Unprofessional customer service and service team.Waiting for the manager to respond to our call for more than 10 days and nothing happened, wrong evaluation and they handed over the car to me without finishing the service where I returned the car again as its not safe to drive, unprofessional team where they didnt send me the report by email or I anyway after I requested from them for 100 times shaikh Zayed service center its way better than this team and more respectful.

### Please read this ###I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler from the Festival City showroom and expected good after-service after I had problems with the electronic side-step. I took it to the Umm Ramool service center and was told there is a problem with the module and they will replace it free of charge asap as it is covered by warranty. This was end-June and now I am writing this complaint as of mid-September as the problem still has not been resolved…My service representative is a man named Harish. I have noticed other customers here on Google review already complaining about Harish as well, which is quite shocking as it shows that management is doing nothing to improve the service. He has basically made false promises of delivering time after time. He will promise to update but never does, so you have to keep on calling and messaging him. He will come up with a whole range of excuses every time. I lost my patience and I even called the customer service and filed an official complaint but it seems to have had no effect either. Why bother even have a complaint hotline??I have lived in Dubai most of my life but never have I experienced such poor after-service which really stands out. If management is reading this, you should know by now, it is clear that there are many others with similar complaints. To think that they can keep on ignoring their customers’ feedbacks and not even bother to take appropriate action is nothing but appalling.### Please press like/share so more people can see this ###

Poor after sales service. My vehicle broke down with blocked injector after full service and air induction and Fuel injector clean here. Nobody was interested to assist I had to take my vehicle to other workshop to have the injector and fuel system cleaned.Waisted thousands of dirhams here and will never return.

Do not buy warranty extension, its a waste of moneyTrading enterprises will do whatever it takes to cover up the issue instead of fixing itHarish is a terrible service representative, whenever you call him he will state that he will call you back but never does and then he stoppes answering the phone (Check photos) over a month of follow upRajesh (Harish boss) is not better, he does the same thing (Check photos)And to add insult to injury, the quality check calls you get after the service are as bad as the service...if you rate them low they will call you to inquire several times including senior quality people and they will promise to fix the issue...guess what, even quality people does not call you back or sort your issues.Every time I want something done I have to use my personal connections to reach to the GM for them to actually do something and fix the issues.No sense of accountability at allJust predicting the future here: they will respond to this asking for my contacts beacuse they are good at pretending they will actually do something about it... but the best they will do is to call and give me a fake promise.

Have been getting my Jeep serviced with them for years now. I Prefer this workshop over the szr one. New advisors are on the roll now who do not seem to be competitive enough. A lady advisor could not even find out the service contract start and end date from the booklet they issued themselves to me. Ufff ..... Of course they charge you a bomb if the car is not under warranty and need any parts to be replaced.

Extremely poor service and customer service and engineering team and don’t deal with Harish .20,000 normal service and take the car back with missing items and a lot of noise from front wheels and I don’t have it before and After full day they can’t figure it out from where this noise came !!!

Great service. Harish is an excellent help and very courteous. The whole process was smooth and no hasseels. Very efficient. Great service and the lady at the reception was also very courteous, unfortunately I cannot recall her name. Best place to take your Dodge or Jeep for service.

The service has been professional. I appreciated it. The price is in the high band, but I appreciated that they tried not to pump up unuseful stuff. From a covid experience it seams to me the crew was enough prepared. I also liked that the appointment started on time and finished on time.

Terrible service, and the worst after sale follow up in town...to be avoided....send 2 of my cars there for service...for one of them, I need to redo the oil change myself after 2000km, and the other one, I need to redo the AC service after 3000km.....amateur job....

Having been to this garage 3 times for services, fortunately I had never encountered any immediate problem. Therefore, I believe they did a good job.However, on my second visit, the specialist who dealt with me was very vague about what he was going to do with the car. He kept trying to sell me different packages instead of explaining clearly what is included in my service.When I came back to pick up the car, I asked for the car’s service history booklet back but he had no idea where it was even though I could see it on his desk where he left it a few days ago. Even when I got the booklet back, I had to ask for it to be stamped. This to me proved that detail was not paid attention to.After this experience I was trying to look around for a different garage who is more transparent but at the end I decided to give this garage another chance as it is an official jeep garage. I was told the major service would be done by 5pm and i should wait for their call. But only at 7pm, I received a call to inform that it will not be ready until the next day.The next day came, i waited until after midday but no call was received. So I called and was told that the car was ready but there are some problems need to be fixed. I came over anyway to pick up my car and to discuss more about the extra problems. The guy was very clear in his explanation and was very nice. He promised that he would call me that evening to let me know the final quote for the job. I wish he have had called me.Overall, they might know what they are doing but i am not very sure if i can trust them most of the time due to lack of information clarity and accuracy.

