Access was quite tricky but thanks to Google maps, got there easily. I was fortunate to be serviced by Albert, an excellent staff who went out of his way to take car of my vehicles and the repair. He followed up and gave all the information I needed. The repair was completed to my satisfaction. Thank you Albie for all your help.

Outstanding service at this location by the Ford Team. My vehicle had been involved in an RTA which caused considerable damage. The whole process from the outset of the insurance claim to the completed repair was flawless. Professional workers and management backed up by friendly hard working staff made the whole process smooth. The finished repair was outstanding.

Service advisors are not very knowledgeable as they are non technical. And you will not able to meet technician to brief first hand unless you ask.

This is long overdue but my experience was horrible .. I got my car with clips missing, uneven - still was until a garage aligned it.To look at the car you’d think a cheap garage fixed it not the agency.
