Service Advisor - Shaan was very helpful, assisted me well and also the Supervisor (didnt get his name) was very observant and ensured I was attended to. Finally Technician - Salman - went out of his way to resolve my issue to my satisfaction.Suggestion - didnt notice a queue system as I saw some female customers as well. How about female and elderly priority?

I bought this car form Alfuttaim, My car had vibration while on bumpy roads, i took the car to the service center as per request by sales staff. After 2days of car being with them they said there is no viberation. I had to visit the service center and show the car viberation to the concerned supervisor, After identifying the issue the supervisor said he will fix it and nothing changed so far. The car is back with me with the same issue. Viberation in dashboard while on rough roads. I feel so depressed now after paying a bomb of a price to buy this car i am ended up with this viberation issue.I know this is a very minor issue. But literally they dont want to fix it they just want to hold the car for a long time and return it back without fixing it.This is a very good practice to avoid customers coming back. I have to go to my office in JAFZA on daily basis. Using a taxi to go to my office will cost me 120 each way, if i have to leave the car again for 2-3 days now who will bare the price.Holding the car for such a long time had me spend a lot on cash for taxi fares.I am not sure what i can do here. As i am stuck with this issue.

The actual service I was happy with. Basic service for 320 AED.I had arranged for the car to be dropped and collected at the service via my insurance company who arrange this. The car was dropped at 8am on a sat morning.I was called on the Sunday by a man who didnt speak English very well to say car ready, I explained the car was being picked up via a tow company and asked how do I pay as I wont be there in person. He said he didnt understand but said pay when pick up. ??Anyway I got on the phone to Al Futtaim service centre, I was on the phone for 20 mins trying to get through a web of different voices asking me to select different buttons to get to the right person. I eventually got through and I asked the man to send me a bill because the tow company was on his way to collect the car, he agreed and said hed send right away.Anyway an hour went by and I had not received anything. I then get a call from the tow company who are collecting my car to say Al Futtaim service centre wont release the car because you have not paid . Gggrrrrrr.So I got on the phone again, trying for 20 mins again with a machine talking to me asking me to select different numbers to get put through to the right person. Eventually got through and they again said they send the bill for me to pay right away.Another 20 mins passed by . Eventually they send the email for me to pay and the tow company at are allowed to collect my car.I receive the car all nice and clean, service complete. However I did ask Al Futtaim service centre staff to stamp the service book for me which I left on the passenger seat but unfortunately they did not do.Clearly a communication error at Al Futtaim, most of the staff will just say yes or nod when you talk to them but they actually dont really understand what your saying or dont care.

I bring my car 3x within 2 months to complain same issues that havent been resolved. To save the little sanity i have left, I booked an advance appointment for August 3-9, listing all of my concerns on a clean sheet(uncallibrated computer box, loose on board diagnostic port, faulty axel shaft, acetic/foul smell coming from the AC, squeeking noice at every turn, and so on) hoping itll guide them to finally get things done the right way.Come August 3rd, I let the mechanic test drive my car so he can see the cars issues for himself and he confirmed that all the concerns I raised are legitimate. So i left the car with them for the entire week(August 3-9) hoping that all my concerns will be thouroughly addressed.When I returned to check on the car, I was expecting that theyd release it free of charge as all i have gotten so far from the car we bought from them were problems after problems after problems. But no, they seem to enjoy grinding their customers gears and they so insensitively charged me for the AC filter, justifying that its categorized as consumables. Even though ive been complained the smell of the ac eversince i got the car.After all the unfortunate misadventures with Al-Futtaim Automall, I was still expecting that somehow all the concerns i raised were duly fixed this time around - but i shouldve  known better. After a day of driving it, the squeeking sound worsen.I reported it again and no surprise, they just conveniently told me that theyll call me once an appointment is available.I gave Al-Futtaim Automall the benefit of the doubt time and time again. But they dont fail to disappoint, frustrate and exasperate me every single time.I dont think they value your clients time, effort and money because if they do even a tiny bit, my experience with them and their service team might have been so much better.Their incompetence and inconsistency only shows how they utterly disrespect their clients time, energy and resources. I was expecting so much more and got thrown down to the seemingly endless pit of dissatisfaction.

