Having had a great experience with my car repair over the last 2 years, I chose this shop again to replace a broken tail light. Unfortunately, the experience was not a great one this time as I had to take my car 4 times to their shop to fix the light. With a preliminary visit to check and ensure the light needed replacement, the next 2 visits wasted most of my time as the light received was incompatible with my car model. Nonetheless, Arjun, my point of contact eventually tried hard to find a light that could be used for my car model which ultimately solved my problem. I recommend to always ask them for photos of exterior replacement parts on WhatsApp prior to the repair/installation visit to save time and avoiding disappointment.

Service is very good. Hope my future serviceswill be with this garage. Professional work of technicians. The problem of my garage shown in several garages, but solution found from here. Friendly management.

I’m having an Audi s3 2016, after it passed 4 years it started having problems with the Thermostat , oil leak etc.So i called this garage and Joben was there to assist me. He was very helpful and professional. Giving me details what can be changed and what doesnt need to be changed. the labour charge was fair not too expensive compared to any other garages. Professional and expert mechanics are there to assist you with any car. I would really recommend this garage.

Good choice of solutions

This is my second time coming to this shop because its near my house . Both time I spent more that 5 hours in the shop and this time only for the engine oil change, the told yesterday to come at 11 and they will change and agreed on everything including the price. Now its almost 1 pm and they still searching for the oil and car oil filter.I will never ever come back here again and I would rather pay double price somewhere else.Who is giving positive feedback is the owner friends who is never picked his phone when the customer call to report an issue!!

White pearlescent Mitsubish Pajero, various dings and scratches to the bodywork especially doors thanks to out friends in car parks, dent and crack in the front bumper, small but deep crease / dent in rear chassis, shallow dent to plastic wheel cover.Car is now 5 years old and was starting to show its age with battle scars from Dubais car parks. Contacted 4 garages around Dubai - I live at the other end of SZR to them all but still all wanted me to bring the car in, in spite of sending easy to understand videos on WhatsApp that clearly showed the damage. No way I was going to spend an entire day driving around Dubai just to get quoted. Only Right Solution gave a solid, on-the-spot price and it was around 50% lower that the ballpark, vague figures I was getting from the others.Their garage is in Dubai Investment Park and very much a backwater, which I actually have no problem with - happy to pay lower prices than pay for rent in a prime location near SZR. Their small lot was filled with cars and nothing like the kind of slick showrooms you see from their competitors. Although a little apprehensive - they were much cheaper and like I say their garage is very basic-looking - I crossed my fingers and let them go for it.I was particularly worried as on close inspection the car isnt just a flat white but a metallic kind of pearlescent white - not easy unless you know what you are doing. While I was there, they pointed out other small dings and scratches which normally would be a garage massively inflating the bill, but in their case the initial quote only went up by about 30% which was very fair.The car was delivered to JBR two and a half days later as promised. Ive given it about 3 weeks to check the work after driving / car washing etc and can say it is OUTSTANDING. Theres just no way it could have been done better. The car looks brand-new from the outside, absolutely gleaming. You cannot in any way see where there has been work done. To think I could have spent 2 - 3x as much and who knows if the work would have been to such a high standard and on time?Absolutely flawless. Dont be put off by the remote garage location or the great prices - I 100% recommend this business for body work repairs. Special mention for the manager Jobin who guided through from the initial instant quote to delivery of the car. Congratulations to him and his team. One of my best purchases / business experiences in Dubai.

Charged 50 for car wash. used soap once....will never use their service any more

The staff is very friendly, but they are not competent. I given my car there for some noise from the suspension, they repaired it (as according to them) and charged me a small amount but the issue was not solved. When I returned there after 30 minutes they are telling that they will check again but till that time they were not able to identify the issue. I am new in DIP area & I visited this workshop because of the google reviews, now I doubt who is giving these positive reviews.
