The problem in my BMW was wrongly diagnosed in 2 workshops and when I took the car to Rover, I was expecting a big repair job and a large bill. However, the efficient staff quickly diagnosed that the issue was relatively small and they completed the job in a couple of hours for a charge of around 200 dhms. Amazing service! 👏👏

The Service Advisor, Abhijith was very professional and ensured the car is returned on time. Although he informed me that the brake pads need replacement and also some minor works are needed he ensured me that the car can be driven for another 5000 Kms and then we change it. Two individuals stand out, Mr Nandu for handling the claims process very smoothly without any hassles to me and planning in such a way that I can get the car very fast and Mr Nitin for constantly updating me on the status of the car, he would call me at least once a day.