Let me make it a MONTH now. Since my car handed over to the service center. But up to now no news!? I kept on calling the toll free and promised that somebody will call!? But no body did… they don’t even gave compensation to the client that they given the inconvenience on traveling by taxi everyday for the past 2 weeks…. Everything could have been avoided if the sales person did the needful before handing over the unit to the client. Now it is such a mess… my taxi fare is much more expensive than what i pay for the unit. 🤬😡🤬😡🤬…. Do i have to call the the customer service every time who just gave promises and hopes that someone will gave me an update!!!?!?!?!?!Ok…. They return the car… they said they fixed and change all concern parts to brand new!?!? I am no mechanic but it is not my first car… i know if something is wrong or not…. Paint job!? Miss some spots…. Not all where re painted…. Transmission!!!! Replaced!?!? Are you sure!?!? It is even worse now….when making a reverse…. A hammering sounds…. When running sudden break and hammering sounds…. And worse…….. when on idle….. it feels like a MAGNITUDE 10 earthquake is happening….. no wonder you gave a 1 year warranty…. Make it 2 year warranty….. WARRANTY of wasting customers time coming to the garage…… and experiencing bad quality of repair and customer service….

Customer service is good.The technicians however, in my experience atleast, are not highly skilled.My cars engine oil was quiet dark in color and I was asked to continue driving for another 9,000kms before the next service.Ive been personally taking care of my cars for more than 13 years and anyone with this many years of experience would know not to drive that many kms when the old is already quiet dark.Perhaps it could be this one time they were not careful.My suggestion: please check your engine oil yourself before taking delivery everytime your car is serviced. It can save your major repairs. Specially when its your own car.

Nice place for vehicle servicing and maintenance. Well trained staff that helps you with a detailed explanation on the offers available, recommendations on the parts that require attention. Best part is timings as waiting times are very short and delivery is on exact time as promised.

One of the best service station for Toyota Corolla. I had given my car for service. I was attended by Fayd, the gentleman very professional and polite, inspite of no appointment for service he took my car. They did a good service of my car. I just waited few hours and my car was ready. Fayd expedited my car service. If you ever happen to give ur car for service I would recommend Fayd. Great customer service. Keep it up.👍

I paid 2700 for some useless insurance with Automall upon buying a car from them, now when i approached them in the service center all they did is taking a picture and promised to get back the next day! now its over a week and no response. I should say its Automall who push you to buy useless insurance, service center that never follow-up and their Orient Insurance company that doesnt do their job fault.

In general they do a good job and treat you well however last time my battery died and I was able to bring it to the automall after charging it. It took me 3 hrs!!!!! To change my car battery! Thats too much!!!!! I am listed with them for 2 years car service ...If I knew it is going to be like that I could just call those people who come down your house and change your battery while you are relaxing home! They need to do something about this... waiting 3 hours for a battery change is NOT acceptable at all

Follow ups and coordination is really really poor and pathetic..it is not my first experience but couple of times after sales has created the same impression..would not want to recommend them to anyone if given an opportunity but unfortunately all the major brands are under their roof..feeling really disappointed with the way work is happening and business is being build with them..

I have sent my car for major service, they have charged 1800 AED approx. made discounts and called after to check if the car was good with me after the service, the staff are very polite decent and efficient, the car took more than 24 hours, it took 48 hours, bit i felt confidence in taking and driving my car back again.

Clean and neat place, some how not well organized and not clear in how you can get your service. Sometimes the employees are not helpful. My experience was 5 out of 10They used to come to the service stop to receive the cars, now I have to go inside and search for free services agent. When I wanted to receive my car, I had to wait for 30 minutes to see the employees because they were not on their desk and then I lost my waiting line and received my car as last person, after 1 hour. Should I be happy .. sure not.

Complete Rip off. They sell used cars at full price and their fine print excludes most expensive parts in their warranty.Within 6 months I ended spending 20% of the car value for servicing and parts change.If I service outside their warranty is void.So short of it.....buyer beware and be prepared to mentally consider you are being taken for a jolly good ride.

Their customer service is very poor and needs improving. The sales/service reps barely care about anything and fail to get back to you for any requests. Also, its so difficult to get through to someone from their 600 number. I have to get another number, and when I call nobody ever picks up. Value for money wise they are also overpriced, but I have no option but to continue servicing with them as they are my authorized dealer.

I would have not written this feedback if I was not to give my car to Mazda Showroom Garage (Shaikh Zayed Road). General perception is that Mazda Showroom garage will charge higher than Automall but wait! That is absolutely opposite in my case!First of all they (Automall) dont keep brake pads available for Mazda 3, so I was asked to purchase it by myself and then get the car to their service center to fix it. I spent AED 300 for the brake pads and then I got a bill of additional AED 425 from Automall just to assemble them! They said the Disk needed to be skimmed hence the charge! Seriously?? AED 360 for skimming the disk?? I have the bill copy as a proof (Attached).Next time for my front wheel disk brakes I went to the Mazda Showroom Garage (Shaikh Zayed Road), they did the same thing, including skimming for AED 180! Thats lower than Automall by AED 245!I tried reaching Automall but sadly no one is available to even answer my calls! I used to promote Automall to friends but now Im doubtful if they are good anymore. Sad!

