Amazing concept, quick service but the person who changed our car battery didnt give us any warranty card. When i called again after a month due to battery issues, they asked me to pay again because i didnt have the warranty card though i had the invoice

Worst services. Their batteries are low quality. No one responds to your calls and messages.Recently my car battery went down and i was unable to start my car, I called them and they said you will get help in 60 to 90 minutes. I kept waiting for them after 80 minutes i called them and they said the guy is on the way and will be there in 20 minutes. No one came after that i kept calling and sending Watsapp messages no one responded. Even after two hours I didn’t get any help or call. luckily was able to start my car and went to nearest station to change the battery.Do not rely on them!!

Called them at 3:30am when the AC / Alternator / Power steering belt got shredded in my car. The car died after running on battery for a few KM while looking for a garage. When I was pulled over, I googled for a 24hr mechanic. Amin (such a nice guy) gave me some options and then arranged the recovery to come and collect the car in 15min. He’s assure me everything will go smoothly and I should have my car back in a day or so. I’ll update more once I have the car back but feeling hopeful as it’s a good start.

Ismail came and checked the car but he offered too high price for battery change. After confirming the price with the company, he said he does not have the battery and returned. Another technician was sent by the company to change the battery at the appropriate price. But disappointed with this as we had to wait for the other technician to come. But they changed it quickly and efficiently the second time.

Car Guru were so professional. I was having trouble with my car battery. On the way coming back home I called them and before I reach to my place they arrived and did their business. First they checked if I need the battery to be charged or not, then they said that it needs to be changed. They gave me 3 options as per my budget and I use the battery which was of the good brand with quality. They did their job within 10 mins. Very professional and made my work really easy. Highly recommend them

I had The worst experience with this company!Called them to change the car battery, they said technician will come in 30-60min, he came after 1,5hour without battery. He said he will start the car but he doesn’t have the battery, and i specifically said i need battery change. Then they said someone else is coming in 10-15min as he is near my area, 30min later i called and then they said the third technician is coming from another area as this one had flat tier, and the third will come in 15min, after 25min i called again and he said he is coming in 7min. Again after more than 10min he didn’t come and i called to say there is no need to come as i waited for 3hrs.I will never use this company again and would not recommend it.

I am satisfied by the services that I had received from Car Guru from the very first moment that I had called and asked for their services. My account manager, Mr. Waseem Din Mohammad had been very hands-on and accomodating.1. First call - I had a car breakdown due to overheating around 1AM and they send someone to tow my car in 30-40mins and fixed the issue on their garage.They delivered the car back to me in excellent condition.2. Since I dont have a service contract, they had offered me a service package --which I find suitable to my needs and it also offers flexibility that the package doesnt expire. I dont always use my car since I work from home and no-expiration date suits me well.3. We had encountered an issue about the number of cylinders in my service contract which had affected the initial quote given to me. They were able to rectify the issue and immediately processed the refund due to the system error.4. They do follow-up calls to see if the customer is satisfied of their services or if there are any areas that needs to be improved. As a customer, this is important aspect in order to enhance the customer journey. They also check and send reminder if its time to do the service.5. I made a few request to fix some aesthetic issues of my car and they try to go an extra mile to help me find the parts that I need.Overall, I am happy with their services and would highly recommend them. If you had a car breakdown, I can guarantee that you can rely on them 24/7.

I called them to change my battery and specifically told them I need AMARON brand and confirmed they will deliver the same. When the technician came with another battery of his choice 😡 and that too took 2 hours where as they committed service within half hour( which I didnt have much problem). One of the staff was rudely saying he would give another battery which I dont prefer.Worst service.

They came quick but 1. The price range of available battery was TOO EXPENSIVE (745 AED). 2. The technician didnt return my key in my hand, so drove off thinking the key was inside. I couldnt find he key anywhere after a drive. I called the technician but he couldnt explain in proper English where he left the key. I had to keep driving. At the of the day, I found the key OUTSIDE between the windshield and hood.

Extremely bad service, they sent the technician the wrong location twice and i had to wait almost 2 hours and the operator wasn’t bothered.

These guys are not professional. Showed one and a half hour late. Told me that my battery needed to be changed. The guy first tried to sell me the battery for 700 AED before reducing the price to 350 AED. Car was still not working in the morning, the problem was in fact the alternator. Dont waste your money here.

The guy who came was very helpful /friendly, however, the guy over the phone promised they will be here within 20 minutes and it will cost 350 dhs, they came within 60 minutes and cost 580 (the cheapest option)

Kindly do not use their service. The battery service person was so rude & he was asking for 700 AED for a battery which costs 400 AED. Literally came to argue & told that the battery is dead, cannot jump start the car. No response from management also, after i informed this. I took the car for battery replacement to another service center, they checked the battery & informed me that battery health is good & would last another 4-6 months. Had battery replacement on 26th Aug, 450 AED was the agreed price (all inclusive) for VARTA battery, I had already shared car details /registration card and technician confirmed the price before stopping by....and when he comes to replace the battery he charges 606 AED saying it is bigger size battery...totally ripped off...will not use their service further.

I had my battery replaced with 800carguru a year ago with an 18 month warranty. A year later the battery died. Even though they had an invoice proving purchase and they agreed with it, they refused to change the battery with a card that has been misplaced. This is unreasonable as they confirmed the purchase of the item but would not uphold their promise and lack integrity. I would not recommend them. I have spoken to several other companies and them having you on the system is proof enough to uphold a warranty.
