Was my bad lucky to be involved in an accident, but good luck to meet Martin to fix my car. The case was complicated and I was quite lost on getting insurance claim No., arranging car rental and getting approval to start fixing the car. Martin did inspection right away and explained me the process on claiming and car rental, which insurance company didnt do before the claim number was generated. So when I finally got the claim No., all the plans could be made clearly based on the condition of the car. I got update regularly and the rest was just waiting without headache. Finally got the car in good condition. So really grateful!

Mr Martin finds solutions, quickly. I came to get a fix for the hood of my FJ cruiser. He managed to do it in 30’, explaining simply and clearly how he would do it. I recommend for body work

Bad service, what ever they comitted not full fill.2 times i visited with 7 months difference, both time i am disappointed.First time visited through oriental insurance for car accident they didnt paint the area they committed then visited through carcility app for oil change but found them using open oil not as they mentioned mobile oil synthetic 5W40.Then again found engine oil they filled is less, keep an eye on them, better to avoid them.

Sadly had to go there because of the insurance company. They changed my front bumper, 2 months later the paint started to chip, they didn’t remove the old paint and covered it with only 1 coat.

A bad experience for my car repairs... The garage was provided by insurance company for replacing the broken bumper.... The bumper was replaced but the fog lamp and the DRL LEDs and the parking Led were ruined by them... Eventually had to spend more than I would have done through the showroom...

My car was hit in the front, it was not my fault. My insurance sent me to this garage. I took my Mini Cooper here and had to call for updates, but still there was a complete lack of communication. I had to bring my car there 3 times over a month and insisted it still was not repaired properly. They were belligerent and unhelpful, but did do work on it each time, though I am not sure why the work wasnt done in the first place. In the end I took my car to the BMW AGMC repair and I spent 3,500 AED realigning my tyres. I have the report from BMW and am taking the complaint forward. To be fair they did some body work and it turned out quite well, though I did have to take it back to ask them to polish it so it would blend in better.

The guys just need to paint 2 bumpers front and rear, and they took 6 days. But eventually they took 8 days, just to paint 2 bumpers, they didnt even explain the reason of delay. very disappointed.