Very slow!They take their sweet time and they dont update you on the status of your car until you follow up and call multiple times. They have cost me over AED 900 in car rental while my car was sitting in their garage waiting for 2 minor repairs to be done. Their standards have certainly declined over the years!

Before the service center location was near Deira Citi Center now its shifted here. Although its not easy accessible by Metro bus or Metro Train, but if your drop your vehicle for any work. You will get a free drop off at Emirates Metro Train Station.

I think and suggest that they should open more service Centres in other Emirates than Dubai. It will save time of old & new customers.For New Customer : if you buy vehicle from Al Futtaim Automall you have to go to there service center which is in Umm Ramool Dubai. Good for nearby customers but hectic for Far Dubai & other Emirates customers.So far Service I got from them is good.

The take money in the name of VAT. There is an unlimited supply of coffee and chocolate drinks from the vending machine. The is a lot of waiting time. Some time car repairs are incomplete. But once the compete service is over, you car will be as good as new!

Located in the middle of deira. Recommend to come in a weekday daytime. Expect to wait for a while for your turn to come as less desks are there.Free water and coffee machine are availableParking is available however small enterance.The advantage of this place is that if you give them the car you can use the metro which is 300 meter away so no need to worry for transportation

The value of money is very poor in Al Futtaim service centers. For Honda CRV 2013 model, they will charge AED 2100 to change oil, filters and spark plugs. This is more expensive than Gargash!! In addition, they are not thorough in checking the car and the advisors dont explain what job has been exactly done to the car. Not to mention that they mistakenly filled my engine with 5000 oil instead of 10K oil and I found out about this when I checked all the invoices so they had to replace it on the spot which made me wait another half an hour. The overall experience is bad and the mechanical disposals and consumables they add to the invoice make it even more and more expensive and not worthy at all.

I had a very bad experience with Al Futtaim Automall service center.I left my car on 15-May-2019 (during Ramadan day timing) for Major servicing, one of Al-Futtaim customer representative asked me to come next day (16-May-2019) for pick up the car.Next day (16-May-2019), I kept asking all day if my car was ready for pick-up but no one responding. Once, the same representative called me and said on phone that car servicing was almost done and now washing and other final things are remaining and I would get another call very soon.At 7 pm in the evening I received a call that my car is ready. I reached Al Futtaim automall service center (new location in Umm Ramool which is far from Metro station and very remote area) by taxi. When I reached there at 8:45pm, I came to know that staff has gone (although they mentioned their timings until 9pm on website) and my car documents were with security guard, who didn’t have Credit Card Machine for payment. Then, I went to the nearest metro station by walk (emirates metro station) to withdraw cash and came back to the security guard. He just got my signature on papers and asked me to checked the car. When I checked my car, I realized that they haven’t washed my car, although that Al Futtaim representative told me that car was under the progress of washing and finalization... that day, it was a weekend and I was expecting to get back my car but due to this ‘disgusting customer service’ by Al Futtaim staff, I was not able to get my car back and I left my car because they didn’t wash it (although they just billed for all the things). Now again I took a taxi from Umm Ramool to Al Barsha.I can’t explain this ‘bad experience’ in just ‘some words’ as I lost my time my money for no outcome.I won’t recommend anyone to approach Al-Futtaim for car servicing due to ‘bad customer service’.Thank you.

They almost burned my cars engine,I am an agency customer , but I told my self why not to save some money , as they claimed , same perfect service with less cost.so I called them and asked if they will check the timing belt and the plugs with the regular maintenance, they agree, later ,I went , and again Ive asked the smily face there the sssame question and again( yes we will check) .,after finishing the maintenance, I found that they DIDNT check, , I ve asked the smiley face: why !! . he told me its not easy for your car model , we have to remove a lot of parts)!!,,,, , plus,,, they charged me a little bit more than the agency !!!, for just changing oil and filter( sure plus a lot of points checked)later, , I decided to check the plugs outside, and ALL OF THE SUDDEN , we found(me and two of the workshop expert) that the oil is vvvery thick and it didnt changed recently !! , and the engine is suffering due to burned oil , , they charged me for the oil with no change for it, , it was my good luck to find it before losing my engine , thanks a lot for your nice welcome and bad maintenance ,
