I have taken number of services proven to be good and quick, as I took an appointment with the service centre. Representative was extremely knowledgeable and his advice was reasonable to save my money. He also advised me about essential required service for my car an made me do planning for future services. Their service charges are competitive. I have been always leaving his workshop with a smile.

I had a lot of work done at Focus. The service was not fast but very detailed witch I prefer . Good communication and updates from them. They are not the cheapest out there but far from the most expensive, you definitely get what you pay for and that is value in my eyes. Will go back to them any time!

I have a very bad experience...I bought one used vw polo and left there for first service (by sep-2015) they replaced engine mount, did regular service and gave me back stating everything is okayWithin two days I got some over heating issue and left there again for repair work... They stated everything okay.. Later the issue found reoccurring.. I left there back for thorough inspection..They drove my car around 2000 kms and broke off timer belt, it resulted in valves misalignment.. Later instead of valves replacement they replaced my whole engine( they took 3 months for engine replacement and tuning)Later I took back my car in filthy condition and had usual drive.. The engine oil found to be reducing day by day and I used to top up every 1500 kms.. They didnt given any justification for this..I drove 20,000 kms and ended up with water leak from engine (head gasket blown off), again I left my car a week over there for head gasket replacement...Now after head gasket replacement, my car vibratating like a truck and theres abnormal noise from engine...I went there again to fix this.. Now they are claiming engine mount failed ( replaced at focus earlier). for abnormal noise they dont have answer and not even responding as required...Finally I lost my cars originality and a lot of money to repair... Till now, I paid for engine replacement, engine mount replacement and head gasket repair works here only. Even i did every oil change here only..Still they couldnt able to make my car run well.. They took months together for simple repairs also...I recommend this garage only for engine oil replacement...
