The best part was the prior appointments one could take for car service.You drive through, drop the car. Mr. Ramesh was very helpful & professional. I received a call at the approximate time I was told the car would be ready for pick up.Absolutely smooth. The annual service package is worth it

The staff is really very nice and assisted well.The only problem is TAXI from their to home. They should arrange drop off or something.

Where do i start, first of all this service is very expensive, over 1 thousand atleast for simple oil change. They dont really check anything and tell you that parts need to be changed, (leaking link rod etc) or other story. Went to 2 other mechanics and said everything is fine with my suspension.Forget about any mods to your car, they will not do it.A weatherstrip on my FJ was damaged they said they dont have parts and 6 months i was waiting for it until i decided to ship it myself from a retailer in US.Then comes the most utter trash car detailing i have ever seen. I have not immediately complained about it because the damages could only be seen in the sun. They must have done the detailing in a cave with no lights. Photos attached and see the damaged paint and shabby work done by unprofessional crew. Another garage was utterly shocked by the horrid exterior detailing done by Al Badia Service Center. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this service center. You will save money and your car.

A welcoming environment as usual. Yet a bit unorganized. Although we arrived on time for our appointment the person with whom we had the appointment was busy.

Good place for service, big capacity for vehicles service but only problem is while giving vehicle for service or picking up after service, you will definitely need support to reach the place and once you have that, this place does not have enough customers parking which is sad

-Great follow up from the service advisor (Mohamed Ali), as he was calling me to update me with the availability of the parts.-Mohamed Ali is very efficient and punctual about the agreed time for the car delivery.-Also explained to me exactly repairs will occur to the car.

My first car Service and Interior was not clean (dust). I am not sure of QC checks happening. Also someone put pen marks while opening door from inside probably by the technician with a checklist . I didnt expect Al Futtaim Toyota to go Quantity over Quality. Disappointed.I called and sent an email and waited for a reply for 3 days - NO RESPONSE

My vehicle has been in the Al Badia service center since a fortnight and there has been no communication from either the service advisor nor the branch.I called the service advisor many time for an update but at times was too busy to answer my calls. Followed up with an email and so far no response yet.This is very poor response from Al Futtaim after being with them since 15+ years.Hope to have a response soonest.

Very disappointing service at Al Futtaim al Bedia near Festival City Dubai, i took My Car for Cold Engine Start up abnormal Noise on 3rd July ,2021 Saturday till 05th July,2021 their Mechanics Can not be able to Find the Sound Yesterday I went there and Start up when the Engine is Cold then they told me Yes the is Some abnormal Noise, but the very very disappointing point is that even then their senior level expert mechanics also can not identify exactly which part have fault and need to change, i also did the complain but they are not accepting that.

Nice location, good thing that now taxis are available outside which save time. However, vehicle was not ready despite I was late by 2 hours at least, they were washing car after service. Rest I always prefer them

Toyotas service quality is very good - appointments by phone, meticulous records and details kept and promptly finished on time. The waiting areas are spacious and offer complimentary water bottles.However, one reason I give 3/5 stars is because visiting Toyota Service Center (which is combined together with Lexus Service Center) is like traveling Economy class - its good enough but youre constantly reminded of a more premium service that is off-limits unless you upgrade:From the separate (and more posh-looking) reception to the dedicated Lexus waiting lounge, Toyota customers feel like the poorer cousins of their Lexus counterparts.I understand why they have them serviced together - Lexus cars are basically Toyotas with extra shiny bits and lots of similarities. And I can also understand they want Lexus customers to feel more premium; however the better way to achieve this, I feel, is with separate customer-facing show floors instead.

Its nice people and very good service

I have my concerns on the quality. Several times I receive the cars not cleaned although I have been for leather cleaning and polishing. Every time I receive the Lexus I have to go back in a week time to stop the injectors change message on the screen.

Very well managed and clear processes, which is contrary to the experience at few other competitions authorized service centers.

They do toyota supra only at one location in Dubai and one location in AD. What about people who lives in Northern Emirates or AL ain. What should they do? . I suggest to handover the vehicle at nearest service center and they transfer it to Dubai or abu Dhabi and bring it back without any extra charges.

Bro can you first tell me the technical details for which I am here... Then he started telling me things which were all not part of contract and would be charged 300 a pc...

This Toyota company is really very very bad,un organised, this branch its very bad,I am very upset,they give me appointment 2 time,8 April ,And 12 April, I went there and they dont have sper part for my Toyota yards ,the thing is they called me and they gave me appointment ,for wich they can not do it...means they didnt have that part,its really upset I went two time ,they kept me wait from 10 am until 12,10pm,then just they told me SORRY.....this branch plus his manager and staff all and all not organised, actually they dont know ,what they are doing....I am very very upset of them....

