Dubais best kept secrets. I gave them a chance more than 10 years ago, and I never regretted it.

The first impression I had was that these people were really stuck up.10 minutes later, i felt much more comfortable as they became more friendly, yet remained professional.they spent around 2 hours checking my car to buy, and thanks to them, i discovered its a lemon.however they were very hesitant of giving personal opinions.price is a bit over the top.. but i dont regret paying it at all.

Went there with my mom and it was a quiet nice place. at first Mr Radwa offered 3,000 to fix all of the problems with my car and I had a concern that it was too expensive because we just wanted to fix the vibration of the car and he understood and lowered the price to 400. Very understanding man. He gave many advices about the car that should be fixed.overall very nice place.

Very responsible and honest garage.Went there and was amazed by how the guys found that the car was a salvage from USA.Saved me a lot of trouble by not buying a bad car.It´s worth each penny to go there.I recommend.

After researching through the net , I came across some websites where people reviewed their service and prices as fair and honest. I found it anything but. I took a 2003 Ford Mondeo to him and after finding multiple problems with it and quoting me a price of AED 8000 - AED 9000 to fix it, he suggested that it wouldnt be worth it and told me that it would be better for me to sell it instead. And offered me a price of AED 3000. I asked him to try for AED 4000.He then called a customer to come see the car who apparently said no for this price and when I asked him what price he would be willing to buy it at, the owner of the garage interjected and didnt even let him speak and said no no he does not think its worth it.Well guess what? I found another Garage who found similar problems as Cars Clinic reported however they quoted me a price of AED 1500 for repair. I should mention that I was referred to this garage by a trusted individual who has used its services and told me that their work is good. 1500 sounded like a good deal but then out of curiosity (and the fact that I already have another car) I asked him how much he would buy the car for and told him I wanted AED 5500 for it. And after some understable bargaining I got AED 5000. AED 3000 vs AED 5000. The Owner of Cars Clinic completely misled me on the worth of the car and I found this a major affront and I would suggest people to take their business elsewhere.