The call center is very good and professional however the service advisor are not. They always try to play you even if the issue is very clear. I have a constant problem with my Jeep suspension and it’s still under full warranty, the solution I got was “bear with the problem as it would appear only in the morning “

Sadly I can’t not give a very positive review of this facility, for several reasons related to the quality of the work carried out by them at Umm Ramool & their workshop in Al Quoz. If you buy a Jeep you have to use their warranty facilities to keep the warranty. However my experience with multiple warranty service and requested work, gives me zero trust in this facility. My comments are personal, but I hear them echoed amongst the Jeep community. My advice is that as ‘one’ is forced to use them for the warranty be specific and check their work:- Wheel-nuts, fluid levels & quality, air filter cleanliness

Terrible service!1. Minor service took 2 days (other dealerships finish within hours)2. They go on a break from 1-2. No one informed me so I had to wait for everyone to come back , and my service advisor didn’t show up until 2:20, and no one else was able to help me get my car3. I changed my tyres to a bigger tyre and have a fluctuation in the speedometer and I am shocked to know that the Jeep dealership, which should be very well equipped to deal with changes of tyres for off-roading couldn’t fix the issue.All in all really bad experience.

I bought a brand you JL, after I checked the car at the showroom and paid cash in advance, later in two hours the car was sent to workshop for some repairs prior delivery without being informed . The showroom tried not to share any information simply by saying it was sent for some software update which did not make sense at all, when I went to the workshop to check on the car and saw the car was under repair for (a brake job ) and it was in mess from the inside, a brand new car without seat covers no steering covers 👎 I do not understand how such known dealership accepts such low standards. They drive the brand new cars to the workshop and back to showroom on the road 👎. When I spoke with the service manager about this low quality standard he simply said the common word ( we are sorry 👎 ) be careful guys before you make your purchase ! ask as much questions as possible about everything.

The cars are amazing BUT coz of the dealership’s customer service and knowledge regret buying from them!!! The worst service center.I keep leaving review every time I visit service center with a hope that they change. The place itself looks very messy. The staff want to charge you more just coz they want to cover their monthly target!They take their sweet time to see you even after booking an appointment.Overall, it’s all crowded, messy and I just hate going there! I hope they change, or just give jeep dealership to Al Tayer Motors pls. Al Tayer is much better.

Worst service center i have ever experienced in my life. Bought a car new that turned out to have defects that are still not fixed after multiple visits. Infact the car always comes back in a worse condition with new door dings or scratches. new parts ordered to fix the problem and after months of waiting the problem wasnt fixed in the slightest. If i could give 0 stars i would as they dont even deserve one star. Never buy a car from this dealer.

My experience has always been pleasant. Service providers are efficiently friendly, knowledgeable and advisors too. The place provides free wifi hot beverages to waiting customers. Always best to fix an appointment and then visit the place because it does get busy. I have been using the jeep service center in um Ramoul area.

I am usually happy with the Jeep service, but today I have to complain because my Jeep Cherokee has a problem of the engine switching off while riding, and the issue was already raised and not solved during the previous service. The problem has not been detected, investigated and resolved, again. Futher, the car was returned with a large wet spot on the drivers seat, and dirty carpet.

August 2016 I have entrusted my Jeep Wrangler to a so called Official Dealer and Service Center Provider of Jeep in Dubai. To my disappointment, I have spent AED 8,620 for nothing. I am fully dissatisfied of their service providing no remedy to my trouble and not even responding to the complaint I have sent them through email.Without considering my bad experience, again I have entrusted and brought my other Jeep Rubicon in their Service Center at Sheikh Zayed Road last October 17, 2017 and spent another AED 2,054.00 - with a thought in mind that they would do it better this time. Apparently, the next day I have arranged another back job after a full service since my newly installed battery is having a cranking problem.They’re only good at charging you costly fees without giving something in return. Therefore, with respect to Quality Service, I am giving them 0 Star due to my 2 consecutive bad experience.
