I own QX60 purchased from agency with warranty. Vehicle is always maintained in agency. But showing up one or the other issues. Very bad situation is when sunroof blasted its own while driving. No one in agency cares about it and also Infiniti Middle East as well. Vehicle is standing in agency for past one month. Truly unprofessional towards handling critical issues.

Very poor service. Nissan Aweer body shop the worst place ever seen. They took 50days to repair my car for a small damage. My car was parked near the road for 10 days just for insurance and that to not done. The advisor switch on his number when ever he wants, Difficulty to reach them. 15 days waited just to check the status of my car. No response, poor customer service, worst service. Lost so much of money, every day waited for their call, NISSAN AWEER BODY SHOP NOT A PLACE TO RECOMMEND

5 years of bad service says it all. Never attentive, never on time, no follow ups, and unless you’re calling daily, forget your carMy car stayed there for 1 week untouched, because the service advisor didn’t bother to check with the insurance company if the approval was out, which was already

Thats the body shop for Nissan Infiniti and Renault cars .. Good service . Drop your car and they also give taxi coupon for return. AED 12 - 15One minus point is that they do not offer you delivery service and the place is far.

Never follow up on what they promise. We had to chase and chase. They said they had done something, when in fact they didnt. Michael, the Manager never returns calls, despite regular chasing. To be fair, if they treat all their customers like this he is probably on the phone back-to-back all day dealing with complaints. Its really disappointing as they are an approved Nissan repair shop but they really tarnish the Nissan name with appalling service

I have been trying to call the number provided which is supposed to be the contact centre but no one is replying to any of the choices provided ! I highly doubt there is any agent employed or if they are doing their job properly ! Thats a shame to the brand !

Pathetic customer service. The biggest mistake I made was taking my car here for one small body repair that should take 2 days. My car has been with them for over 2 weeks with constant follow up from my end. There is no communication from the staff. I am now 100% sure that my next purchase will not be from a brand under their umbrella.

They have good services if you need any kind of repair for vehicle Body and they will try to do at the earliest if it is small repair work. But one thing which needs to be improved is intial approval time. They dont send papers for insurance approval immediately thats where we loose time. So better not to leave vehicle untill insurance approval is ready.

Long time waiting for the insurance inspection and approval. Dropped the car on July 24 and got estimated delivery a month later. No updates from the service advisor, only the app status. Got the car a bit late as I was traveling with very dusty exterior, without washing it before deliver it to the customer!

Initially it was Nissan Service center which do service of Arabian Automobiles.from June 2020 last it was changed to Auto Trust which is a different company.If you are having service contract with Arabian Automobiles its not valid in Auto Trust as of now same in case of warranty. Auto Services are still doing here but not sure about which all makes and models. You can do online payment for service here. Usually opens at morning 8am.

Given my Nissan Sentra for repairing over 13 days and I didnt get my car back...They got approval from insurance within 3 days....Now I am behind them to get my car and insurance company is providing rent a car for 10 days only...rest I have to pay...Calling them no response...

Attention to detail is not there...you have to follow up with them yourself on every step to make sure no mistakes are made, but overall as they say, not the best, but capable. Also all the promotions inside are a scam, they will outsource the job to outside companies for a higher price(I paid 600aed more). I contacted the SAME outside company directly for a quote and they gave me a cheaper amount than the Nissan representative promoting the product inside, beware!

Taking my car there wasn’t the greatest thing i have done previously, i had to check their work if they have done a good job or not , they didn’t do a perfect job for my car and it took them time , after complaining to the service manger Mr. ali his response was professional and he looked deep into my problem and solved it within a day . Recently I had a very bad experience with them .. (Note: Owing to the Privacy Policy I am not mentioning the Names of the persons involved in the issue.. But total 3 people were involved in this process 1. Service advisor, 2. Service Manager, 3. Service advisor Incharge of Nissan Service Centre in al aweer branch). They cheated me during my recent service. when I gave my Nissan sunny Vehicle recently for 30K servicing, they charged me 95AED for replacement of Fog Lamp, wherein my vehicle doesnt have any existing provision for Fog Lamp. When my vehicle doesnt have any provision for fog lamp, from where they have done the fog lamp replacement is a question?( original invoice enclosed for reference)I requested the service advisor many times to give me the details of maintenance job done during 30K servicing..but he was telling me that the job card is in deira Branch and blah..blah..but never provided me with the details. Are they not supposed to provide me the details of jobs carried out, as invoice to me when its a paid service?Moreover, I met the service Manager with the fog lamp replacement invoice and informed him on the issue of wrong billing i.e. on fog lamp, and requested him several times to refund my 95AED which I had paid. Eventually, he said that he will give some discount in the next service rather than returning my 95AED. I informed him clearly that I will not got to their service center for my next service and hence made it very clear to return my 95AED.Then he called their Service advisors In charge to look in to the issue. This person he tried to manipulate me saying that the refund procedure is very long and it has several internal procedures to initiate a refund etc., I made.it very clear to him that I am ready to wait for any number of days and I will come to collect the money even if it is after 10 days or.what ever the time it takes for the procedure to complete...I several times requested him to initiate the refund request..which he didnt do..rather he was telling me that they will try to adjust that amount when I come for next service..I made it very clear to him that I have a plan to sell me vehicle and I will not come for servicing anymore...but he emotionally convinced me saying that if they have to initiate a refund then they have to provide a justification for wrong billing, which will affect them.I literally spent in the service center for more than two hours, during the process wherein my family was also waiting with me.. However, finally they didnt initiate a refund rather wasted my time.I am attaching herewith the invoice for which they charged me for fog lamp replacement..Moreover, as mentioned in para 1, they didnt provide me the invoice for the 30K servicing job done on my car, even after repeated requests.. Also, I am having a discount voucher with me which is having 50 percent discount on parts..Also, the service advisor informed me.that he has redeemed the discount voucher and hence they charged me 95AED...Here the point is I paid 95AED in cash and also my discount voucher was redeemed by them unnecessarily...so they owe me a total amount of 95 AED plus discount voucher.
