Excellent garage. A reasonable price for repairing my headlights. Staff are very professional and excellent. Mohannad is a great manager he understood my vehicle issue and even I explained him from my side that there is no issues with the electrical. Fairly good price for the headlight repairs. Very happy with the service & hospitality I received at VIP German Auto Repairing! This is a family run business and I couldnt be more happy to have brought my car here for service. I was in a bind and it needed it fixed asap, they had me taken care of in a few hours and it was much cheaper than expected. Took too long for the job to complete.. I was said 3/4 days took 2 weeks to complete..I was not informed of the delay (which was not their fault apparently, they had a delay with a shipment from Germany), I had to call multiple times to discover.

I must say their professional and respectful manner definitely makes it a place to come back to. I originally went in to change my cars back brakes, get an oil change and more. I was shown and explained clearly and frankly what was needed and what could wait a bit later, resulting in great advice. I will definitely be coming back here.

Needed a battery really quickly, because I was going on a trip the next day. They not only tested the old battery but tested the alternator and voltage regulator, to make sure it was really the battery. They had the battery in stock and managed to install it quickly. Really saved the day!!!

I just fixed my audi cars coolant tank at ENOC station for 665dhs with discount with a speedy geniune Audi part in a few hours when it takes a day. This garage asked for 1638 dhs with a 2-4 days wait!!! Thats 1000 dhs plus the cost of the wait time.

Got a radiator leak and the car temperature got up suddenly. Found this place and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. Nice guys working, mohammad directly knew it was the thermostat and changed it, if it was another garage i wouldve spent 3000 dhs and the problem wont be fixed, Will def be going back for any car service and maintenance! Brought three of my cars here and they were all never fixed. I ended up paying a total of 25,000 for their over priced used parts. They told me some of their parts were original, and when we went to another garage we found out some were used parts or duplicates. This place is highly not recommended for even an inspection.There are other garages around their shop, best thing is to circle the block and find another place to do it for you.

Worst service for Audi repairs.When I went for the same issue during warranty period they hid the issue from us and did some work around so that warranty period will be completed in 1 month. After 1.5 months had the same issue and when we went they said the system has to be changed and now the warranty period is also finished. Hence asking for the full payment of nearly 5000 AED.

Angry staff, very aggressive and lots of exaggeration for minor repair. Not recommended, expensive and very close with the company pricing, on top of that so much unprofessional staff and knowlege is less, better choose snother workshop.
