I got my car detailing done (Patrol V8) along with Rust proofing. Charges were competitive and delivery as per commitment. They provided a replacement car till work was done. Staff was friendly and helpful. Special mention of Mr. Bismark and Mr. Allwyn for their prompt and courteous response.

Used them for whee painting service and outcome was really good and worth the price. Alloy painting service comes at 600 + VAT for all 4 wheel with optional color of choice. However do keep in mind that this doesn’t include balancing of wheel which comes at an extra cost of 80 Aed + VAT for all 4. Do keep this in budget so that it doesn’t come as a shock. They also provide replacement car at no additional cost which is an added advantage. Overall recommended and good service.

I have recently moved to the UAE and was cautious with so many garages. I chose to use this garage for my alloy wheel repair and paint repair for the front bumper of my vehicle. I chose them after reading there reviews. This quote I received was competitive and to make it better I was offered a replacement car while work was being carried out on the vehicle. I would like mention Alvin who I had spoke to when I had booked my car in and he kept me up to date with the progress. Fantastic work and was done very quickly and care was taken with my car. I am very happy with the service from the whole team there will be using them again and recommended to any friends here in Dubai. There aftercare was also fantastic as a day or two later I noticed an issue with the light at the front of the vehicle which happened during the bumper repair and I drove it up to the garage and no questions asked the guys fixed this electrical issue within 30 minutes as it was a minor problem with the onboard computer.Overall I do recommend this to anyone trying to find a good reliable garage as my experience was great:)

This has been a great experience - right from the start Alvin was totally professional, and let me know exactly what they could do with the maintenance issues my car needed, as well as suggesting some cosmetic upgrades. The cost of the work came in at about a quarter of what Al Ghandi quoted, and work is top notch. Had rims repaired and painted (Wow!), car detailed and given ceramic treatment (which makes it look like new), and a few suspension issues and a brake light fixed. Ill be using these guys for all car work from now on. And so should you.

My car stopped working cause of the battery issue. Although their workshop was shut, after my requests they sent a mechanic to my house for battery replacement. Without them, i would have been physically handicapped as no transport is available. Thanks a lot for helping me out in this tough time. Their service was humble and wore safe mask and gloves, which made me also feel safe.

Had a good experience....they repaired my Mercedes e class which had issues of oil mixing with coolant, ac motor and mountings at less cost than Mercedes authorized workshops. To my surprise the car was working quite smooth and drive was much more enjoyable though there were some small issues which were later rectified by going to them again...i am quite happy with their work and response and at the moment enjoying the Mercedes drive... would definitely recommend them to others

I had a very bad experience this time ,I had my honda civic serviced .changed somany parts . everything gone well except engine vibration due to mounting issues which was changed.later I went there and problem was fixed in an hour .but same repeated after a week .I went there few times to check it again , asking me to change the gear mounting aswell now.I checked in some other garage they said the engine mounting is weak .still its not fixed .Apart from this issue whole garage is nice ,all the employees are also friendly .

I went there 3 times, and every time the service was degraded by many reasons:1- All they care about is luxury cars with higher bill amount2- If your service is free which they promised earlier, you will not get any free service at all - in end i had to pay3- They will work on your car only when there will finish the high end cars - they started working on my car after 1 hour then stopped and jumped on another car then left it and jumped to another4- Way of talking is sad5- no customer engagement at all6- No one will explain wat really is the issue unless you specifically ask7- Now they have business so they dont care about someone with less bill and small workI had recommended this garage to many of my friends - now i had referred another garages in Al Quoz to everyone and informed everyone NOT to visit this garage ever.
