Mr. Sundish (maybe a supervisor) is really a very special person, always on top of his duties, gives his customers all the due attention, responds to their calls in real-time, and is technically knowledgeable enough to answer on the spot.I must also mention the lady at reception (Mona) who has been continuously following up with me for the appointment and then her excellent and professional attitude when you are in the service center.

Horrible service from AutoFix. Your car will literally sit in their shop for days even for a simple job to be done.Lately, I’ve been hearing noise on my steering wheel. Took it to them, checked by 1 technician, then I was told that it just needs some lubrication. I was asked to book the car on another day. Can’t be done on the same day. So I booked my car. Dropped it on my appointment day; half an hour earlier than my appointment time - hoping I could get my car back earlier. To my surprise , I was told repair can’t be completed within the same day. They had to call me the next day for an update. Seriously? But I didn’t argue anyway. The next day, they told me some bushings need to be replaced and my rear brake pads as well. They have to order the parts and will arrive only the following day. I was asked to leave my with them for another 5 days! Well I’ve got a Nissan and they’ve never kept my car for more than a day even for much bigger repairs.Another issue I have is my extended warranty. The AC duct under the front passenger seat is getting loose. I ‘ve never touched it, no idea why it became loose. They technician said that it only needs to be fixed, no parts will be replaced. But they’re asking me to pay for it as plastics are not covered by the extended warranty. Are you kidding me??? These people are ridiculous, incompetent and poor customer service. Such a shame to handle this brand!

My car had issues with parking sensors after the service. Not at all happy with the service. I ended up paying as much as showroom service with added cost of 2nd diagnostics and then quoted for new parts and fixing charges.

It has been a refreshing change after 3 years of dealer services for my car (2016 Nissan Tiida). Honestly, getting my car serviced with Auto Fix has been pleasant. Friendly staff (nod to Sandesh), prompt responses, accomodating our requests and resonably priced vehicle services.If you are out of service/ warranty repairs, I would recommend Auto Fix to get your vehicle serviced. Theres absolutely no point to pay the extra premium and receive mediocre to poor service from the dealers.I am sharing this based on my personal experience of taking two cars (Nissan Altima from 2013-2015 and Nissan Tiida from 2020 onwards). Gave my car for servicing using a Cobone voucher and was very satisfied with the service. It was a very goid deal with the voucher worth a value if aed 400 for which i paid only aed 108. Great facility and would definitely recommend. The service staff were helpful and friendly.

Thank you for the effort to all the staff. There is also Wi-Fi and a resting place to wait.
