Have been servicing my Porsches for past 8 years at this service centers.Always had great experience until 2019 when it started to become way overpriced (they keep increasing their prices) and the overall experience became absolutely poor, slow service, over priced (simply double prices than top class independent workshop !) ; service advisors lack of customer engagement and clear communication, ... Sent complaint about service advisor wanting to charging AED 500 to get a print out of past 4 years service history !! Never got resolution from customer service. No way to treat loyal Porsche owner (its my 4th Porsche from Al Naboodah.)Not living up to Porsche standards and expectation....They are very good independent workshop that provides much better experience at lower cost.

After the car had been in the workshop for more than three days, not all problems were fixed under the pretext that we did not report it. And when I send photos of the parts that need to be replaced, the Supervisor requests a visit again ... and we also have works too. There is no comparison to Ali & Sun service in Abu Dhabi .

Worst service ever , keep my car for more than 3 weeks and for first week nobody call to explain the problem and after i call many times they start call me every two day and every time with new problem in my car . So bad experience. It is the worst service centre ever i had .

Have been a customer of Al Nabooda Automobiles for more than one decade now. These guys are awesome. The service is always top notch but whats great is the attitude of the team led by Omar. Updates are always timely and I have never had a problem with the service. There might be the occasional delay due to parts availability but thats not something that Al Nabooda can be faulted on. Taking my cars to another service centre would be like taking my children a vet.

Very very rude employees very very bad after sale service imagine I bought a new 2020 Porsche and now we are in 2021 went to change break pads week ago they said we dont have them need to be ordered from Germany . First time in my life to see a retailer that sells a car with no spare parts for it . Go to Mercedes or bmw much better

Doesnt live up to the Porsche brand. Slow service, over priced service, and lots of broken promises. Highly recommend to limit your work here to warranty and try one of many excellent external providers for bodywork, brakes, tires, etc.

Went there today to add some decals on my car. Nasser in Protech is the man to talk to. He is the best and only person in Protech I let touch my car. And when it comes to service ask for Sheham.

These guys really try their best. Its a stark difference to the jokers in their sales department. They do the best they can with what they have. 9 years later still using the same advisor Shabbir. Theyre lucky to have him, unlike the showroom who have no idea how to treat a loyal client. Buy your car from Ali & Sons and service it in Al Nabooda

The car comes back in worse condition than before service, engine light lighting after the service?? and also for small part change they ask to leave the car for more than a week without a replcement car.. I regret to own a oorsche in Dubai and will never advi e everyone not to buy porsche in Dubai

The service has been nothing but appaling. From the moment of inspection to delivery, quality and care have lacked. There were several defects found with a BRAND NEW vehicle and yet the dealer had the audacity to say it was perfect. I never recommended buying a vehicle from this location.

My Experience was disappointing as I had an Air Bag light on and no appointment. Was met immediately and diagnosed professionally and quickly whilst given a lovely coffee and seat. Problem was after whilst I was told it was dangerous to drive the car with no safety system working, BUT!! they could not fix the car for a month at the earliest... (Only needed a seat belt change) Then told to drive car until it could be repaired. Impressed with the 2 man immediate diagnosis, but not the repair delay!! on such a safety issue. Got it done next day at local Porsche specialist...

Very disappointing that the official Porsche dealer will not offer a repair estimate to fix a known issue (a common problem on cars the age of mine). Instead they offer to inspect the car (which they will charge for) before they determine what the cost to fix will be. Absolutely no help at all and very poor customer service in my opinion.

Excellent service and have helped me a lot when Ive had problems with my car. They always fix my car in a timely manner, and if they cant then they supply me with another Porsche - the staff try to get to know you personally and Abhikant has helped me greatly with any car problems Ive had - he always goes above and beyond what you need.

Sometimes service is OK. Sometimes service is really bad. They are overbooked, they dont really have a spare stock so if they need to order a spare to Germany you will have to wait more than one week....and they dont have replacement car to offer. Very far from the service in Europe. Once you complain then managers take care of you....but the great service should happen by default at Porsche....

They dont even deserve one star and should not be let anywhere near any car let alone Porsche - they have no clue about simple service like tire change, they let me out on the street without having balanced new tires and never fixed any real issues on the car. Staff - always arguing and never willing to help!Its such a disappointment that Porsche name is associated with them.

