Good but slow service! Take alot of time for little little works!

Today I had the best experience with Mr Aditya who works at this branch. I bought Haval H2 from Al Naboodah and there was gear shifting issue. Mr Aditya understood the problem professionally and after some necessary paper work started off the work on my issue. He managed to get the new part and replaced it. Hello,I humbly request that this email be forwarded to the highest management in charge of Al Naboodah Service centers. When I a customer have a negative experience, I never hesitate to complain about it... I strongly believe the same effort made to complain must be utilized to honor an act of Good Service too!Yesterday (23rd August 2021) was only my second service for my car (20,000 kms) the 1st service was done at the facility in Al Qouz, and Im not complaining about them but this time the experience in Ramool was different... Very Different!From the time I booked the Service, a very friendly Ms. Khadija called me to confirm my booking and slot, I loved how she politely spoke to me and professionally booked my slot, and sent me a confirmation email shortly after. On arrival at the facility, I was warmly greeted by who I believe was Ms. Khadija and then sent straight to the desk of Mr. Vijilan who was assigned to look after me.When my wife and I purchased this Peugeot which is our Dream Luxury SUV we were anxious about the service and reliability of a brand we have never owned before, BUT after yesterday the efforts of Mr. Vijilan has secured our Faith in the service provided by your service center in Ramool and Im so happy that I purchased a Peugeot.Mr. Vijilan went above and beyond to take care of my car, the service was done perfectly, the car was cleaned and prepared for me in a timely manner and Mr. Vijilan is currently actively working to resolve small technical issues with my car which were not able to be resolved this time but will be taken care of next week, which I cannot express enough gratitude for!This is a High level of customer service I appreciate and have never experienced from other vendors in the past. My concerns and doubts have been handled well and I wish to express my deep gratitude towards Mr. Vijilan and whoever else I met during this service.Because of this one act of professional kindness Ive decided that Peugeot will be my brand for the foreseeable future (I Love the design and aesthetic of the cars) and I will ONLY come to Swaidan Trading Co. I come here to buy spare parts for Peugeot. The parts advisor were very helpful and educative. The prices are reasonable. They also have a car leasing /rental solution under the same roof.The only thing I found of difficult is parking. This is some thing you have to take into consideration when visit g here.I highly recommend this place for spare parts procurement.Like if you found this informative

Good service and fair price

Service managers in Peugeot Service Umm Ramool are very polite and professional. You will encounter few weaknesses in their workshop teams, hence it’s best to get into every detail with the service request. You will find their prices on higher side but can be managed through their loyalty program. My service adviser is Mr Balan, and he is very reliable person to work with.

I sent my car for regular maintenance, service was OK but they didnt wash the car after doing the maintenance properly even the shoes marks found on foot carpet and sweating on the seats and all glasses not cleaned properly honestly this looks very cheap..

Waiting time for service drop off and pick up is horrendous. Never gets a repair diagnosis correct the first time.

Untill july 20/2020 , I would like to say more pleasure to peugeot team of umm ramool branch but i will not enough to get them , why ?, because their hard job and honesty recommends to costumers , from this comment u would like to start from mr (mohammed khaled as the supervisor of recpetion center) , i really shocked what he owned of unique character such as gentleman , very hard worker , helpful , politeful , respectful , pure and honest giving by recommendations , all time can support costumers day and night , i owned peugeo 206 , every time when i visit for service and changing part mr khaled is always stands with me and he made done his promise from the trouble that i face my car , with his recommends , i change everything with he said and the car right now alhamduleallah as brand new , so that i realise no others agency can fix my car except alnabodah swaidan peugeot service with mr mohammed khaled and workshop team leading mr kith , albin , asem , roy , hussam , and others , they worked hard and they push them selves and risk to complete my car and they got the job done , the most beautiful thing is , they keep their word until they get it done of it , thats why i recommend my family and my friends to fux their cars to your centre , god bless you all and you are my chosen one

One of the worst places to get your vehicle repaired came for a scratch on the bumper , they messed up working fog lamps, they trick you by making delays and then call you late night to hide so u have no one to complaint against.

Excellent customer service, fixed my car within 48 hours and kept me up to date.Sachin in particular was very helpful, polite and eager to resolve the issue.

It might come as a surprise to many, but thats my 2nd Peugeot purchased here since 2010, and Im very happy with the car and the after sales service for the last 6 years.

They think their customers (us) we dont know or we dont do research.They wanted to charge me 100dhs + VAT to change 1 lightbulb.If you go to the branch near MOE they charge you 5dhs!!They want to charge you 95dhs extra for what? I still dont know.Avoid this branch

The worst experience I have ever faced.Brought my car to fix an issue which took almost more than 2 weeks. Then as I got the car in less than 24 hours, there was another major issue which was regarding the same problem I had brought my car in for the first time. After keeping my car again for another week, I drove my car for 3 days and the same problem occurred again, which means that my problem wasn’t fixed in the first place. They have charged me for each incident and have made excuses that my car has several problems and prepared a list of it. If my car had so many grave issues, it wouldn’t have been fit for driving in the first place and I couldn’t have got it registered by the RTA.If anyone has to visit this particular service station. Please DONT. The one on Shk Zayed Road is much better.
