Reception is warm and the service advisors are attentive. They do the job pretty quick and are fairly honest with their assessment of the car. They dont make unnecessary/fake claims of required repairs, yet, it would be great if they can be more transparent in actually showing the damaged/deteriorated part that needs replacement or repair. Labour charges are 25-30% higher than their competitors. Overall they did a tidy job. A great alternative to agency workshops.

I went in for exhaust replacement and custom welding work... The result exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of work and customer service... indeed they fixed a bad quality welding that was done at another garage , fitted a new resonator (Vibrant performance) to my stock exhaust and customised some additional welding points to ensure no leak and perfect fitment... Elias was updating me throughout the process. What I like most is the customer service, these guys were answering my questions and helping me before even being their customer... they were honest from day 1 without being pushy at all.

I’m from Saudi Arabia and I found a 911 and the owner claimed that the car had only the finder painted. I called Ilyas who is a service advisor and we agreed to wire transfer the fees (577.5) internationally and wow! They provided a detailed report and it’s one of the best PPI reports that I’ve ever seen and never expected how detail oriented it is. My five star rating is not only for the report, it’s for the customer service that they provided they communicated with me before and after the inspection and replied to every single question I’m asking and never felt they are bored but the opposite!! As for the car it was painted everywhere and it was in a very bad condition I’m really happy that I had the inspected by them.As far as I’ve seen, their PPI is much much better than any quick inspection shops.Thanks Ilyas and the team!!

I honestly cannot recommend DAS enough. I have had my Audi S5 for a year now and have been looking for a professional garage that truly understands the complexity of it. I had a complex issue that is unique to my vehicle and they easily diagnosed it and got the job done without wasting billable hours on diagnosis.They are competitively priced with the top garages in Dubai and you definitely get what you pay for. Had very controversial experience with BMW dealership in home country. Hoped for better in Dubai. Surprisingly, its all the same - you come to fix one thing they break another.Wanted to have oil changed and diagnose problems with seat ventilation and noise of window lifter. Ventilation issue was not diagnosed and they found a leakage from cylinder head, though oil level never dropped at all. Asked to replace the gasket.Picked the car from AGMC - door closing mechanism stopped working. Complained, brought the car back to service, waited for few days again, but they suggested to pay them extra for fixing the door. On top of that the next day misfires started.Took the car to DAS to diagnose misfires. Guys were quick to figure out that this was an issue with coils and sparks. Surprisingly and fortunately they had coils and sparks in stock. I guess we could save a dime changing the misfiring coil only but decided to change all of them. Did it the same day! So far so good. Will see how it goes. In the meantime, those minor issues would try to sort out with DAS. Thanks!

I have a Golf VR6 that Ive had maintained at DAS for over a year now. These guys always do an amazing job for a reasonable price, and most importantly, theyre always transparent and honest. Just had my timing chains and clutch done, and the car feels brand new. Ilyas even sent me pictures and videos of the process while the engine was out. I wouldnt go to any other garage.

I have used DAS for both my cars servicing and diagnostics. They have always been very accommodating on time frames and have always provided a professional service. The costs have always been reasonable with all issues and costs clearly detailed before anywork is undertaken.

We have been living in the UAE for 5 years and this is the first time that we have found a competent garage to repair our BMW. The most outstanding thing is that the staff are native English speakers plus have excellent experience in their work. The staff is extra helpful and listens well to your complaints about the vehicle. the service is on time, the parts are cheaper than other places. The man hours rates are a bit on the high side though.
