Very well organized service center with helpfull staff.

Appointment booking is the best instead of walk in. Even for booking,there will be waiting from customer service executive.Anyway, its authorised center so worth to wait.

Very Good customer service Mahmoud was very helpful. Only thing is service was done but has good drive up to 120km per hr after that the car starts shaking on the right side.

If you have a Ford car already from Al Tayer motors and need any assistance regarding service, Mr. Sainath is the best person to help at Garhoud branch. He has really helped me understand what my car (Ford EcoSport) needs and gives you proper details of your car service history and what is best required for your car hassle free.

I took my car there for scheduled car service and there were some problems in my car already reported, one week after receiving my car I discovered that nothing is repaired after that I didn’t go back to the same place, now I’m going to Sheikh Zayed read branch it is far from my home but much better service and more reliable.

For me Ford is a great brand and I have had my car for the past 3 years. I could choose any other car brand but I choose to stay with Ford because of the staff and their excellent service. I went recently on my booked appointment, and was welcomed back, provided a number and waited for at least 3 minutes as my agent was busy. When the other attendant saw that my advisor was busy, he approached me and introduced himself as Mubarak and that he would receive my car on my advisers behalf.I was done in 15 minutes and continued with my day as normal. Thank you to the vigilent staff who make it possible for us to drive our cars in efficiency, safe and with a peace of mind. It starts with booking the car for service and the service itself. I have a great experience everytime I am there. You are given a time to collect the car and constantly updated on any changes or car parts that need replacement.Thank you again and hope you see you again soon.

Bad service inexperienced staff. This service center has spolied the image of Ford in Dubai and Nortern Emirates after Altayer Motors worked hard to rebuild it over 15 years. It is a pitty that this service centre is left to such a poor management who only cares about charging extra money and fool the customers!

Took my ford raptor had a starting problem they changed the starter motor and had air bag fault took them 2days and still didn’t find the fault and he asked me to pay to continue to find the fault took the car to a garage and found that the fuse was faulty and replaced thx to the garage