Service of the car is fine. But business process for collection of the car is preposterous...it has never taken me less than 30-60 mins to receive my car after payment. Sort it out Al futtaim!

Quite confused with the Express Service facility which takes 1-2 hours and then spend AN HOUR AND HALF waiting in the lounge while the car is being washed. First 15 mins into the waiting and the customer representative informs that its under washing and will take another 5-10 mins. Totally unprofessional and no value for customers time.Very bad experience.....Yet again. !!

One of the worst experiences ever , they are not professional, my wife went to got her car serviced and they gave her appointment to receive it by 10.30 am but till 6 pm they didn’t hand it and she went to check she found it not yet completed, there is one man called Vinod don’t ever try to deal with him he knows nothing about any thing and he always reporting false information and even after service and she went to check he said that the battery is damaged he even couldn’t call earlier to inform , his boss is same like him he did nothing even we have a voucher for battery replacement just expired 18 days back we couldn’t use despite the current situation of the pandemic, the worst service center , no one should deal with them , they even didn’t deserve half star 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Worst service centre ever visited. Shocked, Toyota isnt taking any action against them . Left my car for a day for major service which is 80k, got my car in this condition after service. You can see how good they have cleaned and washed my car. This is my 3 rd worst service at this center

The I am extremely not satisfied with their service in past five years. And some staff not willing to help you up when you need an assistant. The cleaning service of the is awful. They dont provide 24 hours service like Nissan do. Most of service advisor are not clear with customer about the service they done. I hope to improve your services in future. I have problem with the my Land cruiser for almost a year they still couldnt fix it and recently the situation become worst the seem the radiator is blow up and it dont not complete a year at least. Please please be careful with this company and kindly take a look to my car.

I had a bad experience servicing my car at Toyota.I gave my car for servicing and they are supposed to email me the full car inspection quote which was included in the service. I called them several times they never resolved my issue. Then I had to personally go and visit the showroom again to get the full inspection quote.

Trust of the services they carried out is zero. In general relatively new vehicles going there for service because the owner needs to maintain the guarantee. So, these vehicles need general services. But the cost is so high. You can buy a service contract. That means you will pay money in advance and have an agreement with AF for doing service for a specific period. If you have service contract dont think you will go and do your service and come without any extra charges. Every time you visit the service adviser be smart enough to advise some extra serviced need which is not covered under the agreement. They do it purposely. They have a list of service requirements remove from the policy and get more money during every visit. Its a trap. If any AF management reading this, please stop this. Add all required services to the agreement we buy. Because we are paying you more for service.

Got serviced my car @ 90,000 Kms. Staff is friendly. The only disadvantage of this branch is the location which is a bit far to reach and the timings are also not so convenient. They close at 5 pm so youll have to rush to them to pickup your car before they close.

This is the place where you go to get your Toyota and Lexus cars get agency serviced. These are professional since its the companys own service center. They are skilled but the servicing takes alot of time of not chosen Express. The normal service takes quite a while 4 to 5 hours and the only nearby place to go to is DFC. They should add a metro link and start a shuttle service till there to make it easier for customers to leave and come back. Also in regards to the price its a expensive than compared to the other car servicing outlets. Id recommend them to start a metro line to pick and drop the customers from there and to lower the prices so that many people can opt for agency maintenance service.

The quality of service has gone down. I have been with Toyota since I purchased the SUV but now feel the attention and care has dropped. There has been a massive service advisor and maybe other staff retrenchment and the cost recovery is the main challenge they are tackling. Senior management to please take note for corrective action as Al Futtaim is a reputed name in business circles.

It’s always best to book your appointment before coming. They have bus shuttles to the nearby mall, Dubai festival city mall, which is great. If you plan to stay at the center, there is a coffee shop and a seating area. They also have free WiFi. It could get very busy at the weekend. It’s best to book your appointment on weekdays.

I understand that the vehicle needs to be checked well and should not be compromised on BUT you cannot inform someone that their vehicle will be done in one hour and keep them waiting for 3!!! Atleast provide a transparent honest timeline so the person can get something else done instead of fruitessly waiting! This experience is Not expected of Al Futaim customer service.

DO NOT GO THERE.Been there 4 days ago, walk in service takes about 5h. Booked over the counter for an express service of 1h today. Arrived there, first they said we dont have an appointment, then they said we have one but regular. Service would now take 4h. Counter staff is highly unprofessional, liars and disrespectful, at no point did they apologize for lying and making us loose our time.If they already lie in the office, how can you trust the service on your car?