They have taken care of all the vehicles in my whole family. Not once have we had any issues with their services and they are always gone the extra mile to take care of us.The fact that they both let me know all the details of the service estemsated cost, explaininig patiently the car issues as well as arrenging a car pick in advance are tremendous services Ive never seen anyone else do and it makes it much easier for me to get our cars worked on.Both are very honest and will always give you their best advice in regards to anything concerning your vehicle.On top of all this, they are always smiling and I always have a good time talking with them! When you love your cars as much as i do, Choosing right garage ie very important, after moving to UAE i took my Porsche Cayenne to Porsche Service Centre Dubai in Al Quoz and I can confidently say that service is at high standards , I highly recommend Mr. Dhiman, Abhikant and his kind nature,helpfulness and Vast knowledge.He understood my busy schedule and all communication was in place with whatsapp messages, Sometimes i do text him on late night about my Porsche which was under repairs for AC cooling problem, he always responds back to me which shows impressive efforts to care customers.

This place is one of the best service centers in dubai, all it takes is the first visit and then everyone will know your name and your preferences.And regarding the prices i can only say quality work is not cheap... and Porsche has an amazing warranty that can cover your car fully by Porsche (in Germany) for 10 years.. thats why your spendings will be only on oils and brakes and very small wear and tear.When people are doing their best to cater your needs then you should commend the efforts at least... i have been a customer for this service center for the past 9 years, was it always sunny and rosy? Of course not, we are dealing with people who’s their job is to take care of your expensive taste in cars and service... they know that they should please you and make sure your car is 100%.... amazingly they need to keep doing this all day with many customers who have many different personalities and needs (so instead of going there demanding the best treatment why don’t we go there with a bit of understanding of the situation).GREAT WORK BY THE TEAMS AND THEIR TEAM MANAGERS .... even the guy who gets you the water and the coffee is super kind and decent.👍🏻👍🏻

They had my car for 30 days for transmission fault light and did not provide replacement car for 20 days. Replaced a valve as under warranty and received car back and 24 hours later same problem. Had to get it towed in for second time and once again no replacement car as required under warranty. Agent does not respond or answer calls and always have to call them for updates. Now saying will possibly be another 30 days to fix and no guarantee of replacement car. In contrast, Porsche Roadside Assistance has been excellent and very customer service orientated and the service center could learn from them how to provide proper customer service. They charged me 150 AED for petrol to test drive the vehicle and gave me the car back needing oil and the second key did not work as they forgot to mention they had to reprogram my first key and needed to program second key as well. I would avoid this service center at all costs

I highly recommended them if you are looking for a paint job for your precious Porsche. Loyal, Shaqib were two particular staff that I highly appreciate. I applaud the entire team at the Al quoz branch.

We had a problem with our new Cayman GTS and went to Porsche service Centre to get the problem fixed as our car is under warranty. The front desk staff was extremely rude to start with and we waited for over 45 mins to speak to someone about our issue. After waiting for 20 mins or so, we asked the front desk staff to give us an estimate for how long we need to further wait, the response was, “I don’t know. Maybe 10 mins, maybe 20 mins, maybe 30 mins” and it was communicated in an extremely hostile manner. At this point I asked to speak to the manager and the front office staff left to find him/her. However, no one ever showed up. Bottom line, porsche service lacks the “service” aspect entirely. It is a terrible experience and I truly regret having come here.

Mr Franco was particularly helpful & delivered my car in top condition before the promised time. Very Happy with the service.

Came here for a service, when I received the car back, someone stole or threw away my parking pass that was taped on the dashboard. They told me theyre not responsible for it because they said to take out any valuable. I dont think a parking pass that is taped on the car is a valuable you need to take out, next time I should take off my Salik sticker too ? Horrible service from SHIHAM MUNAF and MAEN MALKAVI, supposedly leaders of the service center. Never had I had a problem in USA with this issue, and if I ever did, there is always full customer service for everyone to come to an agreement. Not sorry, we told you to take out everything. I pay premium price for a 2017 Porsche to get a premium car and premium service, not items thrown away in my car. It is worth your money and time and peace of mind to drive further to a different service center. .If you want them to actually take care of your car and you: DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER.

Though I had an appointment at 4:30, I had to wait for 20-25 minutes for someone to attend to me and moreover the person assigned for me was not available. Not expected from Porsche Service center. 😒
