Firstly it should be pointed out that I rarely give 5 star reviews for anything. Im a very strict critic. Secondly, I have had extremely bad experiences with mechanics for the past several years.Carcility was a much needed breath of fresh air. Theyre punctual, they communicate (with very proficient English, I might add), if they say theyll call you back at a certain time they do, and theyre clearly not trying to rip you off or get you to pay more than is necessary. It seems this is a new company and theyre eager to make a name for themselves. My advice is to continue giving the same excellent service I was given, to everyone, every single time. Do that and -- no exaggeration -- youll be the best mechanic in town.

Good service, Good value for money. You pretty much get what you pay for. They picked up my car and brought it back on time. They send a driver and not by crane. I tried one minor service (oil, filter and check up). They left some black smudges inside the car on the door handle but otherwise its satisfactory.

Did a huge mistake, giving my car to do my service (to someone you dont know), for the past 5 years I service my car from the dealer itself, and after seeing the reviews I decided to go ahead with Carcility, the customer service was good initially. after servicing my car the next day, when I start the car it started giving a noise which was not there before the service, and I called the customer agent he said he will check with their team but never got back to me.Now I have to spend more money and time to go to the dealer and fix it.Waste of TIME and MONEY.Good lesson learned.

Bad service very slow

Really quick response and probably the easiest fix ive had in UAE. My car had a dent and i needed it to be fixed on an urgent basis and I got quotations from various workshops in an hours time and had the dents fixed and painted by evening. In short Carcility saved me AED 5,750 with zero hassle!!!My experience with Carcility:After a quote of AED 8500 from the original agency for new tyres, fitting and a new battery I decided to look elsewhere.
