I went to AG al quoz branch for some issues my camry 2017, bcz i was a 3rd owner for that vehicle, actually I’m blind in car mechanical sides they are wonderful people specially mr. vasanth (mechanical advisor) he check my car and suggest me what we need to that car and they are done all my car problems and again suggest me what we need to do in future regularly, he is treating like his own vehicle, and he give his personal mobile number also for contacting further any issue in anytime., i don’t have word explaining more on that.. just they are pro-mechanics and friendly staffs, I strongly suggest for everyone to do repairs your cars in ag cars, and thank you mr. vasanth bro…❤️

Body repair service is inconvenient and unprofessional. I have handed over my vehicle for repair for over two weeks. Initially, they promised to repair my vehicle in approx. 7 working days, but it is taking more than double that time. For a week, I contact the garage daily and they claim that the vehicle will be ready the next day but they fail to deliver - this has been going on for a week.As a consumer, please consider sending your vehicle for body repair in another garage, unless time is not an issue for you.

So we contacted lycha for the fixing of our bus also up to testing and registration and she all did it for us without hassle. Well facilitated workshop with highly professional staff and quite fair pricing for their fast and reliable services. As a multi brand car workshop they serve individuals and some car insurance companies. I was so happy with their works on my car. Specially appreciated Mr. Jafer Sedique for his highly professional, his knowledge about automotive systems and above all his responsive as well as responsible approach.

I had an accident the the other partys insurance pointed AG cars al quoz for the repair. I have been assisted by Mr.Jafer and he estimated 7 days (with 8 I could ask for a courtesy car) and came after more than 2 weeks.On top of that they miss to check the wheels and I still having problem while driving with weird noises.Once I came back they answered that they closed already the claim and I had to fix it myself.They didnt even come back to me with a quotation!If you really have to go to AG cars, DONT GO TO AL QUOZ!!!

I went there for a minor service ( quick service). It was good. My first time to visit. They offered a car wash with the service. Its not expensive. I was offered a scratch and win coupon, unfortunately its for a limited time. What i suggest from the branch is that to keep the customer posted to his next due service. AG garage al quoz replaced my tyres for me as well as some bodywork repair and suspension work. They were thorough, transparent and professional all the way and tried to go the extra mile to help out. In addition when I took the car away and found I had a suspension fault message and informed them, they arranged to pick my car up from home, solved the sensor problem and dropped it off at a time that was convenient to me and within a few hours. Friendly staff and a special thanks to Mr Nelson who liaised with me to keep me posted and helped out and arranged everything. It’s hard to find a good trustworthy garage because I’ve sent the car in with one problem to other garages before and suspiciously it always comes back with more problems but AG were very good on that front too and they are very thorough and did some extra things/testing just to make sure my car was really safe. Recently On recommendation of my friend I took my car to Ag cars. It’s been a year that I am roaming around Dubai to arrest a simple noise and I have spent thousands on that but no result...But Ag cars did it in very first time that too in a very economical way. Mr. Thaha was technically well sound that he came with me for a test drive analyze d and instructed his team to complete the work in just 3 hours of time..It’s been a week now and I haven’t received that troubling noise again.Good work..Will definitely refer my friends to him for genuine and quality service..
